So me and my husband broke down while I was at the Dr, so we walked to the AutoZone to get the part we needed the man was very helpful but they only had one part that I needed so my husband went to advance across the street while I waited at auto zone and one of the employees that was a lady saw me in the parking lot and almost ran me over and didnt apologize or anything but I did make a police report. As far as the other workers they were good at there job but I really dont think yall need to have a lady work for u who has no respect for your customers or there life. If u drop her then I will definitely be coming back!!

Robbie is one of the most experienced people that I have every had the pleasure of speaking with. He was very nice and willing to answer any questions I had. He took time out of his own personal day to help me replace the headlights in my jeep.

I bought a new battery today for my Infiniti which has a very challenging battery position. Robert did an incredible installation and he was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service!

Well I guess Im old fashioned but I like my positive battery cable to be RED not just the end. Thats the way it has been my whole life and it just seems safer to me. I asked store personnel if they had any Red battery cables for my jeep and was informed that only black cables with red cover that goes over clamp are stocked these days. There was plenty of space in the store for red cables to be stocked so that wasnt the problem. I guess somebody in the company decided their customers will take what they can get not what they want. Well thats my opinion everybodys got one.

Went to Auto Zone for blinker bulbs. My car is a little older but Robert at the Rome Ga. Store went above and beyond to help me get them working. My brackets were rusted out but he wouldnt stop until he got them fixed. His customer service was excellent! Ill never go anywhere else for car parts.

The staff at the Rome Auto Zone are very helpful and knowledgeable about car repairs. Dan is the associate that gave me expert advice and instruction on how to make a repair on a tire that got punctured by a nail in my deliveries. His kindness and generosity sets the bar in customer service in automotive repair services. Thank you Dan for your help and may you continue to thrive at Auto Zone.

I went to get my battery light checked and there was a wire that appeared to be cut. Matt inspected it and and immediately found the issue. He took the time to make up another wire on the spot and fixed the battery light issue. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with his time. I appreciated him going above and beyond what was asked of him.

I am a real inside kinda guy, not exactly the kinda guy who knows a thing about cars. I needed to change my break pads and I had no idea where to start. Talked to this guy named Dan and man, he explained everything real good to me and made me understand things about my car I had no idea about. He was super cool and made me feel welcome even if I couldnt make the difference between a Ford or a GMC. I look forward to coming here whenever I need some small work done on my car and relying on his great advice again.

They Were able to give me an accurate diagnostic reading.. My alternator was draining my battery and that know matter how many times I change my battery, itll continue go dead because of the alternator

The associate Robert was extremely helpful and courteous in running code test on my vehicle.

I like AutoZone I never have a problem with them and they always got the parts that I need when the others do not

Went to AutoZone for plugs and wires. First man gave me wrong parts, I dont remember his name but when I went back Jesse helped me find the right parts and worked with me to make sure everything was correct. In my opinion he went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and I that was satisfied. He is definitely an asset to this store.

Went to Auto Zone in Rome, Ga- Turner McCall on a Saturday at 5 oclock to see about my daughters brake light on her car that were out on one side. Dan was super nice. He was so helpful and nice.He quickly replaced the brake lights on both sides.

Called in ahead to get part needed and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Price was just as quoted. Great experience with friendly staff. Edward was very nice and polite.

Excellent service getting my car battery replaced under warranty. Robert Thomas did a great job, and even an extra for me(checking my tires’ air pressure) because I have bad knees and have a hard time getting down to do it. Overall great experience.

I went into the turner McCall store yesterday morning and the man wearing a red shirt named Rob could not form a sentence without using the words God da… or F..k. I decided to go elsewhere. I cannot believe that guy is allowed to use language like that around customers. It was very unprofessional and puts a bad image on your company as a hole. I hope he is not what Autozone represents as far as employees.

Dan helped me tremendously. I was about to buy a new battery and he saw that I had a warranty on it. Very patient with me and installed my battery too.

Jesse was a great help. Made sure the headlights I bought were right for my car and installed them. Didnt try to sell me overpriced ones I didnt need. Highly recommend them. 👌

If Im gonna use an automotive store, its always autozone. Prices arent great compared to Walmart etc but thats expected.

Large selection but This lady found it more important to talk about recipes with a friend that helping me look for something I specifically asked for help with simply because she didnt understand what I was talking about.

So this evening my headlight went out, I was so worried about making it to Auto-zone within 10min of closing. I gave the store a call and Dan answered I told him I was right to the street and I just needed a light. Not only did Dan help me, he went above and beyond to make sure my lights worked.

I went to the one on Turner Mcall in rome a guy named Jesse Limon helped me and the customer service was great. I want to thank him for being so helpful.

I went to this location for a battery check. Employee Charlie Diaz checked my battery and my alternator and gave me several suggestions for possible issues since both items checked out as fine. Then when at that point my car would not crank he spent 20 minutes attempting to jump me off. He was exceptionally polite even apologetic for a lack of success and agreed I needed to call a tow. Since the day was extremely warm, he insisted I remain in the store while waiting. Kudos to your customer service training.

They sold me a used part with a bag of fluid. Good smart people work there. Ha

.Went in to get a 14mm deep well spark plug socket and they were out. The manager suggested a 9/16 socket. Wasnt sure it would work but it did. Great service. Polite and friendly employees.

Waited 20 minutes in line for help to be sent to an aisle on my own just to wait another 15 minutes in line because there were two employees. After waiting so long youd think I could stand to wait a little longer to get the items but they were so frustrating I just left without the product and went to Advance Auto Parts.

Thanks to Adam who was working at this location today they get 3 starts, I stood waiting for 27mins before he came from the back, while this one lady was on the computer after this man from another AutoZone was done talking with her an was leaving the store ( he gonna tell me just wait one one she gonna be with you(he whispered that to me 2 times) she never got off the computer! Some old lady looked me in my face picked up a box an walked to the back never saw her again, all the while there is this older man working with a customer an when he was done he didnt ask me if I needed help or was being helped he just stood behind the counter (he walked past me 3 times like I was in his way he had to move around me) some lady had came in after me an walked around the store an made her selections an came to stand in line with me an we both stood for for a few mins together, an she noticed me when she came in . So AGAIN thank you Adam A. For helping me today with my battery

I frequent auto parts stores regularly. They seem to be able to get parts fast. But all in all they are always hiring an service is slower then slow. Had to update my review. The guy just lied to me about not having gasket Shellac... I found it on the shelf
