Was recommended by family to this garage. Made an apt for almost a week out cuz it was earliest. Explained to them I had a rental car the sooner I can return it the better cuz it’s expensive. Dropped it off the following Monday for Tuesday morning apt which I verified when I was there. Come Tuesday around 2pm I call because I haven’t heard anything and they said they haven’t even looked at it yet. Not even calling to tell me it was delayed and give me the option to bring it elsewhere cuz of my tome frame. They clearly didn’t care about my rental situation or me as a customer. Not only that the mechanics and office staff do not Communicate what your concerns are. Office guy said not to put a certain product in my car and they would leave it in car since I already bought it but mechanic put in anyway and said he was never told not to and that the office staff aren’t mechanics and don’t know what they are talking about. Car went in for new transmission lines, and a full service and flush on transmission. I bought the lines, fluids, filter and gasket. Went to pick up my car and they tell me they used my old gasket cuz it was still good and states they threw out the new one. They never called me to ask if any of this was ok and threw away a new part I paid money for instead of giving me the chance to hold onto it in case I needed it. Very unprofessional and not very personable and unacceptable to not only leave the owner out of the loop and not update them but to throw out new parts they paid for without asking if they want it back. I will never go to this place Again and updated those about my experience who recommend me and will make sure to tell anyone I know not to go here. Not trying to be a jerk here but I’m tired of these garages seeing a female walk in alone and think they can screw them over. No doubt my new part I paid money for is sitting on their shelf or in a vehicle of someone they know. A little common sense and curiosity goes along way. Reminder to those mechanics, those are OUR vehicles. You need to be updating people and asking them what they want and not decide for them what parts go in or which ones get thrown out.

Called to set up power steering pump change, dropped my car off on Tues was told itd be done Wed, called Wed to check on progress was told itd be done early afternoon Thurs. Called Thurs at 1:45 and was given attitude and told the part wasnt even there yet. Not impressed. Never again.
