Came in for an oil change. Three guys were working on one car. No one even greeted me let alone came to see what I needed. Oil changes normally take a decent amount of time and I was willing to wait, I had some shopping I needed to do. After about 10 minutes I just left and went else where. Ultimately, I understand the car they were working on was there first. I didn’t expect them to immediately start on my car. I just wanted someone to greet me and get my info.

The Manager told me that they had tires that they did not have, when asked why he told me that he said the computer says we have them. Wow! No one went to check? Bad manager, bad manager.

Got a phone call from my girlfriend minutes after she left getting her oil change to her oil light comming on and car shutting off. Come to find out they double gasketed the filter. (It takes 30 seconds to check to see if the old gasket is sticking) which causes the oil to pour out.

Wouldnt give me an oil change because I came in 45 min before closing. Actually 55 min before close, bc I stood there for 10 min while no one spoke to me (4 guys talking to one woman).

First time using Walmart on Cartersville hwy. Went to get my oil changed and paid for the 29.88 oil change, which is supposed to also include a vacuum of the two front floor boards and a top off of most fluids including the windshield wiper fluid... they didn’t vacuum the front floor boards or put fluid in the wipers. So it makes me wonder if they even did the rest of their job.

Tried to have tires mounted twice and no luck. First time got there an hour before they closed and was told they didnt have time. 2nd time my vehicle was still in the parking lot while cars that were there after me were being serviced. That whole store has went to sh** lately. Customer service is terrible and everyone is rude. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on

The worse place to get an oil change. very nasty attitudes. if you have a question, dont ask them. I got an oil change & I had to take my car which is a 2014 to the dealer for maintenance. There was no oil in my car & I just had my car serviced. & I never skip on maintenance. I want to give ZERO stars

**added to my review** Talked to my landlord who had a tire from same Walmart blow in around 24 hours as well, but you try to blame my vehicle and not take blame!Got all 4 tires from this Walmart in Rome Ga and a month later I had a blow out on one of my front tires causing my husband to hit a curb and the rim bent, stuff happens was my first attitude. We had the road hazard warranty and went to get the new tire and with the bent rim they wouldnt fix it. Fine, I get that, it is not safe. So after looking for a new rim at many places, we finally found one and went to get our tire again. The whole experience was ridiculous, like no one knew how to give us the free tire for the warranty. Then, when we get our tire it didnt look right. I should of trusted my gut. Less than 24 hours later that tire blows and causes the vehicle to go into a ditch causing damage to my vehicle. I knew it didnt look right and should of refused the tire and went off, but at the request of my husband, I didnt, he gives too much credit to people obviously, even when incompetence was shown while just trying to check out. I go to a different Walmart, who give me again a new tire that has been fine now ever since. So after the blow out I call and try to complain and do not get connected to the auto department, so I just call corporate. A claim is put in for my case. They are looking into my case, trying to blame my vehicle. Walmart causes damage to my vehicle and causes stress on my vehicle because they didnt do their job right and cant even have the decency to fix the mistake. I will no longer use the auto department at Walmart due to the way they handle claims and the lack of mechanical intelligence they allow in some auto centers. But I will give credit and a thank you to the Walmart in Lafayette Ga who do know how to do their job.

I went by there to see if they could fix a flat tire. The guy determined he couldnt. Just walked off. I called place we bought car to see if we had a warranty on tire. Found out we dont so I asked if they had one in stock. Was told to go inside and ask. I was told the prices I called my husband and he said to wait til the weekend. I went back outside was NEVER acknowledged and had to put it back in trunk myself. Never once did they ask if i needed help. I will never take a vehicle to them for anything

We have a flat tire from WalMart that is only 3 months old. We stopped to get it fixed after attempting the WalMart in Calhoun Ga who said it would be a 4 hour wait with only 1 person infront of us. When we arrived in Rome Ga they whole crew decided to take a lunch at the same time and had no one running it. There were 3 employees though. Guess they needed to take lunch together instead of doing their job. We stopped to get it changed or patched and the workers were very unprofessional. The women seemed to have an attitude and wasnt even in WalMart apparel. Then told us the machine was broken to fix it and went back to her conversation like I wasnt even there; with no apologies.

Worst experience here we went Saturday morning to have 2 tires patched waited in store over 2 hours. Finally leave no more than 3 hours later both tires are down again. We take it back they say no charge to look again. They cant fix one and tell us to put fix a flat in the other after we already paid them to so this. We dont get money back because the say that they did fix some other leak. So we get home to find the kept the litte caps of of the tire for the air! We taken it to someone else amd they fix it! So nope never again going here.
