Dalton Lloyd is a precious young man who put my anxiousness and worry at ease. He was attentive and communicated with me often throughout the process while making sure the car was back on the road and running perfectly, right down to topping off my tires with air. My service man was very polite, helpful and prompt. Overall, I was satisfied with his communication with me but felt that the price quoted for repair and replacement of rearview camera was very high. I couldnt help but wonder if it could be reattached (they said the camera was still good) rather than replaced.

When searching for a truck, I found a great condition F150 at Heritage Nissan. After discovering it, Harper went above and beyond to keep constant contact with me even late at night and on the weekend. When I decided it was the one, Harper continued to be patient and helpful with every question I had. Finally, when it came to financing the truck, I had a little trouble with my bank, well once again Harper and Brad (the Finance Manager) went to extreme lengths to make sure they could get me the lowest interest rate and the quickest approval even going to the lengths of staying late and coming in early for day after day. I stopped by Heritage Nissan just to take a look at a Jeep. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle just yet. However one of the salesmen (Chris) came out and was amazing. He wasn’t pushy, very informative and patient. I was looking for used Jeep’s and chris was able to give me knowledge on every aspect of the vehicle’s on the lot. Highly satisfied with the work Heritage Nissan of Rome did on my vehicle! My car was leaking anti-freeze, but wasn’t running hot. They did a full inspection and found the radiator was busted and replaced it for me. Also found a few other things I didn’t know were wrong with my car. Had my car back within a couple days running great

Purchased a vehicle about a week ago, I could not be happier with the whole experience from Heritage and especially our salesman Harper!! On Wed. I made an appointment at University Dodge to get an oil change and tire rotation on my husband 2018 Kia Optima for 9 a.m.Fri. morning. The car was there by 8 a.m. as I had to work nearby until noon. When I arrived at noon, the car hadnt been touched so I left, around two my sister called me and told me Heritage Nissan had an opening and could take it right then. She drove it over there and I met her there (I had her car). They were done with the KIA in about an hour. Thats the fastest service Ive experienced anywhere. At University Im usually there for three hours just for an oil change. (EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT)

I purchased a 2017 Rogue last year. Mr. Efren was our salesman, and he was great, he showed us all the features of the vehicle. Also I came in yesterday 5/4/2021 for a oil change and Mr. Cacahua, was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, and help me to understand all the checks that went with the oil change. But the thing that stuck out to me was Mr. Cacahua was honest about the whole thing, and I do appreciate that, so hats off to him. Heritage Nissan of Rome has great service after the sale, and you dont find that to often. Also great prices !!!!!!

I was very happy with Nissan until a section of paint on my 2016 Nissan Versa started peeling off. Either the paint is a poor quality or a bad paint job was done. The estimate to fix it is $1700 and Nissan has refused to reimburse me. Paint should not be peeling from an almost new car

I left without a vehicle, and will never be back. Go there at your own risk.

I made an appointment three weeks ago for todays date for an oil change and to service a recall on my Nissan Titan PRO-4X. The staff were amazing and what was supposed to take only 1.5 hours, took 3 hours. Not gonna butcher them for it though. They were very nice. This was my first time back in a very long time. And I was glad to be back, as I was always pleased with my service before I stopped coming... until one very unfaithful day.Some time after Id purchased my Titan here, I brought it in for routine maintenance as Id been doing since the purchase. On one very particular day, Id been to have my truck detailed across town at Starlings. Then, Id ran here for routine maintenance. After receiving my vehicle back from them, (oil change and 2 air filters replaced) there were blue pills found down in my floorboard of the passenger side, where their technician had been changing my cabin air filter. Upon googling the numbers on these pills, it was identified as Xanax. I immediately flippppppppped out and showed my tail in this dealership. Why? Because Ive never been in trouble a day in my life, and no police officer would be willing to entertain the idea that They arent mine and I dont know where they came from and I dont know how they got there kinda story line. I mean.. it wouldnt be logical for them. The thoughts of other employees at the time was that they were dropped from the shirt pocket of a mechanic who was servicing my truck that day. I was very thankful it was spotted so quickly, but*, its took me a VERY LONG TIME (2 YEARS?) to be willing to give them another try. We are happy to be back.
