Both joes were amazing! We live about 2.5 hours away and they had a car I needed. A 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander ES in white Diamond. They were patient and understanding About having everything in order with the paperwork before I arrived to make the process quick and painful. My vehicle was already pulled up to the front. I was there less than 2 hours and Joe C helped me turn on much needed safety features and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. When in for a test drive today. The sales man was great. But time for negotiation we asked about the $4000 any car trade in from the website, and was told that they arent doing that anymore. Stated it was still on the website and we should be able to get it, but they said no. Had to walk out.

It was ok! The new 2022 Outlander is small. Its waaay smaller then Nissan Pathfinder. We need more space in the car because of our kids. So didnt get any car.

Richard and the team at James Mitsubishi are unbelievable. My situation seemed hopeless and honestly I felt absolutely defeated but they were able to get me into a vehicle the same day! Not only that but you can tell they actually care about you, and as someone whos been had in the past by some really scummy salesmen I can tell you it really is an invaluable part of the whole process. Id give them 100 stars if I could.

My daughter and her Fiancée bought a new Outlander Sport from James Mitsubishi. They had an issue with a rubbing noise that concerned them. They took it back to them 2 times to get help with the issue. They were told it was taken care of and that the car was detailed. The tires were never removed as stated and the car was not detailed. They were lied to. They answered a survey honestly and were called by the dealership to (allegedly) alleviate their concerns. It was taken to the manager and they got a call 20 minutes later and were told to never bring the car back…this was after the largest purchase of their lives…they are in violation of the NYS Lemon Law. I STRONGLY suggest not buying anything from them. 1 Star is too many, but I had to give them that to write the review.

So I cant say as though they tried everything but you know I mean you were created was very good took his time and everything and the only issue I had was I explained to him that I wanted something older and he kept pushing a 2021 on me he didnt even try to send me a older model car he went straight for 2021 not really happy about that you know I think I could have got financing with another car but again he didnt give me that opportunity other than that is customer service for me okay but his salesmanship could be better

Andrew como I believe was my sales guy and frankly it was a very pleasant and stress free situation. I came to just see what I would get for my outlander as a trade, to let that ponder about in my head for future decision and because of him I left with a new vehicle that day.My only issue has to do with your website, as I accompanied my niece a week or so prior as she was looking for a vehicle and your information on your site was not reflected in your sales in store. It’s falsely getting people to come to James by saying they will offer a certain amount then when in person she was told something totally different.
