I have known Paul for a long time, I bought a car from one of his friends when I was only 19 years old and was a very sweet man. Then now 4 years later I have bought myself a 2004 Chevy Impala and that runs perfect for the year and being a NY vehicle. I have had no issues the car and it only has 144,000 miles on it even after buying it in September of 2017. Paul is awesome guy and so is his wife. They are a great ten. I got my car through low priced auto, the beginning of picking out my car was great! He let me check them all out and pick the one I liked and worked with me to be sure that I was able to get in it and still be affordable. I did have some complications with the car, but it is a used car dealership. Any car that has been pre owned is going to have things that need to kept up with, and when these things happen all it takes is a simple phone call and Paul will do everything he can to help you out and fix your issues with the vehicle. Some things you can’t control and life happens, any car you get that’s pre owned will have normal wear and tear and Maitnance to keep up with especially in NYS, understandable that these things are frustrating but as long as you are respectful and handle things in a proper manner Paul will do everything he can to be sure his customers are satisfied with the car they choose .

I would really like to give this zero stars. 1.) The owner was very unprofessional.2) he told me to turn off the car when I was going to buy it. In cash. He was being real stichi about the car. 3) he took me inside to fill out paper work while he went to the car with a device to erase the check engines light🤔dont buy no cars from this place. BAD VIBES ALL THE WAY.

Check engine light and an airbag light came on a day after driving the car off the lot. Turns out the oxygen sensor is bad and theres a small hole in the exhaust. I still havent figured out the airbag light. Ill probably have to shell out some $$ to get it fixed. I have no idea how they got the car through a NYS inspection (maybe theyre certified to inspect?). In addition, they advertised the wrong model for the car I bought and took two weeks to fix a door latch they said they would fix when I purchased the car. Be careful buying from these guys.

Complete waste of my time and fuel. I text this guy and say Im coming from Herkimer to see this car in Rome. He says great, Im available, come right out. So I get there and watch him pulling out. His manager guy tells me they sold the car that morning, but they are getting an automatic non turbo car in, in a few days... So I called Paul. He gives the same story and says he worked all night so I have to excuse him for not knowing whats going on with his vehicles on his lot... Long story short Im pissed. 2 hours and fuel wasted for nothing. Looks to me like a poor attempt at the old bait and switch tactic to me....

You never put new tires on this car. We had to do it after passing youre so called inspection.The frame broke after passing your so called inspection as well as the tires the tail lights etc. Youre a scam artist.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!! I haven’t even had my car for a week and a couple days after driving the check engine light comes on so I take it to an auto shop in my town and a whole bunch of stuff is wrong with it. They don’t even know how it passed inspection and things on the car were fixed ILLEGALLY. So I call Paul up and he couldn’t even tell me where he got the car inspected and he kept saying he was “confused”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Seemed sketchy from the jump but I was in desperate need of a car so I looked past it. Also it took him over a week to even have the car ready for me. He told me on a Wednesday it’d be done by Monday, one minute he would say the car is done then next thing ya know it isn’t. Didn’t pick up the car till Friday. Mind you I live in auburn so this was a hassle. Please save your time and your money.

The owner Paul is a complete hustler I bought a 2009 Chevy Malibu from him and I took it to my personal mechanic to get it checked out and there was a whole lot of things wrong with it but I gave him the Beni fit of the dought and I said if u fix this I’ll but it so he keeps my car for a week now let me tell u there was 2200 dollars in things that needs to be fixed and after a week he calls to say it’s done turns out all he did was shut all the lights off and after a week all my lights turned on check engine abs traction control u name it it came on.i ask Paul what’s going on he said he doesn’t know and that maybe my garage broke all those things after he already had my 5000 the guy is a scam artist and I will tell it to his face
