Im sorry to say that the lady working there today was, without a doubt, the most UNFRIENDLY, UNSMILING customer service worker that I have EVER encountered. As much as I would hate to think this, I cant help but wonder if it was because of the race issues that seem to be all the rage in our society nowadays. She was a woman of color; we are Caucasian. My grandchildren LOVE to go there, but after the poor customer service and sloppily made Kaleido Sno treats they received today, we may just have to find another place to go😒

Made me so sad to receive the service we did today since we love Kaleido-Sno so much. Me and my kids went in and ordered, the lady in there was so disgruntled and never spoke or smiled. She really acted like she’d rather die than wait on us. What really got me though was the fact there was no utensils at all and she didn’t care to give us any. I figured that due to Covid, they probably just had them behind the counter. When I asked for 4 spoons, she (very rudely) said “we’re out!” Like it was the most obvious thing in the world and I should’ve assumed there weren’t any. She didn’t sorry or anything. Needless to say, after we spent 20 minutes trying to eat sno-cones with her mouths (just shaking it into our mouths), we were over it and just through them away. I don’t think we’ll be back no matter how good the sno-cones are. Breaks my heart to see this Rome staple go down.

The best snow cones you will ever taste. It’s weird, I know. You would never imagine a snow cone being so enjoyable but these things are amazing. Bonus points for being cheap!

Snow cone was great. Got my daughter an ice cream and it was weak. Wasnt even a real scoop. More like one small spoon worth.

Customer service was bland. No enthusiasm or expression.. Not even a Hello walking in.The ice wasnt very slushie like, but the sno cone was still enjoyable.

Comfortable atmosphere, wonderful service, and i love the menu and flavor variety. the woman who i believe owns this elegant little sno shop is very welcoming, sweet, and warm. a good place to hang out with friends, go on a date, or just to get out of the sun for a little while.

They have great shaved ice. However, I live a hour away and Ive drove out 3 times when they were supposed to be open and they were closed or closing and refused to server me.

The texture of my snowcone drew attention to the fact that I was just eating flavored ice. It was ground up ice instead of shaved ice, very crunchy in not a good way. Flavors were typical, nothing special.

I hate to say it but the last time we where there the snow cone was a bunch of big chunks of ice. I was very disappointed. I hope the is just a one time thing. I will give them one more shot before I give up on them.

Best sno-cone I ever had in my life! I dont normally get excited about sno-cones but the syrup actually stays in the ice instead of trickling to the bottom like it does with most of them. I got the flavor called Tigers blood which is strawberry-coconut. You will not be disappointed.

OMG Try the Red Velvet sno cone with creme. Its lierally amazing. I dont eat red velvet anything but this is different. Best flavor yet!😀

This place has a Cajun buffet on Thursdays form 11-6 and it is so amazing! The lady cooking it is straight from New Orleans! Complete with mudbugs and all!!
