They seem to do good work. But getting things worked on now is costing too much. Trying to get your car worked on will cost you. Be ready to shell out big money. It didnt have a posted sign for mask mandates. So make sure you have a mask on and also vaccinated. Got to protect yourself. Romeoville is maybe not following CDC and Illinois guidelines.

Brought my vehicle in to get my brakes repaired. Mike drove me home so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room and offered to pick me up when my vehicle was finished. Their pricing is very reasonable and timing of the repair was done quickly. Highly recommended and will be going back again in the future for any future repairs.

They got me in quick and got my a/c fixed. I went to 3 other places and nothing. I have asthma and it was super hot out so they literally saved me!!

They found the leak in my A/C. Ordered the part and fixed it. They applied my deposit to the final bill. A/C works great.

Been a long time customer but in the past year or so they have gone down hill. Took my car to get ac checked, they told me I needed a compressor. Wrong, the compresor was not getting power. They wanted 875 to repair, I took it to place that was able to fix it for 225. They told me I needed springs and shocks, I only needed springs. They quoted me 1200, but i had the springs done for less than 400. So I paid meinecke 89.00 to troubleshoot and they tried ripping me off for over 2,000. Mike the mechanic said he was looking for a van for one of his customers and told me to let him know if i wanted to sell it. What kind of craziness is going on here. The best part, I was charged for storage on the vehicle that was parked on a city street. Ill never do business with this place again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

They made me sit for over an hour on a slow day when I was the only customer for an oil change. Once they were finally done with my oil change, the change engine oil light came on in my car again two weeks later so I had to go somewhere else to get another oil change. I don’t know what they did but it wasn’t an oil change. Terrible shop, do not recommend.

Found a nail in one of the tires on my Land Rover, after trying to find a repair shop I called here and spoke with Mike and he told me to come on over. They got the car in, removed the nail and had me out within 45 minutes. Thanks to Mike and the team for a great job with friendly service.

Dont leave any change it your vehicle. I keep two quarters (for carts at Aldi) in my vehicle. After my oil change, they were gone. Didnt notice until the next day in the Aldi parking lot. Makes me feel violated, what else am I not noticing? How would you feel if someone you trusted to do service on your vehicle was caught going through your belongings?

I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger coming home from work on I-55 my air conditioner blower motor completely stopped working and it was 90 degrees outside and by the time I left Bedford Park to make it to Bolingbrook I was drenched with sweat. I want on you tube to try to figure out what was wrong, I change fuses relay switches and all was left was to change the blower motor and the resistor what before I did that I had Mike to check it out for me. within a half an hour I received a phone call saying to come pick my car up it was fixed and ready. I was about to sink good money in a problem that I did not have. Thanks to Mike and Meineke they cured my problem for about $50. Thank you Mike for your honesty and quality work

I have been coming here for oil changes for a couple years now and this was my first time coming since the covid pandemic. I was very disappointed to see that none of the employees wear a mask when talking to customers. They also did not wear a mask or gloves while driving my vehicle so I felt unsafe going into my own car afterwards.

Been going there for a few years now and always had a good experience. The manager is always polite and gives solid advice on what repairs are needed right away and what can wait.They even have a nice point program where you can redeem points in exchange for oil changes, tire rotation, wipers and so forth.The lobby could use a little more attention, but they do offer free water bottles.Where some mechanics take advantage of their customers, this place does not. Or at least I have not experienced that.Sound advice, reasonable prices and friendly people, thats what this place has.

I needed new tires for my 05 Buick Century. They did a great job from start to finish. They had to order the tires and got them in less than a day. They installed the new tires and did an alignment, in a timely manner. They even gave me a ride home, so that I didnt have to wait. Very satisfied with the service.

The Meineke off of Weber road in Romeoville has always done wonderful work on all my cars. They take the time to thoroughly make sure that the part they are fixing is the what the problem with the car. Rarely have I had to return the car after they worked on it. If there is a continued error they are diligent and work with me to solve the problem. Alan and his staff are fare and honest people. I trust that when I bring my car to Alan he will tell me the truth and won’t over charge me.

First time with Meineke. This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time for a brake inspection and oil change. The gentleman who helped us was very nice, professional, and helpful. A half hour wait for complete oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, and consultation about my vehicle is excellent. I can’t remember the last time I was treated that well at an automotive center. They definitely will have my business moving forward.

Exceptional. Just exceptional.I took my car to a shop and they told me I needed to replace my rotors, brake pads, and possibly something on the inside. Im not a car person, but good thing I was with my friend who told me to check out this other place instead. So naturally, I left and went to Meineke auto repair instead. I am very pleased with this decision.Over here, a very friendly man named Alain helped me . One of the best mechanics Ive met. He literally went through my car repairs in 20 minutes, and on top of that I was pestering him with my questions the whole time. In 20 minutes he fixed the problem an exchanged my brake pads, and it turned out everything else was fine! He saved me extra repairs and costs, and he was extremely knowledgeable. For fixing my brake pads in 5 minutes, I was able to walk away with extra time on my clock and money in my pockets. Alain and this shop are honest people who wont try to charge you for other things to make a profit off our lack of knowledge. I will definitely be back, because why go to a shop where they overcharge for labor and parts when you could get things done fast and efficiently.5 Stars and a good review for honesty!

I always have a great experience with this shop. They really care about the business they get from their customers. I’m glad I found them when I moved to Romeoville and it’s the only place I’ll go to get my oil changed and for my scheduled maintenance. They’re very honest and really do good work.

No wonder this place has so many great reviews and scores! Allen and the young lady at the desk were friendly and courteous. So far so good with the repairs.

I had some mechanical issues that was complicated for solving, these guys took care of the issue, after going to other shops, and dealing with this for a few years. However with that being said, before leaving the shop I decided to look under my hood, and noticed that my coolant reservoir was dry. This was part of the service that was involved with the work I had done, it was not cheap, almost $1500 and I was about to drive off with no coolant, that was not cool .

The staff is nice, they always get you in amd out in a timely manner. Prices are compareable. They make sure you know what theyre doing to your car and the price its going to be before they do any work.

I went for just a oil change and tire rotation to get them balanced. paid full for it. then they tell me that I needed new tires and 1 front break pad and both front rotos replaced. all they did was change my oil and top fluids with no tire rotation since they had little tread on them. they still made me pay full price for that service as if they rotated the tires. if went with their recommendation to get the breaks and rotor and wheels it was a total of 750$ for all parts with labor. i declined that offer and went to discount tire got them for 460 with instillation and lifetime warranty. they are over pricing a lot for their service. the employees never seem to be happy to work on your car. all stuck up. not a good recommendation here
