One of the pharmacy girls was extremely rude when I called to tell them I haven’t been able to pick up my prescription but wanted to see if it was still there. She yelled at me for not picking it up on time and spoke aggressively the entire phone call lol

Often out of stock on items I am looking for. Take the staffing away and see what happens?

The staff inside are friendly, but theyre often out of stock for many products. Dont use the drive thru pharmacy, youll wait 45 mins on average.Further commenting on the pharmacy: today, received an email and phone call that there was an issue with my insurance. This is strange because I use GoodRX and not insurance. I tried to call in to the store to clear up the issue and was rerouted to a call center where I was eventually placed on hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before the line went dead.I tried calling in again, this time got the pharmacy. I tried to ask my questions but the technician was very combative. So whats your question? she kept saying. I was really blown away with the level of attitude. Additionally, your store generated a message to me and youre completely unable to address that message?!Eventually, I called back and got the store manager (Sophia) who was amazing and very helpful. She straightened out the issue and I was able to pick-up my prescription. Unfortunately, the technician from earlier, problematic phone call rang me up and she made it well known that she remembered me. So aggressive.I let my doctor know to transfer the prescription to Jewel just up the road. Unfortunately, Walgreens doesnt care, wont care, but at least I wont be abused by this pharmacy again.I called my doctor to send my prescription elsewhere.

Asked employee where product was brought me right to it. Was in and out in 2 minutes. Plenty of parking.

The manager is the biggest WITCH ever! They really need to do something about her. The other employees are great!!

I paid cash and forgot to use my balance rewards card when purchasing so when I go to return my stuff they say you didnt use a rewards card we need a id since u don’t have a id or rewards card nothing we can do then when I say I have my balance reward card I just didn’t use it the manager says type it in I do then oh it’s not good enough I’m not doing it for you they can take your money but can’t give it back so I take it to the one on Weber down the street instead of driving all the way home and getting my id and with the recipet all written on by them they do it no problem no id no balance rewards just asked me my info which I told them I could of done just read them off my name and address which they said isn’t good enough but the one down the street thought me saying my name was good enough I will never buy anything again from there

The staff at this location are great! They always help you with anything you need and are very personable. The ladies in the pharmacy are awesome too! They are always patient and helpful with me even when I tend to be a bit more needy than most! If Andriy Romanchenko could spell correctly, I might take his/her review into consideration, but considering he/she cannot.......well, you see where Im going with it.

The workers were very nice; however, the manager yelled at two separate employees in front of me. It made a very negative environment. It makes me want to do to another drug store. Wait until your customers are not in ear shot especially not multiple times.

Expensive place. Is good if you need something very quick and you dont want to drive to Walmart which is located about 500 feet away.

The worst people i have dealt with in my life, work in this place. At least 10 minutes waithing on the registar everytime i go there. I would give em 0 stars if that was an option

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. The get the script from the doctor the night before and by the following afternoon you would think it would be full NO of course not. Maybe they need new staff at this one.
