MVA Auto Collision is the best! My Toyota Avalon had extensive front end damage. It was an emotional experience thinking that my car would never be the same but I really shouldnt have been worried. Mikes front end expert, Rubin, made repairs to my car as if it were his own vehicle. The result was a perfectly aligned and comfortable ride, as if the car is brand new. The paint is perfect! It is impossible to determine which parts of the vehicle were painted by MVA and which parts are original factory paint. I couldnt be happier with MVAs work. The entire staff was professional and helpful. They assisted me throughout the process dealing with insurance and providing me with honest and true cost and repair estimates. I highly recommend MVA for their professionalism and for the attention they give to every car that they work on, as if it were their own. Amazing.

MVA is a GEM! Really though! Especially for us New Yorkers to have such a professional shop and business right here on Long island. Mike the owner is very professional and keeps you in the loop with everything involving your vehicle. He takes great care of everyone like his own. He will give you the best paint you ever seen! No really- his paint finishes like its wet and buffed as is! Thats beautiful in its self. I gave him my baby (JEEP SRT8) and turn around time was flawless and work unbelievably amazing! I have to stress again how luxurious the paint comes out! Also his shop is spotless and clean! Do your self a favor give him a call or stop by and see for your self. Amazing crew and staff. The guy initially gave me a very good verbal estimate. I was planning on going with him, however, he refused to give me the estimate in writing and tried to tell me Toyota (who reccomended him) wont let him give written estimates anymore. I checked with Toyota and that was patently false. I know that just isnt how body shops work. My guess is that he hoped to do the work without a signed paper estimate so he could get away with changing me way over the agreed upon price.Anyways, Id strongly reccomend not going to this body shop as they seem dishonest and deceptive.

I cannot begin to describe how happy I was with Mike, his team and their incredible service!!! My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been hit by a drunk driver while parked in front of our house in the middle of the night. Quite an upsetting situation! LOTS of damage done to my car. The repairs were extensive and, therefore took a good deal of time. Once insurance stopped covering my rental car, I was left to pay out of pocket.MVA took the time to do all repairs completely and gave me back my car looking better than new! But that was not all! Mike new how upsetting this had all been for me! He waved my deductible and also gave ME cash back as a bonus for my troubles! This was the Best Christmas Gift I could ask for. The dealership was very helpful in finding the pre-owned car that I was looking for. When picking up the car they spent time showing me the features . Their were no surprise costs.

As someone who worked in a collision shop for over 9 years, and owned a different collision shop for 3 years I have a lot of experience in all aspects of the business SO I was really curious how it would be to be a customer on the other side of the counter.I must say that outside of the fact that it was a bit difficult to find, the inside office is decorated beautifully with a TV and comfortable seating. At the time I was there the receptionist was out sick, but one of the owners helped me immediately. He took a look at the damage on my car and gave me a very accurate estimate within just a few minutes. They also arranged with Enterprise rental car to pick me up and take me to their nearby location for a rental to use while my car was being fixed.I was concerned about the paint match since my car is a difficult gray with shiny flecks in the paint as well as how the rear quarter panel damage was going to be repaired. They did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress.When it was ready to be picked up I just left the Enterprise rental at their location and drove away in my repaired vehicle. I was very impressed at the quality of the repair, but even more impressed with the absolutely PERFECT paint match and blending they did. Beautiful job! I highly recommend this shop - one of the best in the area!

Brought my car here about a week ago. Long story short someone hit my car and I needed body work done. Went to the dealer I bought my car from and they recommended this shop. Best decision I could have made. They looked over the estimate I was given by the insurance company representing the person who hit my car. Explained to me what was wrong with the estimate that was wrote up. MVA handled everything with regard to the supplement and notified me as soon as I could bring my car in for work. The whole process was done in about 5 days and the work on the car was perfect. Not to mention that the owner works on the cars himself and is very transparent with you about what needs to be done, and the time it will take. I could not be more happy with the job that they did.

I had my car towed to MVA after an accident on a recommendation from my dealership, and I could not be more glad than I did. Mike and everyone else at the shop were nothing but helpful during the whole process and went above and beyond for me. The actual work on the car was phenomenal - it looks totally brand new - and they even cleaned it before I picked it up! If you need body work, bring your car here. End of story.

I have taken my Infiniti G35, which is in immaculate condition, to MVA Auto Body about 6 different times. It seems my car is a magnet for people to hit me cutting through parking lot spaces (them, not me). Anyway, the work has ALWAYS been flawless. I also had family members take their cars to them and the results were spot on.Always ask to speak with Mike. Hes a great guy and is the owner of the place. So you get your info right from the horses mouth. Hes a professional painter and does everything & anything to make sure the customer is happy when they leave.

Absolutely horrible. The paint work was low quality, three weeks late, AND he wanted more money three quarters through the job. An old-school rip-off artist. Theres a MUCH better shop right down the street, closer to Veterans Highway.

Awesome shop when my vehicle was forced to go to a geico shop all the repairs were done very poorly and aftermarket parts were used on a brand new 2017 highlander we brought the car over to mva collision cause them came highly recomended for there quality of work the claim was reopened mva fixed the car correctly and me and mywife couldnt be more happier recomended to family and friends excellent work want the thank the entire staff at mva collision

Wonderful Experience !!! I am so grateful to MVA Auto Collison. They are good and honest people!!!! I was on the way to work when a deer mauled my car, needless to say I was so upset, the car is expensive monthly and I’m financing to keep. Like many other Americans I am not rich, its enough to have student loan debts alone, but to add the accident financial fall out due to a reckless deer (smh), I was livid, but grateful and relieved when Geico told me that it was ok to continue driving and I could save up and fix it later. One day though, wouldn’t you know the AC went out, it happened to be on one of the hottest days of summer too, so I drove on down to Toyota to see what was wrong.I had just purchased my brand new 2017 Rav 4 in Black Currant in July of 2017 and am financing to own. I want to own this beautiful car for 10 years plus, so my heart literally sank and I almost passed out, when they told me there was a hole in the radiator along with the other damages from the deer that happened about two weeks prior too, and that the car wouldn’t be safe to drive.The clerk at Toyota saw how disheleved I was and suggested I go to MVA Auto Collision.I wanted real Toyota parts that last, the correct color, and appropriate service not some rip off, but my Toyota didn’t do body work so they recommended MVA Auto Collison. This whole situation was so stressful but from the time I arrived at MVA it was nothing but stress free and professional service the entire time. As a person who has learned not to trust many in this world I can whole heartedly suggest to you to go to MVA Auto Collison for any auto work. Not only did they perfect all damages that had occurred to my car, they worked with me financially and fought my insurance company on my behalf to ensure I had the correct parts.
