Don’t let your car get towed here. Do yourself a favor and have them bring it to your home shop unless you want them to scam you into paying them out the nose.

Car was towed to this place after an accident where I had lost consciousness and did not retrieve my items myself before going into an ambulance. Two weeks later I can now walk and insurance rep says I can go pick up my belongings. I arrived and went on to taking whatever I found. I was so shocked at the damage that it wasn’t until I got home that I realized I didn’t get what I was going for. My latest Apple Watch, pickle rick cased AirPods, and some loose change that I had been collecting in zip lock bags. I called and was told since my car was damaged and literally anyone can get in that someone may have stolen it. After hearing him over explain that my car is out in the open and anyone can get in he also adds it would have been “more money” to secure my belongings. Welp, I wish you would have said that to my boyfriend earlier the day of the accident when he called this place asking if they had the car in possession. I really doubt that it could have been “just about anyone” stealing my valuables in the middle of the seats compartment to which I know you went through cause how else would you have gotten the insurance card information. You can see there’s no windshield and all doors can open yet you didn’t have the decency of putting my Apple Watch and AirPods inside your shop? Nothing clicked that it may have been the right thing to do and even if you weren’t getting tipped you’d know you have integrity at the end of the day. I have a strong intuition and I feel as if this place is not genuine when it comes to not stealing your belongings. So if your car gets towed to this place you better wish you took your valuables because there’s a big chance you won’t see it again and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about.
