This storage facility is in a convenient location with security cameras. I selected a small room that fit my need. Monthly rent payment can pay in person, as well as online if busy work schedule on due date. The office manager Mr. Hernandez is friendly, and knowledgeable to show you the space size if customers have questions.

Stopped in the front office earlier this month because Im pricing my options and evaluating a few storage places because my current storage place is raising their prices. But regardless of whether I become a customer or not, I really just have to say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the faculty I was able to see with a short tour, and all the Staff I interacted with were extremely helpful. I stopped by today to see about renting a storage spot. The young lady in the office was very nice and helpful. She sold me alone on how convenient the big drive up drive ways are. i like that it wont be a hassle for me to go up stair or elevators to load and unload my things. She also told me she has the best prices in the area which i already knew due to my research before coming in. Over all i liked everything about this location and i will recommend it to anyone looking to store, specially if its your first time storing.

Nice great location for students in the Rosemead and Montebello area. Great price, Ignacio was really nice in showing me different units. Faculty is really nice and clean and well taken care off.

My wife found this place on the internet, we came to see the storage and the managers were super helpful and super nice. They answered all our questions and also shared some knowledge on why we should rent there. They explained how safe and convenient the storage was. Due to this pandemic, i appreciated them being cautious and using pre-caution to keep themselves and us safe. I was a little hesitant to rent storage here due to my mother having one here many years ago. Back then it was kind of dirty and looked like people use to live there. I decided to give them a chance and at least gather some information, seeing that the location was right by my moms house. Came in and it didnt even look like the same place. It was clean, secured, had cameras everywhere. Berniece was great and really sold me on how secure the location is now and assured my belongings would be safe. If youre looking for storage around Rosemead, this is by far the best spot.

I just recently helped my mom find a storage and i came across this place. I went to 2 different ones before we finally got the time to come see this place. My mom will be coming alone to get her things for work on a daily so this place won be alone with how safe i have read the reviews. The managers assurred me that they stay on top of everything here and have had a good standing with their customers when it comes to security, cleanliness and over all maintanence of this store. The big driveways are also a plus seeing that my mom wont need to go up the elevator or stairs. Overall a great storage place.
