It’s not 24 hour access despite it being on their website and listed everywhere as 24 hour access. They’ll definitely forget to tell you that when you reserve.

I was literally a very loyal customer for over 5 years and as the years went on, the service just became more and more lacking.When there was on site management you could request help or make personal requests, now you have to call the location on Rosemead Blvd. and just hope they answer because they never return your calls.Beware that the managers park their cars inside this place, so if you have a storage unit in the back and need to get a trailer backed there, just make sure you have some help to get around their cars.Best part was that everytime I went to my unit, the door was jammed...

Dori L was a pleasant surprise for us as we moved our son into the LA area! She found us a nice storage facility at the end of August when they have the most business and least amount of storage.Our problem was when we went to drop the trailer off at 1717 N Glendale Blvd in Glendale, CA. I placed an order for the trailer on 8-3-17 with Janet at the toll-free number. She said that if we needed a storage facility that we could get the first month for free. On 8/8/17, I spoke to Rochelle and changed the date and secured a storage facility at the Glendale property.I then re-confirmed the trailer and storage facility on 8/9/17 with Yvonne.We got into LA early, so I called the toll-free number on 8/25/17 and spoke to Ashley. She said that we could drop trailer off and get into our storage room. When we got to the Glendale office, we were told that they did not have storage and had no room for the trailer. He sent us to the UHaul on Arapahoe and Hoover. Yolanda Martinez said they didnt have room and said that we would be closer to Glendale if we went to the Ivar Street, in Rosemead facility. We drove 2 hours in rush hour traffic to get there. It ended up being 30 miles from us. The only help that she gave us was to send us to Dori.Dori Liddell welcomed us and found us storage! She was unable to take the trailer, but called the Rosemead Blvd office and he took the trailer even though the didnt really have room. I cannot say enough good things about Dori! She was pleasant and helpful. It was the nicest UHaul facility. It even has 2 comfortable chairs and air conditioning.I think the employees at the toll-free number should be taught how to deal with the public. It took us 6 hours to drop our trailer and we are 30 miles from where we wanted to be, but so glad to have found Dori! This was a nightmare that should never have taken place. I verified my reservations 3 times! I dont believe I did anything wrong!We drove to 3 locations to drop off our trailer and get the first month of storage for free.We were running out of time to drop the trailer when Dori came to our rescue. Uhaul had promised us a site near where we wanted to be and got there and they didnt have storage or room for the trailer. He sent us to another site and she got us to Dori.She was our angel! We have an indoor facility that is watched 24 hours with an on-site manager.They have the nicest office with 2 comfy chairs to wait in. It was the cleanest Uhaul we have been to and we have seen many facilities.They have an on-site manager who is there 24/7 to watch your items on a security camera.

I have used a number of u-haul facilities in the past and by far, the managers at the ivar ave, rosemead location are the nicest ive ever dealt with. my company rents a truck from them every month and these folks go out of their way to make sure that i am taken care of. the trucks are always clean and ready to go. in the future, this location has my complete business!thank you colin and maria!

Very secluded

I forgot my unit number so I went to the office to ask the worker. No was in the office although they are open. Waited five minutes no one came into assist me. The old managers didnt do this

Ive been at the stores location for about a year and I couldnt have picked a better place to store my personal belongings. Its well kept clean and the employees there are always helpful and nice except for the gentleman that lives on the premises dont really care for him hes rude and obnoxious. And needs to learn how to talk to people especially if youre living sis of where someone else is working at
