Went in to grab two shirts for an order. Got home realizing they’re the wrong shirts. Never even unfolded the shirts. I came back to EXCHANGE shirts and the lady at the register rudely said NO ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Being a small business owner I think that’s very inconvenient, especially because I was just in the store not even an hour ago. I will not be back and do NOT recommend. Today was my first time ever even in the store.

The Female is very rude! You cant try anything on ! All Sales are Final! Ill continue to go to Houston for Hair Products and etc.

Besides not being able to try wigs it was a great store! Has many discounts which is amazing, Ill definitely be going back.

Good product selection but poor customer service!

Good prices but customer service is horrible. She makes it seems like you are bothering her by asking a question wont go back
