Shawn and his team are top notch. They have gone out of their way to help me when it comes to quick repairs or major tune ups. They have handled all my warranties from my bike in a timely manner. The best part is they give you loaner parts while yours are out for warranty! Fresh Bikes has one of the largest selections of new bikes in the area and always has the newest models when released. GREAT SHOP, OWNER, AND SERVICE! A privately owned company (i think), that feels like you are in a bike shop youd find out West I had driven by several times before i stopped in. Please, do. Youd be glad you did. I liked it so much i bought a bike from them. They have excellent bikes, accessories, and service that will be hard to find elsewhere.

Customer service is basically non existent. They have a good selection of quality gear and bikes.. they are even super conveniently located near big creek but all that goodness is sadly blown away by the way they treat customers.

Asked if they can adjust my front derailleur - they offered 2 tuning setups - $85 and $110 which will include everything. When I asked if they can only adjust what Im asking - they said they can do it, but it will take 2 weeks! I asked if they can give me a date or call me when they actually ready to work on my bike so I can bring it the same day - they said they cant do that. 2 weeks for something that can be done in a few hours max! Seriously?! Of course, I dont know how good they actually at fixing or maintain the bikes - so thats why its only 3 out of 5 stars. If I own that place - Id be more flexible with all the customers who want to bring you money.Upd: 4 stars for detailed response! Will try to come back with bike next time. Thx!

I had some warranty work done on a dropper post that was installed. Shawn called me to tell me he was still waiting for the part to arrive but he knew the weather was going to be nice that weekend, so he offered to set me up in a loaner bike if I wanted to ride. I didnt take him up on the offer but it was nice that he gave me the option. He fixed the post and made a few suggestion about some items I might want to look at but didnt hard sell me on anything. Just purchased a third bike from Shawn and the FRESH BIKES Crew - always a great experience. FRESH has the best bike brands. They know BIKES and they know SERVICE. I would not trust others like I trust FRESH.

Bought some gloves here today and was not told there was a no return policy on them due to COVID-19. Owner was not present when I bought them, but he was there when I returned them. My request set him off and he was quite rude about it. We probably could have worked all this out if he would have spoken with me directly but that never happened. It wasnt worth the $30 to me to be treated like that. He did refund the gloves, but it made me feel like I was a terrible person for even asking.

Fresh Bikes is just a great bike shop. Shawn treats his customers well. They sell some of the best bike brands like Yeti, Ibis, and Pivot. My wife and I got our Yeti SB5s from Fresh Bikes over two years ago. First off Yeti makes awesome bikes. But any bike needs regular maintenance. We just had our bikes in for full maintenance including pivots, fork and shock. My bike needed to have my rear shock sent to Fox to have a part replaced. Fresh Bikes handled everything well. And as a courtesy Shawn eliminated the estimated labor charge for the rear shock because I had to spend more for the extra parts and fees from Fox. Those actions are noticed by the customer.Last year during service they noticed a cracked bushing that they replaced as a courtesy. Bottom line mountain biking is an expensive sport and it is important to work with a good shop that has skilled mechanics and treats their customers well. You will find that at Fresh Bikes.

Last fall I narrowed my new bike search down to 5, three of which Fresh bikes had for rent. To make a long story short It took a few days and I test rode all the bikes I wanted with Fresh. When I finally made up my mind which bike, wheel size, upgrades etc I still had not made up my mind about tires. Shawn took a set of wheels off of another bike to put on the bike I wanted for one more test ride. He really helped me confirm what I wanted in a bike.I appreciate the knowledge Shawn, Bill and the team at Fresh bring to the table to educate the consumer. Ive been riding for a long time but am not necessarily up on the latest developments whereas they are.As for service after the sale, its great. I was riding in N. GA and smashed the derailleur pretty good and shifting went bad. I limped back to the car and gave Shawn a call from the trail head. I got to the shop just before closing and dropped it off and they had it back up and running before the next weekend. Every time I call I get a concise expert answer.If Fresh has what youre looking for in a bike, look no further, they will take care of you. If youre not sure what you want, they can save you a lot of time by pointing you in the right direction. If youre going to spend what it takes to get a great bike, ride it before you buy it. Fresh is the place to get it done.

Shawn the owner is first class. Ive been involved in the biking industry my whole life and Shawn for being a young business owner under fourty years old has extensive knowledge and experience in the bicycle business. He has experience in the technical aspects as well and he has even written and presently writes for bicycle publishers. I bought a Norco and I needed an emergency adjustments on breaks and derailer and he went out of his way to accommodate me even under tough circumstances with pandemic. Atlanta is lucky to have a great bike shop and business owner with Shawn and Fresh Bikes!

The location is great, almost directly across from big creek, however, their customer service is awful. Typically they have younger kids working the floor, no excuse for the terrible service. Possibly better if you’re going in for a big ticket item.

Over the years Ive purchased two bikes from the crew at Fresh Bikes. Also, I get them to perform my yearly tune ups. The team is always welcoming and willing to answer questions. When you get your bike after a new purchase or maintenance visit, you will be ready to roll. Attention to detail is what you can expect. Great bike shop! I was looking at a SB4.5 or SB5.5 Yeti for a possible next bike. I live in Memphis and the closest demo I could find was Fresh Bikes. I contacted Shawn and we discussed riding conditions and benefits of both. I decided the SB4.5 would probably fit my trail conditions better. Shawn used to work at Yeti and is an expert on the capabilities of the Yeti, having ridden the lunch ride in Golden, CO. I set up a trip to Atlanta to demo the SB4.5 and the IBIS Ripley LS. The shop is located close (less than 1/4 mile) to the Big Creek Park trail head. This was a great placed to demo the 2 bikes with a wide range of trail difficulty. I fell in love with the SB4.5. The shop has a great inventory of Yeti, but I special ordered the one I preferred. He was able to tell me the delivery time immediately (3-4 days). I came back 2 weeks later, picked up the bike, and took it for a ride at Big Creek to ensure it was dialed in. I cant say enough about the personal service provided by Fresh Bikes. My only regret is that I dont live close enough to make it my local bike shop.

Went 4 minutes before closing the owner was there he was very accommodating. He fixed my wheel which the cassette was loose and sent me on my way. When I cracked a frame (on a bike purchased elsewhere!), owner Shawn Brunner helped assist me with a seamless warranty when the other shop wouldn’t. I ended up with a fabulous NEW bike, thanks to Shawn and his efforts.3. I finally pulled the trigger on a really sweet ride recently — a Yeti 5.5 Turquoise Series Build with all the coolest upgrades. It wasn’t cheap, but Shawn delivered VALUE and my dream bike.4. I kept trying to bring my wife to Fresh, with plans of putting her on a high end hybrid. Real good people here.I’ve had a few questions about my bikes that I’ve gone into ask advice on. The mechanics happily took the time to listen to my question and help me troubleshoot solutions. Never got the vibe that they’re trying to milk me for money or didn’t want to be bothered but are more interested in helping out the cycling community.

I would recommend to check with them about first come first serve policies on the service part of the business. While buying experience was good, we ran into a snag on the service part. However owner of the store did reach out and corrected the situation which shows dedication to service and taking care of his customers.

What a great bike shop. I live 2 hours away but wanted an ibis ripmo. They talked with me on the phone multiple times about components, setup, riding style etc. steered me away from some stuff and boy am I happy they did. I have an awesome ripmo that is dialed in.When I went to the store to pick it up they spent plenty of time with me dialing in the suspension, etc. they are super knowledgeable and treated me right.I am only sad that I probably won’t get to use the free tune ups since I live 2 hours away. I’m sure you have many repeat customers because of it.May 2020, I worked with Shawn again to purchase a full suspension bike for my under sized 13yr old. He had a demo bike that worked out great for my budget since my son will obviously grow out of it in the near future. I wanted to buy a decent bike for my 8 year old after a series of Toys R Us specials and even though I wasnt looking at high-end expensive bikes, Jack who helped me and Shawn (owner) treated us as though we were just as important as someone buying a high-end a carbon fiber mt. bike. When the bike came in, it ended up being a little bit big for my son and there was absolutely no problem returning it (we never rode it outside) and ordering the next size down. Great service. Bought a bike from fresh (the team took a lot of time to show me the ins and outs of each model) and there ended up being a front fork issue from rock shox. Fresh contacted the manufacturer and I came back to a $400 upgrade. Would highly recommend!

Shawn and the rest of the staff at Fresh Bike are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. No bike problem seems to be too big or too small, and most of the time when I walk in with a problem, Shawn fixes it without me even having to leave the bike with him overnight. Definitely a mechanic you can trust: if he says something needs to be repaired, you can believe him. Pricing is reasonable, hours are great, and his location near the Big Creek Trails in Roswell is hard to beat. Great example of a high quality local bike shop with outstanding customer service!

This is a really great shop. The guys in here are super laid-back and friendly. Theres not a lot of selection in the store, but the head mechanic / proprietor really knows his stuff. Hes definitely more knowledgeable than many of the bike shop mechanics that you run into, and hes quickly become the only person (besides myself) who I will really trust to work on my bikes.

I recently took my 5 year old Santa Cruz Blur to Shawn for some work. I had some play in the rear end and Shawn took the time to seek out his contact at Santa Cruz and talk about it. They found a solution that replaced one of the parts in my linkage that had been upgraded over the years. The difference it made to my bike was amazing. The stability improvement on down hills was quite noticeable as well and the added stiffness on climes. As a side note, this was not why I had taken my bike in for work; it was for something completely different. It was Shawn who went the extra mile to ensure my bike was in the best possible condition for me to ride. As a rider and not a mechanic, this is golden for me. They set up four different bikes for me to try, and were great about talking me through what I liked about each one after each ride. This helped me to better reflect on what I wanted. They swapped out parts for me, were meticulous about shock settings and saddle height, and were constantly enthusiastic and patient.Buying an expensive bike is a big deal. Fresh made it seem every bit as special, and informed, as it should be. Every staff person was friendly, eager to help out, and genuine about their love of riding. Fresh Bike Service ordered my Raleigh SSCX bike and had it built in about a week. I have purchased bikes in different shops all over Atlanta, and I have always had some type of problem. This was the easiest transaction! You cannot beat the service plan or quality of service that you get with their bikes. This is the only bike shop to use for your bicycle needs.

This bike shop is very much the best Ive experienced in town thus far. Ive checked out many in the ATL area, but Fresh gets my business. They treat every customer (inexperienced to experienced) equally - every question is answered, no pressure on the sales floor, always flexible in bike repairs, and very fair in pricing. I recommend this shop to everyone I talk to whos interested in bikes.

This is the shop to go to for mountain biking. They have the best bikes around and their knowledge of bike repairs is the best around. They have repaired everything on my bike from simple rim fixes to full overhauls on my shocks. I wont take my bike anywhere else.

Went to one bike shop to get an opinion on a rear hub assembly and left the shop with my head spinning. Came to Fresh Bikes and they not only tried their best to get me set up, but ordered the right parts for me on the spot. Cant thank these guys enough!

Was in the ATL from Baton Rouge for the weekend for the SEC Championship game and to do some MTB’ing north of ATL. After riding Big Creek just down the road from Fresh Bikes I stopped in late about :20 prior to closing at 5:40pm to see if I could get a quick unplanned derailleur adjustment on the MTB and to pick up some parts that I needed. Shaun, the owner was swamped with scheduled repairs that needed to be finished and also trying to close up the shop for 6pm, but him and his worker Parker took the time to treat me like I was their #1 Customer and get my bike dialed in and tuned up, and even find an issue that I didn’t know that I had. They didn’t have to do this for me as a walk in that close to closing but they were Happy to keep one of their customers HAPPY! Because of the A++ service I ended up buying an extra MTB helmet that I didn’t plan on, but they had one I liked and I was so pleased with their customer service that I said “what the hell, I’ll help out a LBS that helped me out.” Oh, also their stock of bikes and equipment is SICK!!! I’ll be happy to come back whenever I’m in the area again!K. KEES

The best bike shop in the Atlanta area.....PERIOD! I have been to most of the bike shops in the area and although they provide adequate service, none have the knowledge that Shawn and his staff possess. Although it is an hour drive, I recently purchased a new bike from Fresh Bikes because of the after sale service and support that Shawn provides his customers.

Shawn is an amazingly thorough technician. When the problem becomes difficult and the factory representatives are involved, he does a great job keeping you updated about the repair, the reason for the problem and how it will be resolved. Shawn notices the small things that many shops overlook, such as wearing hex or torx screws - replaced; the beginning of a creaky bottom bracket - bring it back in 3 months. Hes a top end wrench and patient teacher. I learn something every time I visit Fresh Bike Service.

Shawn and his crew always provide the greatest attention to detail when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Overall knowledge and customer service continuously top notch!

No high pressure sales here--they just want to make sure youre stoked with your bike for how and where you ride. Excellent selection of bikes and parts, especially higher-end MTBs that many shops dont stock. Everyone at the shop knows what they are talking about and they dont put a lot of pressure on you to make a sale. They have your best interest in mind. Its a quality shop with a knowledgeable owner and staff. They love to bike and it shows.

Fresh took care of my worn bike quickly with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and skill.In the final days leading up this years big race in Leadville things weren’t spinning so smoothly. After burning time with unsuccessful fixes at 2 other local shops I found Fresh the day before the bike needed to ship out. They did what the others couldn’t, they promptly diagnosed and repaired the problems sending me on my way to race worry free.There are a lot of logistics that go into arriving at your big event healthy and with a reliable ride. Fresh took care of the mechanical half of that equation. I am very grateful for their assistance. Here on out, nobody but Fresh will ever put a wrench to my ride.

Fresh Bike Service never seems to disappoint. This has been my go to bike shop for several years now. I can always count on they guys to be straight up with me on what my bike needs to be kept in top condition without trying to oversell me what isnt needed. It was this approach that lead me to eventually buy a new custom built Yeti from Fresh. Shawn made the process an easy step by step project showing me where to go the extra mile with an upgrade that fit my budget. It is the clear communication the shop provides to help me understand the issue Im having when needing repairs, how it will be fixed and knowing the costs before the work it completed that I really appreciate...just feels like they take the extra mile for you to learn more about the bike which I think makes you a better rider in the long run,If your looking for a trusted local shop with guys that are passionate about what they do, stop in and give them a try. The owner is very hands on, and had helped me out several times before even opening his doors (as a complete stranger), saving my ride and time. Hello All... my last post turned out to be a slight miscommunication... I can honestly say that these guys are official! i had another issue with my bike (and i say that loosely). for some reason my tire was going flat and I just bought the tubes from these guys a couple weeks ago.. so I take it there, and they do a bang up service! adjust my brake line change my tube, and adjust some other stuff on my bike... im no expert.. but they spent a fair mount of time on my baby... so thanks guys..AWESOME JOB!!
