This Roswell location seems to be recently renovated. The staff is friendly and patient with all customers. The restrooms were SPOTLESS at the time of our visit... and that says a lot about a restaurant. Floors were recently mopped and tables cleaned. The staff is very proactive with cleaning and keeping up the place to great standards. They were running the lemon flavor... and now it is my FAVORITE! Great spot to meet with friends and gain some pounds with the most YUMMY donuts in town!

There was no cream in the “original cream filled” Technically, we ordered 4 of them. Two didn’t have any cream and the other two had the smallest amount of filling. So disappointed! They just started doing this. The last time they had the original cream filled, they were really filled! Oh well. My husband and I were laughing about it because we were SO looking forward to it. kind of comical Lol.

So first lol, I asked for 2 reg glazed donuts, 1 with chocolate, and 1 strawberry(so 4 all together). I had my vaccine card so I would get one free. I also asked for the Caramel latte but it was broken or something which reminds me of McDonald’s “broken ice cream machine” lol. Anyways she only gave me three donuts and never gave me the strawberry(instead the chocolate w sprinkles) and no extra glazed even tho I said it twice. Anyways thanks for listening to my rant.

Yummm, KK. I mean it’s KK, what else do you need to know? Ok, the filled donuts could use a little more filling. My Chocolate covered Custard filled we’re a little lacking in custard, but still good.

I had two cinnamon rolls and two glazed doughnuts.I could have done without the breakfast cereal and extra icing on top of the cinnamon roll so I was glad I only got one of those, but it was still good.Its been ages since I visited Krispy Kreme, and I havent visited this location since it was in the old building.Great service, hot doughnuts.

I ordered a iced coffee and donuts, my iced coffee had so many coffee grounds in it that I couldn’t drink it, it made me choke while I was driving when I took the first sip!! Then my specialty donuts the apple fritter was about the size of a donut hole, I had to ask for what I paid for a normal size donut, I went to look for my receipt and realized he never gave it to me as a matter fact I had to ask him for my total when I got to the window. Definitely not the service I’m use to from this brand,

Today at exactly 3:56pm I ordered two dozen of donuts. Soon as I sat down, a crowd came in the door. I waited patiently with my three kids, at 4:25pm I noticed someone getting chocolate glaze donuts so I go to the counter to ask how much longer for my donuts. They forgot about our donuts. Our donuts were horrible, worst donuts I’ve ever bought. Both dozen looked like plastic ring toss toys. I will never visit this location again, waited close to an hour just to bring home plastic ring toss donuts. It doesn’t even look like donuts from Krispy Kreme, just ridiculous.

The good looking really tall guy thats usually at the drive-thru window is super unfriendly. He was crumbling up my receipt right in front of me after I had just asked for it. Hes always rude, never greets you or smiles just tells you the amount and thats it. Today the donuts tasted stale and the coffee wasnt fresh or hot.

My wife recommended I get the coffee while visiting the area partway through my trip. I was impressed with the coffee and subsequently purchased a cup each of the final three mornings while in the Alpharetta area. The classic glazed donut also happened to be ordered. 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately their drive through is so slow I cannot give them any more than three stars. I believe there was four cars in front of us and it took us over 20 minutes to get through the line. They definitely need to improve that.

Usually their coffee machine is down. Today it was not and Mocha Latte was delicious..

The reviews about the staff being unfriendly is so true! I went through the drivethru and the guy at the window was as stale as the doughnuts he gave me. despite his attitude I still told him to “have a good day” he ignored me and didn’t even respond. Don’t spend your hard earned money on bad attitudes and stale doughnuts. I love Krispy Kreme but I jus ignore my cravings so I don’t have to deal with these people attitudes

I went here on my way to work to purchase donuts for all my coworkers. I started to order several Halloween themed donuts when the young lady working the counter advised me to order the Halloween sampler. I did and the donuts were amazing as Ive come to expect from Krispy Kreme. Im only giving 3 stars because of the young ladies attitude. She had no interest in being there or interacting with her customer. I guess it was pretty early, but drink some coffee and have a 🍩. Put a smile on that face and think positive. Ill be coming back to this location as it is on my route to work.

I actually think that this new location is easier to access and exit than the old store.  Or, at least, you have more options.  With that in mind, ATL (and Roswell) drivers are incredibly inconsiderate and selfish...most will not let you out into traffic, so you have to gird your loins and punch the throttle.  But none of that has a thing to do with this KK.Clean, open, bright store.  The bathroom is nice, although Ill be surprised if it is still nice after the sheen wears off and the employees settle in.  For now, the staff is nice and efficient, although I did park and go into the store to ogle the goods.  Krispy Kreme and Subway are two places that you shouldnt complain about glacial service in the drive-thru.The angled parking spaces on the Mansell side are narrow, as if they were painted by an elf with a paint brush in each hand.  The parking lot is roomier than most in the area and navigation isnt hazardous, if you are half-ass paying attention.Even though the glazing conveyor belt is in plain view behind the cases of nuts, the selection isnt what I expected.  Specifically, I was pining for blueberry cake donuts, which I was informed are seasonal items.  WTH!?  This was one of my wishes that arose from the move from the old location, that the new store would have a better selection of classic KK varieties.  No dice.  I had to complete the loop and go to the QT and settle for some glazed blueberry fritters.While Im kvetching, 99 cents for a glazed donut approaches sublime inanity.  You could get a McDouble for that much loot.  I realize that there are quantity discounts, but its damned unconscionable that a single, solitary glazed donut costs a dollar.

Super friendly staff, quick service and clean inside and out. You simply cannot beat a hot Krispy Kreme donut and this location delivers. Recommended for sure.

Nothing like a hot donut. The only thing is not knowing when they turn the light on. Theyre so good, if the light isnt on in Alpharetta, we drive to Woodstock right after.

Very disappointing experience. Waited with kids in cold weather for 1.5 hrs for just plain glazed donuts and still did not get an idea of how long the wait is. I had at least 10 people In front of me, drive thru was equally busy with long wait time. Management is terrible. Significantly understaffed for Valentine’s Day.Hard to believe that such a famous company has such poor planning.

We waited in drive through for two hours for heart shaped donuts to surprise the kids on Vday, after we picked and checked we found regular decorated donuts, they could have put a sign that they are out of heart donuts, waste of 2 hours of time and money. We could have got our favorite glazed donuts or passed for that day. What a disappointment.

I went thru the drive thru and placed order. I said I want to get a dozen and here is the break down. I want 4 regular donuts, 3 chocolate covered donuts, then asked a question about Bavarian cream, then said 3 Bavarian filled donuts, 1 chocolate covered Bavarian filled donut, and last the blueberry donut. After leaving we checked the box.......Well I have no idea if I got my order or if they gave me someone elses because I can see where they tried to do my order but still confused. What do you think? We got 4 regular donuts, 3 chocolate covered donuts,1 blueberry donut, 3 plain filled plain cream and 1 chocolate covered with cream. What a disappointment!!!!! Kids are not gonna be happy and I spent all this money for nothing!

I ordered a glazed donut and two iced chocolate donuts and a caramel iced latte and they gave me chocolate.im mad now.

Their donuts are great, but the service could have been better. I had to call these people 4 times to ask them a question about job opportunities, but they never answer my calls. Instead, they just hung up on me. I dont know if I ever want to do services with these people, which is sad, because their donuts are good.

I can only write this review by stating the facts. I got in line at 9am to pick up a prepaid online order that had been placed at 7:30 that morning. I left the store at 11:42 with my order filled with some substitutes for the initial order. I was never addressed by management.

We stop on our way back after watching Christmas Light so we wanted some hot chocolate and donuts, to my surprise this was the only donut place open ( most be due to covid) the hot cocoa/latte machine was down ok we asked for some Christmas donuts they were out, strawberry glazed out too . The drive thru guy was not helpful at all really disappointed with this Krispy Kreme

Customer service was phenomenal. They were all very nice. The doughnuts were hot and yummy but my review is more for the workers.

I buy a dozen glazed almost every 2 weeks especially when the HOT sign is turned ON. My last two experiences have not been too good. Today when I went to get my HOT glazed dozen in the drive-thru, they were just the room temperature warm. Last weeks experience was worst as those were actually refrigerator cold. we couldnt even eat those in the car until we reheated them.Another thing about todays visit was that my daughter wanted a vampire doughnut so I ordered a dozen and then asked to get 1 vampire donut, I was charged a total of around $13 for a total of 12 (11 glazed + 1 vampire ) donuts today. So do we get charged this amount for the total 12 donuts which include 1 vampire donut? you can probably get 2-3 donuts for $3 so if I would have bought a dozen and single donut it would still not cost me this much.

They never pick up when I call, and poor marketing. They said on select Fridays they have a special kind of donut, but what they mean is only on the first Friday of every month. Aswell as on the sign you really only see the donut and that it’s on Friday. I brought up that they don’t pick up, they just said that there always there, with no explanation as to way.

Cant say how they were. We drove there because google said the hot light would be on at 4. We sit in the car because we arrived at 3:45. At 4 we go inside because the light did not go on, and we were told that it would be 5:00 instead. Needless to say, we left unhappy with no donuts.

Dont go there often. Wanted mixed Christmas box and Reeses, Cream filled. I only got 1 Christmas donut & they were out of Reeses and cream filled. So not to hold up the line, I just said put anything in there. I picked the wrong day to go.

The staff at the Krispy Kreme are awesome and helpful. When we get donuts it is from this Krispy Kreme. We usually come here in the mornings so the selection has always been good. Kids can even watch the donuts get fried then glazed, which ours usually enjoy. The bathrooms have always been clean when we had to use them (kids).

Hardly any options and the lobby was closed. I drove out of my way just to be disappointed.

Ill never get over loving my favorite childhood donuts. The other mom and pop shops I liked are long gone out of business. But, I can still get a hot donut from Krispie Kreme!

This location is okay. The line for service was unbelievable and the employees did not seem to be in any great hurry to get to the next customer. The doughnuts were no longer warm after the wait, yet they were still fairly good. Do not attempt to go to this location if you are in any sort of hurry. You will be required to wait to get service for an extended period of time.

I went to Krispy Kreme today 2 get the lemon glazed donuts and this is what they gave me! I was very disappointed and will not be going back to this location again! I will also contact the corporate office because this is unacceptable. I dont appreciate this at all! I wouldnt give my dogs these donuts!

Classic Krispy Kreme donuts with fresh out of the fryer glazed donuts. It was cool to watch the donuts get cooked and glazed on the rack and eat the fresh donut before leaving the store. They even had paper hats for us to take. Very good donuts!

I came in this morning(7/2/2020). Placed a pick up for 7:15. These donuts look like they were made last week! I’m so mad! This is for my coworkers baby shower and now we have stale ugly looking donuts!

I bought a Krispy Kreme mug, and when I poured hot water in it for tea, it cracked and the water drained right out onto the counter. This was the first time I used it, so it was clearly not designed for near-boiling liquids. I live in New England so I contacted Krispy Kreme corporate offices. They wanted date and time of purchase, a list of all items purchased, a copy of the receipt, whether I paid cash or credit and the number on the card, whether I dined in or carried out. So I called to ask why they needed me to jump through all those hoops, and they said if I had a receipt, I could try and get a refund from the Roswell store.Try and get a refund?!! Since I cant purchase a Krispy Kreme mug from anywhere except a Krispy Kreme, what does producing the receipt accomplish? Krispy Kreme does not stand behind its products. Corporate office seems not to recognize that it costs the company so much less to right their mistake than to alienate a customer over a $12.99 mug. The donut I had with my mug purchase was good, so this review is a case where the Roswell store is paying for corporates stinginess.

Unless the donuts are hot & fresh (look for the neon sign), then theyre not worth the calories. Also, Krispy Kremes prices have gone up 50%+ over the last 10-15 years. I feel like I can get the same or better donuts of a store shelf. I highly recommend Rays Donuts on Canton Rd in Marietta.

This location had good food, good service, and a moderately short wait. It was clean and the employees were nice. One employee appeared to be in training, but their manager helped them finish making the drink. Donuts were fresh and good. Nice atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The most unprofessional service I have ever received. It really ruined my night. They messed up my order and they were giving me attitude AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT. It was THEIR fault because they don’t want to do their jobs. The manager needs to find more qualified employees with proper customer service because these people now are horrendous. Also, they never answer their phones. They want little business as possible. Never, ever coming back to this Krispy Kreme ever again.

I went here last week around 12pm specifically for Christmas donuts and they were all out. So I went again tonight around 8pm and go figure no Christmas donuts again. Also no creme filled except one. Why are you advertising for these Christmas donuts if you never have any. Plus the guy acted like I was inconvincing him for asking. What great customer service.

Always enjoyed going here but I ran through the drive in tonight and told them I had a coupon for buy one dozen get a dozen for $1. The kid said sorry coupon wont work because we are out of original glazed. I understand you run out from time to time but Im sure they had other doughnuts. Problem solving 101 would should have been taught here! Im sorry we are out of original but I will honor the coupon for any dozen. I ended up leaving with nothing!

Best donuts ever for the price. I dont go often because I am sure each donut is about a million calories and you cant eat just one. They offer drive through or walk in with free parking. Convenient entrance and exit to Hwy 9 or Mansell rd.
