Outstanding! A+ on costumer service, cleanliness, atmosphere and customized food and coffee orders. Latte had great ratio of almond milk and coffee. Croissant breakfast was nice and buttery. Old fashion rolled oatmeal is customized with choice of 5 items plus a seasonal fruit choice. Order at the counter, take a seat and order will be brought to table. Breakfast all day in addition to sandwiches, flatbread, wraps and salads. Close to UFO Museum.

One of the best coffee shops Ive been to. Right on main Street so its super convenient to grab a drink then walk around. The drinks and food were spectacular. One of the best muffins Ive had. The vibe in here Is just perfect for anyone looking for a cool place to chill. Everything was very reasonably priced as well. And the staff were super friendly. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had.

The place is very nice and the staff is courteous. The price is a bit high for the food we got, but the breakfast burrito was not bad. A bit crowded when we arrived, but it was morning, so... 🤷‍♀️ Would recommend for a quick bite, it feels like a Starbucks with an alien twist.

Really great coffee and other food items. The staff worked really fast and hard, you could tell they wanted to deliver the best products possible. Roswell is a fun little city with an obvious theme. Stellar coffee, aside from the name, was more about the coffee products and less about the UFO angle. We appreciated the hard working staff and great food/drink items!

Once was a five star coffee spot. Now just overpriced and rude. Would love to talk to the owner but the kid with long hair as he referred to himself thought he could argue with me and prevent a 1 star review. I used to love to stop here on my travels. A real shame one bad employee is destroying her hard earned reputation.

This coffee house was fantastic. The coffee was so good. We went here before the museum opened across the street. Croissant ham and cheese was to die for. The aliens really know that the coffee is good here. I would highly recommend it. And it had a great atmosphere and the people were so nice.

WOW. This place is definitely 5-star worthy. We were driving thru from ABQ on our way back to Texas, and we stopped for breakfast. Milk chocolate mocha was creamy and delicious, and the breakfast burrito was full of flavor. Of the several coffee shops we experienced in ABQ, this one out ranked all of them. The ladies working behind the counter were attentive and kind too. A must visit.

A perfect place to go if you’re from out of town! Wonderful coffee for half the price.Since it’s warmer now, I stick with iced coffee or espresso. The iced Almond Milk Latte was wonderful! I got the Breakfast Panini, the serving was plenty and it hit the spot. Get it, do it.

Usually I go to Starbucks to get a vanilla bean Frappuccino, it’s one of my favorites but the only thing I don’t like is how sometimes when you get them, they aren’t blended enough and you still get the occasional large chunk of ice... well I went to Stellar Coffee and pretty much got their version of my favorite drink, a blended vanilla bean with whipped cream and it’s better than the one you get a Starbucks... it was blended perfectly almost like a powdered snow consistency so I didn’t get any annoying huge chunks of ice and the whipped cream was better and vanilla bean had a better flavor... pretty good coffee shop

I had not found really good coffee in Roswell until I visited Stellar Coffee.Very good coffee. They have some unique drinks I want to try. Also good pastries. Definitely worth a stop!!

Rather amateurish but coffee and coffee beverage choices are good..food not so much. Our eggs in a cup andPanini were good but seemed like an after thought for this place. Clientele are locals for meeting up, playing chess, or into tablets and phones. Not really a place for tourists.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I stopped at Stellar each morning I was in Roswell while driving cross country. The staff offered suggestions based off what I liked. Its a cute cafe with souvenirs available, including travel mugs and shirts.Id recommend trying a Double Dark Side while youre here.

Why did I not find this place sooner? I tried 2 things: the iced hazelnut latte and a cup of pour over hot coffee. The pour over was honey washed Costa Rican beans with water heated to 193 degrees and heavy whipping cream. I cant wait to go back!! It was fantastic!

This was a great coffee shop! All the employees were following COVID guidelines and even had a sign on the door that they will bring you a mask if you need one prior to entering. We had a flat white and a dark side -- both were perfect for our caffeine fix! Highly recommend this place.

Such an amazing little coffee shop right in the heart of Main Street! My boyfriend got the Red eye and said it was delicious! The matcha latte is a little sweet for my taste but still happy they had the option!

Horrible! Me and my girlfriend waited over 30 minutes for a croissant and a breakfast burrito. They Never once checked on our order or asked if we needing anything. Just a bunch of young woman gossiping upfront instead of working or taking care of theyre paying customers! Never coming back!

Perfect spot for quiet coffee. Awesome atmosphere, with local flair. Try the baked goods, really great with a steaming cup of coffee or pick from their tea selection. One thing dont expect fast service, this is not a Starbucks, and the locals wouldnt have it any other way.

Shortly after breakfast at High Chaparral, I was lucky enough to be able to get a pour-over here just before the lockdown went into effect at 3/16 9am. Hope youre still open and going strong.Edit: Glad youre still up & running...I bounced around the desert for a few months before settling in T or C, at the Charles. Im now in ABQ, ridin the storm out and livin the dream :). (This pic of me is my last indoor/sit-down breakfast at the High Chaparral. I see on Maps they closed for good. Shame.)

Nestled on Main Street in downtown Roswell is this small coffee shop called stellar coffee. It’s very easy to miss but worth every effort not to. The ladies are very sweet and patient!Currently the dining room is closed but they do offer curbside pickup they were telling us!I tried the African Autumn tea iced. It was delicious! My fiancé got some coffee (not sure what kind since I’m not huge into coffee personally) but she loved it!Wether you live here or passing through town like we were, I highly suggest you make a stop here!Plus they had some delicious looking scones!

Support local when visiting out of town! Friendly folks who work hard. I had the cappuccino but the star was the banana coffee Cake muffin! It had this crispy coffee cake crumble on the bottom too and it was so good!

This was absolutely one of the top 5 best coffee shops Ive ever been to. Staff was amazing, coffee was even better. Hands down, better tasting than starbucks with a much better atmosphere. I feel so much better about paying local businesses than chains and especially here. I wish I lived closer so I could come here every single day.

Such a nice little place!!!! They had Chocolate covered Oreos and truffles which were delicious, and even did latte art for us. The lady was so nice, when we told her we were from out of town, she recommended many places for us.It’s only a few blocks from the UFO museum, but the banners outside at the front are a little hard to spot so you might have a hard time finding it, but it’s definitely worth going to. They have other food stuffs too.

The atmosphere is great. The people are super awesome! We gave them a try the first day we were in town. Our drinks were absolutely delicious! Tried them again a second time the next day. It definitely depends on who makes your drink.

I could come here every day! David always takes my order and he’s the sweetest young man. Helped me find my favorite drink! The London Fog! Definitely a must if you’re visiting Roswell.

This is a great little coffee cafe. The open floor plan makes for an invitation to linger and enjoy your brew. I had a latte and a breakfast burrito. The welcomed surprise was the whole grain wheat tortilla that wrapped this egg, cheese, green chile, and bacon perfection.

I ordered 1 mocha latte and waited 25 minutes. I was trying to support local business and got burned. The cashier kept taking order after order until everyone in line had paid and then started making the 12-15 drinks that had stacked up. Really not efficient at all!The drink was good enough.

While passing through alien town on the way back to Dallas, we stopped in for a cup of java. We were so glad we stopped at Stellar Coffee instead of that mermaid chain. The coffee here was carefully custom made with an artistically reverent craft. We sat and sipped our coffee for an hour to enjoy the moment. This coffee should be savored. Take your time to stop and enjoy.
