Took a star off as the cake that was purchased did not reflect the writing.. ( expected chocolate vs vanilla) . It was still a good cake though. Great selection of cake and ice cream. A oldie but a goodie.

Order a freshpack on doordash along with 2 prepack. I had a very disappointing experience. I normally order fresh pack and receive a full container. the picture indicates what was sent. I also had to call 2 times to advise that the menu is wrong on doordash and needs to be updated and was assured my order would be correct. I called 2 times because the associate did not know pricing and was attempting to overcharge, however on the second call she noticed her mistake and still sent the container like this. Horrible customer service.

I love this place I just went right now and they have these very cute kids cups and they come with headbands! And they put such a good amount of ice cream! My kids ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! And me and my husband also loved it! I definitely recommend going to this place and the customer service is awesome. And the guy over there, ya he was so nice and he calmly and nicely answered my kids questions! Well I just really absolutely love this place ALOT.

It smacks especially that mangonada you have to try it it go crazy. All you KARENS this is so good you really need to get the manager who also is great

Great place, awesome and big selection of flavors. Baskin Robins their milkshake are great too. That is why we again. You dont have too suck so hard on your straw that your face turns blue. Nice thickness that you can enjoy the milkshake.Overall great.One downer, apparently you were apparently allowed to have one sample to tast. While I saw few interesting flavors that I was wanted to tast.

When we arrived to Baskin-Robbins, the smell welcomed us. A man did, too. His name was Rob.Rob was very wonderful. He is a blessed man. He helped my daughter choose a flavor. He is very kind. Rob should get a pay raise.

I went today June 24th afternoon and the employee there was really really mean. In my opinion if you don’t like you job then quit or otherwise be at least nice with the costumers and be great full that you still have a job.

I am impressed the customer service was stellar, the Milkshake suggestion was superb. I got a small Icing on the cake with strawberry cheescake....👌🏾

Great location. Very well kept. They have the cutest pink couches on the sitting area. The restroom was very clean. There is only one. I tried a scoop of daiquiri ice. It was more like an Italian ice with a creamy consistency. It was really refreshing on a hot day. I also enjoyed a warm brownie. It was just okay. The real star of the show was the butter pecan ice cream. It seemed to have ribbons of caramel running throughout.

Great place for your ice cream hunger. They have many flavors and definitely the great deal ones are the quarts when considering an buyout option for your family. Ambience has been maintained very well and the staff was good getting the things done perfectly with all the customers need. Must visit!!!

I will never be back to this place. The man that was there, he is the one that works during night. Was very rude!!!!! I really need to talk to the manager. It is a wonderful place to have a man with an awful face at all time!

Ordered an ice cream cake yesterday for my sons birthday today. They said they needed 24 hrs notice, which we said no problem and they advised the cake would be made overnight. We asked them to just give us a call when it was ready. We had not heard from them so called just after 2pm to check and they said it wasnt ready yet and would call us back. About 20 mins later we get a call that the cake maker had not come in, so we would not be getting the cake for my sons birthday dinner. Told us we could come the next day, which doesnt exactly help when the birthday dinner is tonight. We opted for a refund so we could just grab a cake from the store to which they said we still needed to come in to get (which I have never heard of not being able to get refund by phone). Overall poor process and should be more organized and able to keep track of cake orders. Would have appreciated much earlier notice if they could not make order.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, yummy ice cream. What youd expect for a Baskin Robbins. Parking is convenient, right out front. There are some tables out front and some inside. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Ever since Dairy Queen reduced the size of what you can purchase for a milk shake Ive had to settle for steak and shake and Brewsters. I am happy to say this is a great alternative if your seeking a shake made from real milk and ice cream. Not super cheap but very good.

This is a great spot for ice cream but, they have kids running the place. They run out of bananas all the time and even chocolate ice cream. Most of them all have horrible attitudes towards customers. The managers should be more involved.

I heard on facebook they had 2 new non-dairy flavors,. I ran over to get a milkshake, and though they had no almond milk the owner Steve was very accommodating, I went and got my own and he made the most delicious non-dairy cookie dough milkshake, thanks!

We were there tonight and this was the worst experinece ever. My sister had the chocolate sundae shake and said it taste like cherries and now she is vomitting her brains out. The guy was wearing a cut open glove so thats probably why my sister is sick, and he looked high and sounded high. The girl there was great and she indirectly agreed that he was high by looking at him like he was crazy.
