Sherwin Williams store is my go to place for quality paint. Always helpful and great product. Have used SW paint for over 35 years.

New at my job as a PM and Eboh/Desmond was very friendly and helpful.

Was told online orders placed for store pickup are not visible to store employees on main computers they use. They have to check for email on a separate computer to know if a customer placed an online order. So they’re mixing my order now. Also associate said he had never heard of the air purifying super paint I ordered and paid for before coming. So i showed him where it was located on the first end cap as you enter the store. He was friendly enough but to be greeted with this information when I walked in the store instead of a happy ‘how can I help you’ was not the best experience.

Attendant was able to help me find the lowest priced type of paint and the color I needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Better communication between employee and customer and less focus on trying to get the sale and more focus on customer need

Mohammed or as on his name tag Moe did the color match wrong the first time and when we had to go back to fix it he kept saying it wasnt his fault but my own and constantly giving excuses so his boss wouldnt be disappointed with him. He should of accepted the consequences of making a color match order wrong so at least not to lose a customer. The last time I will go to this location.
