Knowledgeable, fast, efficient, courteous, and very helpful. I especially appreciate their precautions during the current pandemic. They made this new and unfamiliar machinery easy to use; and they guided me through every detail. They made sure everything was comfortable; that I understood whom to contact for various questions; and they followed through to make sure all was working well. They handled all the insurance arrangements. They reached out to me proactively, and they took the time to provide tips and pointers that helped me understand every detail. Very much appreciated.
I have tried for three months to speak to someone at my local office. My doctor placed an order and I cant get my item. I have placed messages with the answering service. Never give them your credit card because you get sent items that you have told them to stop sending. I was also double billed last month on the card. The gentleman that fit my mask was awesome, but contacting them after that has been a nightmare.
This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We have been requesting information for our account to try and ensure everything is correct with absolutely no help or response for over a year, yet they dont forget to call and ask if we need more supplies. It is very possible they have fraudulent overcharging on bills, we will be pursuing legal action if they do not assist.
They were great. I went by because the company my insurance put me with was ripping me off. The gave me what I needed at a reasonable price.
Avoid this equipment company if you can. I was able to get my CPAP machine from another service provider in days not weeks.

This place is a joke. Just got a bill labeled current....from 2017...in 2019. WTH? Every billing contact has been a fiasco. Who’s in charge????
This companys should be removed from Medicaid and Medicare supplying their employees dont do their job when you want to return an item and they want to bill you rather than handle their business
I been waiting for my supplies since last year. I paid my part and medicaid pay his part also. Every month is a new excuse, and I did not get my supplies.
