Great service. Very helpful. Took care of all my copd and asthma needs. I recommend them to anyone. I think some people need to chill and just let these wonderful people at Lincare take care of them. They have always taken care of my family and friends with 100% satisfaction. Thanks again Everyone at Lincare.

If I could leave a zero I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. I worked for MONTHS trying to get some equipment from them. I got the run around every time I called, different excuse every time. Would not follow though, they never took responsibility for not getting job done, it was always someone else’s fault, or I didn’ have the right paperwork, etc. Finally gave up took exact information to a competitor and had equipment delivered and set up within two WEEKS without any problem.

Rude. Dismissive. (Including All female staff)Not forthcoming with the 80/20 Medicare payment policy so my 85 year old Gma on a Fixed income gets hit with a bill as large as if we paid directly out-of-pocket. All in all, NO communication.Deliver guy was polite.Rollator (seated walker) had loose handles, grips and brakes. We tried to tighten then multiple times. Physical and Occupational therapy supervisors, both, told me unacceptable! & dangerous. I called to let the office ladies know I was bringing the rollator in for repair. I arrived a few minutes later and they tried to brush me off. I told them I was leaving it for repairs but they acted like I was Abandoning the walker. Rude. Snarky. Unprofessional.Went to Walgreens; got better quality and lower price.

Have found this office to be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and definitely NOT SERVICE ORIENTED on all occasions, in particularly the female office staff.
