Have a bipap machine. They can not bill the right insurance and have to call me once a month to see what my insurance is. Even sent them copies and still cant bill the right insurance. 9 months with a the machine now saying I owe rental fees when the insurance paid it 100%. But like everything thing else with this company they have now record. Now Im having to look for the paperwork to prove them wrong. But still have to return the machine or keep getting charged rental fees. Had no knowledge of renting or the amount now over $1600 for rental. Stay away they will screw you or and the insurance as well.

My mother purchased a bpap during her battle with copd and other issues. We cant find the records to verify purchase and it ended up in storage. We had been told by an apria driver when he picked up the rental equipment that he had EVERYTHING we owed them.I even spoke with someone who said it was fine and that she removed it since they had picked everything up. About a week later, they rudely, curtly and quite meanly came by AND also called. Threatening with court and suing my mothers estate....ALL I had said was I was going to look as we had so many things going pn. I was sure it was there and obviously without records I knew we couldnt keep it.My experience was horrible. I have lived in NM all my life. To come back during Covid, deaths with in 6 months of my parents, an uncle, and an aunt...I did expect better customer service and compassion from them, especially with COVID. To add onto that the shady business of selling my parents a machine and then getting taken advantage of when they passed is insane. Whatever happened ..my parents spent a ton of money on the machine... It is lost money for us due to our own fault..that is fine. But to be treated the way they did me was a sad testament to their business philosophy
