Best described as disappointing. We are long term residents of this area. My wife wanted to buy a BM paint color that we had used for a project we were updating. It was clear that this store has no interest in consumers who need a can of paint. Maybe they care about contractors more. Through the years we have had better and worse service as is true with all businesses. Never TERRIBLE service. We are no longer Benjamin Moore customers.

I would see it on my drive to school every morning. I would think about how my family had not been to church in 7 months, how we had not seen our extended family in 7 months, how we had not been into a restaurant in 7 months, we didnt even see neighbors for a while, and how I was driving to school to teach online in an empty classroom. But yeah lets get our priorities straight and demand the sports start back up!Thank goodness they finally changed it!!! Now it says Trump 2020. I am not sure how smart it is to alienate half of your potential customer base by putting trump 2020 on your sign...in reality it could cause these guys to go out of business. But thats their call!

Just called this store to ask for guidance with a large paint purchase. Let me just say I have never, ever in our numerous home paint purchases at other stores encountered such professional, selfless guidance. The associate was a true expert that displayed a true enjoyment for his profession. Excited to get to work with this location more in the future.

Hello I am a black Mobile Detailer Jim had me come out to his location to detail 2 car a BMW and Lexus SUV. Hey paid his deposit but didnt pay me for the rest of the detailing. So I had to call the police and get a theft of service report. Jim is bad business. Or just dont want to pay..

Thought I may have cold but needed some paint desperately for the new house. I didn’t even have to get out of my car! Bought 5 gallons right in the parking lot and they brought it out and packed it up in my car! Great people!!

Good customer service and product knowledge. Even stay late and accommodate late pickups. So far. All been excellent experiences
