So I went to get $15 in gas when I had eighth tank...Belinda ran my card and it declined on her end but it took partial payment of 13.50 from my bank account and never authorized the pump. I showed this in my account to Belinda and she called pump support, i believe. Then that dept sent her to customer service who then sent her to someone else and then he gave her another number to call. This poor girl was doing everything possible to help me. The manager called back between support calls and authorized a small portion of the gas because they thought that the pending charge would come off my card (its been over 24 hrs and it hasnt). I just want to praise Belinda for going above and beyond and advocating on my behalf during this issue. Basically their system took my money and then kept saying I didnt have enough money but it was because it took it...lol. this girl is one of the best customer driven people i have met and she did everything she could to do the right thing. She did all of this and went through a stressful situation with a smile while frustrated and just kept trying to help. She needs a raise and promotion. Thank you Belinda. I will also be returning to let th manager see that the charge is still there in my account.

Every single time I have gone there for gas at least one or two pumps are out of order, the pumps that do work are out of receipt paper, today I asked the young male clerk ( with a huge chip on his shoulder) the reason of always being out of receipt paper and I got a mind blowing answer,He very confidently said, it always runs out, so whats the point of keep putting new ones inI was speechless!!!!!

Whoever the cashier is thats working today 02/22/2021 is horrible. She is treating the elderly there so badly today! I called corporate and complained she does not need to be there. This is not the first time Ive seen her act so ugly. Today is the first day I took the extra step to make it known. She instigated a fight with me today and not normal but I walk away. Im so sick of ignorance of my people and customer service these days! Murphy USA I have frequented this place for years no issues until she came aboard with the nasty attitude and the unprofessionalism.

Very disappointed the I just left my local Murphy USA and they are closed. Website says open until 10:30. This also isnt the first time!

Getting gas here. The pump was not taking my card and so I went to the counter after 5 minutes of trying. Paid for the gas for $1.85 a gallon. As I am about to pick the grade (mind you I already paid) the price jumped to $1.99. I told the girl who checked me out and she said she would not honor the $1.85 price. Are you seriously kidding?! Not only was she rude not just to me but to other customers complaining as well, she was no help whatsoever. Terrible! Will not ever get gas here again.

I buy gas, cigarettes, and lottery tickets here. Yesterday, I purchased a $5.00 ticket and won$250.00Today I went over to turn in my ticket, they did not have the money to pay me, suggested I try the shell across the street.This station is in front of Walmart by hwy. 66, business locations all around them, large location with many pumps, a lot of traffic.This took place approx. 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.They have taken my money for many losers, and they inconvenience me on a winner.My business goes where it will be appreciated, gas, cigarettes, and tickets!This was my station, no more!

The gas station is usually busy. The gas is cheap.
