If I could give them no stars I would . I am unsure whom the manager is but she along with her staff of rude beings need to be relocated to the unemployment line.. I would rather travel to Garland or better yet Dallas instead of this location 5 minutes from my house.. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Aaliyah, the manager at Dollar Tree in Rowlett, is very rude and has horrible customer service skills. I ask her about the extremely dirty bathroom, she let me know they clean it at night & thats it - the wrong answer. She didnt go and check, her attitude was she just didnt care. Unfortunately, she was the person to check me out and there was glitter all on the conveyor belt, so I didnt want my items on it, she started there was nothing she could do about it, which isnt true, so I handed my items which she snatched out of my hand, which she said Im just trying to check you out, with her hands on her hip. She let me I know I could go to someone else, so I did & this is coming from the manager. She is a young girl with no respect for people and she is lacking in simple customer service skills. I guess Dollar Tree is hiring anyone, especially in management. Also, this was a nice clean store, NOT ANYMORE!! The staff takes no pride in the store!!Very Unhappy Customer!!

This dollar tree is very clean and neatly stocked. Product selection was good.

I can always find what i need at an affordable price. They even have name brand items in the store. My nieces brought me all of the red serving utensils they had. Red is my favorite color. And they could afford it. The gift that keeps on giving.

Friendly staff and I found what I needed for my diy centerpieces. Store is a bit messy but I was able to walk around and find things.

Love this location. Its always orderly and clean inside. Also today, i witnessed one of the cashiers running outside to give a customer an item they mustve left inside. I thought that was pretty nice.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Went to the store, found what I needed quickly and got in line.There was one customer ahead of me and when the cashier finished with the customer ahead of me she looked at me and said she was CLOSED! So I moved to the back of the next line. As I stood there several people lined up in her lane and I watched in shock as she began to check them out with no explanation to me. I told her how unfair she had been and proceeded to leave the store. This location is very clean, big, and has a great selection of items. We enjoy the craft and pet supplies

Dollar tree is a nice inexpensive Nick knack store. My grandkids love to go here.

Store was clean but the restroom could have used some cleaning. It looked as though the she li vest could have used some stocking.

I love the new location in Rowlett. No carpet and the store looks clean and organized. Way to go Rowlett.

Well you get what you pay for. Every now and then youll find something that might cost $2 for a dollar

Wouldnt let me in cause I didnt have a mask but yet I seen kids coming out without one. Also they let a person buy up all the rubbing alcohol while another employee hide some behind the counter. What is up with that, horrible way to run a business.

Terrible. The young girl named Stephy working late here as cashier was extremely rude. Basically threw the receipt at me. All I said was Hi how are you? and paid for my things!! Rediculous
