These people continue to say they will call you back and dont. They have been to our home three times and cost every trip, but still have the same problem. The audio, and camera departments does good work on install, customer service after is a NO!! Horrible communication, called and no one cares so we are still waiting on someone to return the call

Their work is very good, however, it was not professional to enter my home to do service during the COVID-19 Pandemic without gloves and a mask. At a minimun you should ask the homeowner if they would like that. I was not home but my daughter and 4 grandchildren where there and the repairmen may not know if he had been exposed to COVID but IF he had he put others at risk. Come on Green Solutions be safe.

Installed security system at my office building. Installers were very friendly and took time to explain everything. Clean work, great service from start to finish. Owner is a Christian and I hear good things about him.

WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH! I had a TV and sound bar mounted and all the cables ran through the wall from this company. They showed up exactly when they said they would and both men were well dressed and 100% professional the whole time. They gave me the final say but they had great suggestions on where everything should go. I am thrilled with the job they did and I would not go anywhere else for TV or alarm system needs!

Unprofessional establishment. we did not choose them, our builder did, so we didn’t get a say. had a tech come out today. he reeked of cigarettes which is disgusting, especially for a tech going in lived in homes and closets! he said he fixed a keypad that was not showing the numbers correctly. went to test it while he was still here and he didn’t fix anything at all. then he said “ok, i’ll have to change the keypad to a bigger one.” another keypad was making a weird noise and he said “it’s just because it’s in a bigger room” which completely makes no sense at all. not impressed whatsoever. would never recommend them. would not pay to have them do anything for me ever again.
