SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET, what you are doing keep doing it. This was the cleanest store I have been in on my Instacart shopping. Masks are required no temperature checks, and the staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. I mean this was Martha Stewart Clean!! Shopping here is easy, and comfortable, lit up with great lighting to not harm the eyes. Everything they have matches up with what they have online, for instacart orders or door dash I am quite sure. Aldi definitely could take some lessons in business and customer retention. Your employees all need a raise they have the highest of standards. The parkinglot was paved smoothly and spaces were big enough to park, and open your doors without hitting another vehicle. They have upfront parking for deliveries, and I use to think Kroger was what I wanted in a food store, but after visiting this location my money is going here. I know in this economic time of monies times can be tough, and prices are up here on almost everything. Its worth spending here on healthier products and better foods and just a touch of class without causing you to think your not valued you as a customer. Keep up the Amazing Work Sprouts if ever you need a Spokesman definitely feel free to contact me. I love this place when Im in Texas. I wish they had one of these in Arkansas where I live. They also have great customer service, and plenty of healthy alternatives.

Everyone is always pleasant here. There are a lot of great stuff here, but my favorite things are dried okra and dried green beans.

Granted that there are staffing challenges during the pandemic but this store lags just a little bit behind in restocking compared to other branches in the general vicinity. Not a complaint but simply a minor observation. Also, some items are not stocked here (e.g. Saffron Road Broth varieties).HQ directives on reorganizing the coffee aisle is straight from the Lewis Carroll playbook. Changes occurred in the last two months. Store management not receptive to feedback. The right grinders are not adjacent to the corresponding beans (regular/flavored) anymore. Inattentive customers have now messed up both grinders. I get unsolicited flavors from both grinders. Totally unacceptable, dear HQ management! Issue in all local Sprouts stores.

The store is nicely stocked and clean, its just the employees.

Well stocked, great location, friendly and helpful associates make for a pleasant shopping experience. And on top of all of that, Sprouts prices are really reasonable.

When I shopped here it was really nice. There was no trouble with parking, cleanliness, service or finding what was needed. The selection was good & employees were all pleasant. Its probably the quickest Ive been in & out of a store since Covid!

Compare to a small Whole foods. Consumers want organics outside Dallas. Kudos to Sprouts and Rowlett . Had three problems on last visit. Found a dead fly in bread bag. Moldy smoked gouda cheese. Partially bad cut of meat for a roast. Inspect your stuff out as much as you can before you leave.

Always go when the colossal shrimp are on sale. Yum..

Youve got to retrain seafood counter crew. They seem bothered to help you even though thats what they get paid for.

I have driven from Sulphur Springs several times to shop at this store. I like all the specialty items Sprouts offers. Unfortunately, after the last trip on June 9th, I discovered 2 packages of Italian Chicken Sausage were already out of date (partially my fault for not checking) and a loaf of Daves Killer Bread with best by date of June 12th, was molded down both sides🥺.

This store needs education on service animals. When I arrived I had an employee ask me for an “ ID card “ for my service dog ( which is illegal😉), while another employee was trying to get my dogs attention and talking to him ( vest clearly stated to leave us alone :)). I had to get a manager, who also did not know the Ada law. Please educate your staff on service animals. My dog was 100% in control, in a heel, and never once made an action that would say he was not in control.The two legal questions you may ask are1- is the service animal required because of a disability?2- what task has the animal been trained to perform ?

Usually I never have an issue at all going to Sprouts, which is few and far in between. I was happy to know they had to items I needed for pancakes in the morning, didnt feel like waiting until middle of the day or so ordering from Amazon. My wife and I went in grabbed everything we needed and headed to the checkout.This checkout was being used by Janett. She rang up the first customer as he finished she kinda starred at my wife, that customer finished and we were next. Janett proceeded to grab a stack of bags and started filling ok. We waited no eye contact no greeting nothing. She grabbed our items off the conveyor belt and started ringing the items up. She than began to double bag one item, looked up at my wife and muttered some reason for double bagging. She completed the transaction, I already scanned my phone. I held my hand out for the receipt she sat it on the counter, and started ringing the next customer in line with a greeting. She didnt make eye contact, didnt greet, nor thank me, or even hand me my receipt.I am not saying I will never go to Sprouts again, but this is the reason why I shop online all the time for products like this I need. This level of poor customer service is what is driving people online.TO THE MANAGEMENT. If there is any doubt of the validity of this claim I have enclosed all my receipt information with all the pertinent info to view the cameras for yourself.

Have been going to this location since they opened and recently purchased a supplement there that they failed put in my bag and when I returned home and noticed that it was missing and called them the response from each of the 3 people that I was on hold 20 minutes to speak with was that there was nothing that they would be able to do for me.If you shop here, I suggest that you take a moment to go behind the check stand to make sure that they havent done this to you because you will receive NO support for their mistakes. Always a struggle to get the banana bread after 12pm, even at this location.Clearance is where the bathrooms are. Speaking of, bathrooms are very clean.Only store in Dallas that sells Mountain Valley water that I know of.

Its the 4th time in as many visits that they try to charge a different price from what is posted. When you mention it, the cashier just changes it without apologizing (they know!) or last time, she went with me all the way to the produce section to confirm and when she told her supervisor: surprise!! he was also unapologetic and didnt even mention that they would correct the mistake

Best store in town.

This store needs education on service dogs and ada law. My friend went and was harassed by employees about her service dog. They were asking for an id card, which according to the ADA’s frequently asked questions Q17.a, is not allowed and also states that id cards are scams.Another employee was attempting to get the dogs attention, which is considered a misdemeanor, even though the dog was clearly marked with do not distract patches.I know this service dog and have seen him work and there is no way that he would have been out of control. He is fully task trained and public access trained.I will not be shopping here until management and staff are educated on ada law and stop discriminating against disabled people.

Terrible rude employees who demand costomers wear masks and if not are denied entry. Me my family and my friends have spent thousands of dollars at Sprouts,,, nerer again, Ill never spend another $$$ at Sprouts.

Im a fan of Sprouts, but this was my first time in this location. Very clean and organized. Only had two registers open, but as I waited, they opened two more, which helped a lot. Easy to get in and out, since there is a light near the store--otherwise hwy 66 can be a little dicey. Plenty of parking. Cashier was friendly as well.

I came specifically for the olive bar.There isnt an olive bar!!!!

My goto food store when my budget wont accommodate Central Market or Whole Foods. Give them a try for great prices on produce, fruits and veggies, meats and baked goods. Highly recommend. They also have great selection on bulk items such as nuts, chocolates and yogurt covered pretzels etc and all natural organic foods.

I love sprouts! The employees are helpful and kind!The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because your produce this year has been terrible and I mean heavily molded and rotting in store all the time. I asked someone in the department if they have any that’s it molded and he said no. YIKES! Because of Covid I get it, but please get rid of the molded produce.I got fruit Saturday and I opened it Monday and it was BAD yet the sell by date was for the 8th...I’m very familiar with sell by dates vs. expiration dates... sell by is supposed to be good after the date and especially on that date.I had to throw it away.Also got prepacked apples last month that appeared fine until I opened them up when I got home and unfortunately had to throw them away because they stunk sooo badly and were already rotting.

This place has really good high quality meat and veggies, and lots of neat products including a variety of keto items. But Im giving them a low rating because they need to remove the 30.06 sign from their front door. Everybody should have a right to defend themselves. You are only creating a population of vulnerable people.

Enticing selections of organics (produce, meats, packaged, and bottled), bulk bins of seasonings, nuts, flours, chocolates treats etc., dried fruits, coffee beans (Texas Pecan is excellent). And healthier options for breads, milks and snacks. Some harder to find supplements and oils. Sprouts brand items have mostly been non-compromising values. There is a wine selection but I dont partake. Con: Many substantially higher prices on supplements and general items commonly available. Pro: Substantial specials to watch for via the Sprouts app and email list.

Was in the store today and was told by a cashier I had to wear my mask over my nose.I had been in this store just last Sunday with my mask on under my nose for 30 min. to an hour and nobody had said anything I had even had a pleasant conversation with one of the employees and they mentioned nothing.I also found it upsetting that the cashier telling me this was behind 3 shields of protection, the Plexi glass the store provides for customers and cashier her own personal plexiglass mask as well as a cloth mask she was wearing under it. If my nose is that much of an offense because I need to breathe than I will be shopping at another location.I would suggest if someone is this concerned about germs they ask their manager to put them in a different position where they have less contact with customers or simply stay home

I never come to sprouts because the prices are usually pretty high but I wanted to get a good piece of steak. Went to the counter, three people offered to help me. Got an amazing piece of meat and left very happy. Was in and out.

They had a ton of products included milk that was expired still on their shelves. Very disappointed and would expect better from them. Definitely go to another Sprouts location. I know we will be.

Everything that I need 99% of the time! I like their sales and their produce is impeccable. You must visit at least once to understand its glory!

The best thing about Sprouts is the great deals on produce and fresh meat. Some weeks, grapes are $0.69 a pound. Other weeks, grass-fed ground beef is $3.99 a pound. Generally, prices are competitive, and you can usually find conventional and organic goods. Seasonal items are worth the price, and there are frequent tasting events. If youre curious about a produce item or a bulk item, staff are happy to offer you a sample.

Every time I come here, I feel like an inconvenience to the working staff whether that be at the deli section, register, or asking for help. I try my best to go out of my way and avoid this location.

Great food at good value. Healthy choices are abundant. Grass fed ground beef has much better flavor. Cows have been turning plants into beef for centuries.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are not what they used to be. Prices have gotten expensive. This used to be my go to store but it is no longer. Fruit is not ripe and has no flavor which is sad.

This is a wonderful little supermarket!!! It has great sales and an excellent selection of products, many of which you can ONLY find here. We went there to find Walden Farms salad dressings and discovered a great place to shop for groceries!!! I recommend Sprouts Farmers Market.

Excellent selection of fresh produce in fresh high quality meat and seafood. I love buying their spices... very nice, mostly organic, very reasonable prices. I found the overall prices to be lower than Whole Foods. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Great selection of organic, healthy and allergy friendly foods for clean eaters. They carry holistic toiletries as well. Other grocery stores, even Walmart, are catching on though, and carrying the same brands for the same or cheaper prices. For us, this is a place we pick up just a few items that are not carried at other stores. The really niche stuff. Otherwise, we stay away because it can run your grocery budget high quickly.

Love the produce section! Prices are very reasonable. My local go to for health store items not available at places like Wal Mart and Target. Also, the meat and seafood over the counter are vety reasonable.

I purchased a product that was very poor quality (bulk organic yellow split pea). I am very disappointed and dissatisfied! After 3 hours of cook time, the peas were still hard. My conclusion was the peas were OLD! The soup was inedible. After spending a fair amount of money for the other ingredients, I was angry!I did call the store to speak with a manager, just be on hold for over 15 minutes. I guess in that time I should have just went to the store in person. This made me think of about how this store keeps its products and for how long. I have been a customer for many years, this experience has left me thinking.

Its a great place to shop. The produce is fresh which is why I come. The sales here are better than anywhere. Meats, cheese and bread are a bargain as well as wine. I love this place.

This Sprouts got put in a while ago and weve visited a few times. It can be a little pricey but you expect that from places like Whole Foods and Sprouts.Aside from that, they got good food here. My husband especially likes trying out all the different beers. Also, they have a Sushi Wednesday that costs only a few bucks and its really good! Very tasty and everything was very fresh.While we dont shop here often, the things we do get and the encounters we do have have all been very positive!

Great selection of organic foods. Prices for quality foods are much better than at other supermarkets. The atmosphere is so pleasant for shopping: even customers and staff are in a good mood! And more than the sides of the store is devoted to fresh (as opposed to processed) foods.

Young gentleman went out of his way to find peanut butter I couldn’t find, them found me in the store bc I gave up looking. Super ba!! I love this place. This is my come to place to get certain vitamins, organic products, ingredients or essential oils that I need. Some things are a lil pricey, but sometimes they do have good sales. You just have to keep watching out for them.

Great organic and whole foods selection and the checkouts are always fast and efficient. I especially like the fruits and veggies variety. The grass fed lamb and meat are top notch, and the bulk foods (nuts and sundries) assortment is great but overall prices are a bit high unless something is on sale

Its a small store with good products, especially for vegetarians. Their customer service is good but could use some improvements and more staff available. I say this because I usually buy a small number of important items, while others who stock up its a test of patience at the registers.

I love this place! Produce is oh so fresh and mostly organic at reasonable prices. If I need help, theres always someone close by. Its big enough to have super choices yet small enough to be easy to get in and out of quickly.

I went to all the sprouts in my surrounding area and at this day and age they still have OPEN bulk bins! There is a nation wide virus going around and 100s if not thousands of people are touching and DROPPING the scoops on the floor! Kids AND ADULTS are putting their nasty naked hands directly in the open bins! Talk about spreading and contaminating the food while the staff does nothing! I wont be shopping here no time soon after this, highly irresponsible to the public to not fix this issue.
