Just called (4/23/21 10:10am) to ask if they carry Weller Special Reserve. I was cut off. She never let me finish what I was asking. Immediately said No! Then I asked if this is a product they carry. Very rudely she says yes. I followed with when she would get it in. Her reply again very rudely “when the rep decides to send”! Do Not go to this place. Not worth the aggravation. Go to Rowlett Liquor very close by plus the lady there was very nice and told me exactly when she would get Weller.

I have gone in hear on different occasions and have seen the same two employees. The younger one is helpful and gives great customer service. The older one on this particular occasion had no mask on and was speaking to a customer she had just completed the sale for. I walked in there was absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement. I then stood there for atleast 5minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation with the previous customer. Her conversation consisted of who helped her during the snow days and her dog! After she continued for 5 minutes without acknowledging me waiting to be helped I thought why would I come over her and give my money who obviously doesnt want it when I can go to the Specs or the drive through where they want my business and money! Management really needs to reconsider this particular individual, she is not a good representation of your brand and this particular location! She, looked dirty, no mask, malnourished but felt she had the right to ignore a customer! This is not the first time she has been rude.

Friendly staff, good prices. A little limited in bourbon selections, but not bad.

I just went there, and the cashier wasnt wearing a mask or anything else covering her face!! The previous customer ahead of me mentioned how it was a health safety hazard for everyone that she served, and the employee still didnt put one on when working directly with me! Ill never be back and probably others that wont say anything! A terrible way to run your business is to turn away customers because of an obvious, easily correctable safety issue as the only reason !
