I came here after having a horrible experience at tires plus today.I found this place about 6 months ago after having another horrible experience at custom wheel connection. They were telling me it was going to cost me about $1000 to do an alignment on my jeep.I brought it to value tire it only cost me $250 for the job and the jeep has been working perfect since then. really recommend this place!!

I would just like to post the great work that Value Tire did for me they came highly recommend from a coworker I was at another mechanic shop got some prices call them before I made any decisions and they were $60 cheaper with road hazard and a better tire I would recommend giving them a try very friendly staff family run and operated

I am so impressed with this shop. I am from Louisiana and was visiting my sister when my car started over heating. She recommended this shop. Had it towed and was told had a couple of broken belts, but that my brake pads were paper thin. (My bad for not having things checked before vacation). He suggested getting them changed out before I went back home “even if you choose to have it done somewhere else.” I told them to do it after getting and estimate. The next day he called to tell me my car was ready and that the charges were much lower because he mistakenly thought I needed both front and back break pads. The man could have charged me the original amount and not changed those pads and I would not have known the difference. Instead he chose to be honest and fair. Something that is often rare in this day and time. AND, the cost for everything was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend the wonderful people at Value Tire and Alignment!

Did the work when they said they would and for the price quoted over the phone. I got 4 new tires and each one had different pressure in it, though (when I checked it at home)--ranging from 32 to 34psi. How hard is it to take the time to balance pressure between tires? Thats kind of an important issue for safety, handling, and tire wear. Theyre pretty busy and kind of zip jobs in and out, I suppose.

I was in a bind trying to get a tire installed. Tried to make an appointment with Tire Plus online.. No confirmation email no call. Called around the next day and either wait times were 1.5 hrs or 3 hrs at Walmart. Other places did not install customers own tires. Did a search near my job and contacted Value Plus. No wait time and when I showed up they pulled my car right in. Will definitely be saving them to my contacts and use them in the future. Thanks guys 👍

Let first start off by saying, never buy a northern rust belt car. These guys helped me get something aligned that was severely rusted. They went above and beyond to fix my alignment issues and they provided the best customer service I have seen from a tire/mechanic shop. Great work highly recommend!

I’m usually not one for reviews but this place needed the recognition. Got stranded on a flat tire this morning in my new car and had no idea where to go. Found this local tire shop near by and although they were super busy the owner, George, had me in and out in just a few short minutes. Great Service, with a great price, and fast service. Two new truck tires with an alignment in and out in about 1.5 hours. Paid fair price for each truck tire witch included ALL installation/disposal fees. And with the alignment, was a far better price at other tire places. Places like TK and TP. Would have paid for tires alone for what I paid for here for everything. Thanks Guys, I will be back.

Contacted VTARPB a week ago Friday to price BMW Run Flat tires and got a quote for $50 - $100 less per tire including mounting and balancing than all other shops in the area. Went in yesterday (1 week and a day later) and the owner had a note of my quote in his notebook and said no problem. He took my car right then and there. The mechanic was super nice and even gave me some advice upon departure about a different subject which I greatly appreciated (and it had nothing to do with bringing my car back to them). The owner was INCREDIBLE! Super nice, professional, personal, family man who commutes a great distance (over an hour) to provide a great service to our area at phenomenal prices. I will use him in the future for all my vehicle needs from now on and I recommend this shop to anyone hands down!

Being an owner of a local business with a fleet of trucks on road, we could not be more pleased with prompt service, and customer care .

Ive purchased multiple sets of tires from them for my personal and work vehicles and they were initially great to deal with. Unfortunately, as time went on they let me down again and again. A big issue was the change in management when George wasnt there as often. The main thing tho was how many wheel lugs and studs they ruined by using a massive impact wrench on every vehicle, regardless of size. They damaged the lugs on passenger cars, pickup trucks and even medium-duty trucks that I brought them. I cant trust them anymore.
