Switched from metro to cricket, got all the new phones we needed and all 4 lines for $100 mnly tax included as advertised. Great customer service (Jeffery) answered questions and helped us each with our individial phones transferring contacts, etc...very pleased so far.

I never made a review but I am disgusted. Walked in to get a phone the other day, no one had a mask on or anything, so I think ok, maybe Ill come back later and see if someone else does. I returned later that day, now the person is outside with someone else not wearing a mask, not going to get my business.

I’ve been to the store before but this time when I went there yesterday it seems like they’re closing down the store when I used to go there before and it’s also the closest from my house 😕

They were great they were one of the few spots open during the hurricane. I came in to pay my bill and the guy working there asked me if I had finished preparing for the storm. I told him I had and he asked if I had a battery pack for my phone which had not even crossed my mind. Even though I did not end up needing it since we didnt get hit I have one incase any do.

Mr Miguel was very helpful, you guys need to give him a raise!Thank you again MR Miguel for making me feel like family in your store.

Ive been out of town running my business and let me tell you nothing compares to the store in Royal Palm Beach. I switched to Cricket Wireless in February because I had T-Mobile and Metro Pcs for both my business and personal line, and I most say after switching to Cricket Wireless I see a total difference in not just coverage but customer service also. The coverage is amazing some areas where I would go for my business the coverage was very bad with the T-Mobile & Metro Pcs coverage but with Cricket Wireless I can now go to these places and not have to worry about drop calls or lagging data use. The Cricket Wireless Store in Royal Palm Beach is the store made me switch cause any other store could of offer great coverage low prices etc and I still would of denied it but this store and its employees are very friendly, great hospitality, and knowledge with on any devices I recommend this store to everyone. 5 out 5 Stars also the employees I would recommend you talk to are Alonzo H (He took care of me and explained everything from front to back) Karina and Jasmine

I just want to start off and say that my cellular service is not Cricket wireless. But, when I went to do my laundry next to the Cricket Authorized Retailer on Royal Palm Beach Blvd., one of the associates was very polite. She didnt have to, but she helped me by holding the door open while I had my hands full with a basket full of dirty clothes. I want to let people know that the employees are not all bad or unprofessional. I want to say thank again and keep up the good work miss.

We bought a phone there and then realized they charged an extra $25.00 on top of the price of the phone. I called and they said it is crickets policy (talked to Alonzo H.). I felt it was sneaky and not fair to put in that fee without explaining it. Im staying with cricket but not going to that store ever again.

Fees for everything, nice customer but no depth.

Just want to say best service and friendly sale people ever my wife has a phone that she likes but still trying to figure it out but when she goes to this store they help her out and fix the phone 5 star highly recommend this store to everyone

Went in to the just a week ago and speak with an Intelligent young man his name was (Alonzo) he was great at the way he explain the plans the phones the activations fee etc he even give me his own discount on a Bluetooth speaker which he told me was $100 but with his discount made it $50 I was new to the whole smartphone industry and didnt know to much about it so he help pick out the right phone for myself and then he took what seem like 30 mins of his own time to help setup and get familiar with the phone and its features Im still learning more about the phone itself but (Alonzo) assured me that I could always come and he or anyone else in the store would help with anything I needed since that week I switch I have experienced great service and I referred my son and ex wife to cricket and to this store and they have said the same exact thing the service is great and (Alonzo) is very nice and helpful highly recommend this to all who are looking to switch to Cricket
