Nice reps at the store, but T-Mobile customer service and phone/date service are horrible. Do not waste your time or money. Stick to either At&t or Verizon. For example, Ive been promised devices and call backs from customer service/Tech Support and have received neither. They obviously do not check their call history. NO matter how much money you may save, its NOT WORTH IT!
This review is to recognize Geraldo and NOT T-Mobile. My wife bought a phone at this store last year and the super hero that took care of her never gave her a receipt at the time. Fast forward almost a year later and my wifes phone malfunctioned to point of it being unusable. We dealt with 3 employees at this store, two females and Geraldo. We needed a receipt so we could get a replacement phone from Samsung. Geraldo was kind, patient, and kept looking for my wifes receipt and found it. The other two female employees were satisfied with telling my wife and I, we cant find your receipt and we have no record of your buying a phone at our store. Kudos to Geraldo for saving the day! Thank you Geraldo! We greatly appreciate your help!

Never has anything I need, I call ahead and ask but they dont have anything. Not the staff’s fault, maybe a manager or something. I even asked if they could order some stuff (screen protector) and they said no.
Sprint is the worst service anybody could ever go with. Everything is extremely slow from the moment I signed up. Sprint will also start charging you random fees for things you didn’t authorize. I got charged for a app called playkidz that I never even downloaded or used I spoke with the customer service and they told me they were going to take it off but I still got charged for it. I looked it up because I had no idea what I was but come to find out there are several people being charged this.When I signed up for sprint the sales representatives told me that the only way I could get the phone I wanted was if I did the 5 line/5 phone plan and it was going to be under $200/mo I don’t even need 5 phones what am I going to do with 5 phones. They charged me $307 for 5 phones I don’t even need and sprint drive device they lied about the cost. Sprint is the worst!!!!!

These guys were the bomb, James and Emily took care of us, they helped us with all our cell phone needs, they gave us some really great deals, you got to go here. T-Mobile saved us a lot of money compared to what...verizon what costing us...and the signal and service this the best.
I have never had phone/data service as horrible as Sprint. There’s never consistent service. Calls drop 4/5 times. When the data actually works it’s slow. I want out of my contract NOW. Save yourself the frustration go with ANY other company. Was sold faulty equipment. I was given a out of state number. Which wasn’t a big deal. Then I was told there weren’t enough towers to provide adequate service. Seems to me that’s why I was given the out of state number bc they know there’s no service in my area. Went on a trip to Dallas (the area my number is for) phone worked the best it’s worked since I got it.

Well, it was an experience ! Im still processing weather or not it was enjoyable ? Or a cross between the doctors office and county jail ! The help was good, I think ! These phones are out of control, the leasing plans feel like your buying furniture from a rent a center ? And all the cost and insurance is on you ! I think that it might be the biggest legal scam Ive seen to date . 19 dollars a month insurance, but if you break it ? You have to pay 299.00 to replace it ? Because they say its worth 1100 dollars ? There no such thing as a free upgrade anymore ? No customer loyalty that is just free and easy . Your best perks are if your a new customer .

Just signed up this week. Got my first bill today. It is $60 higher than I was quoted. Customer service tried to have me downgrade plans from what I was given to fix the situation. Going to the store tomorrow. I hope she can fix this. If not Sprint is just a huge bag of lies.
The staff here is helpful as they can be but they are just a 3rd party store. I will never deal with Sprint again. They broke contract by not repairing our service tower for 2 months and still wouldnt give us a refund and tried to make us pay fees for cancelling contract. Even after they told us this store shouldnt have sold us phones because of poor service in our area, even though I live 1/2 mile from tower.
I had it out with them if they dont fix their problem I will change companys next month.

I came in to Sprint today and the workers were so nice to me. I had so many questions about upgrading and they answered all of them. It was like Christmas time when I purchased the new iPhone XS Max. I definitely recommend everyone going to Sprint for there phone services!!

The Sprint Store: Where customer service goes to die!Regrettably, I had to go into the Sprint store in Russellville today. My preferred locations of Hell and the heart of an erupting volcano were all booked up. In the store I was treated to blaring music and an absence of customer service that rivals the behavior of employees at a slaughter house. The comment that really made me feel that my paycheck was being misspent at this store was when the sales-zombie asked me if I was on welfare. I wanted to have my due date changed because of my once a month payday and he asked if that was because I was on welfare. Oddly, enough I am a teacher - so yes, I am kind of on welfare. But I really dont need to have economic recriminations cast upon me by a part time phone jockey. Suddenly, Verizon seems like a pretty reasonable company. Ten months to go.
The worst experience EVER!! Was lied to about the extra lines being added at no cost. Given faulty equipment on 2 of the 4 lines. Paid almost $1000 in fixing phones BEFORE the $300 a month bill came! NEVER use sprint

Silas and Hannah really helped me get a phone that was perfect for me. They just asked a few simple questions and knew exactly what phone I needed. They paired a free tablet with it, so all of my stuff on my phone and tablet is connected now! I would recommend this store and the employees to anyone trying to save money!

We wanted a replacement phone and the new one we bought wasnt functioning correctly. We go back to get a new one again and the one they ordered wouldnt even turn on. And the employees there had no knowledge of how to help with simple questions. It took way too many days to get a new phone.
