I have been a customer of DirectTV-ATT for 7 yrs. Mailed my monthly payment each month - early - until about a year as go. I stopped because the customer payment center held my check until the very last day or day after and was charged a late fee several times. Calling the Philippines is horrific, so I began going inside the local store and using the kiosk. One month I’m humiliated and required to wear a mask - the next month not. Obviously, the ‘store rules’ change with the wind. No one asked if I had been vaccinated or if I had natural antibodies. Staff got a LOT closer to me than I was comfortable.I refuse to be insulted by staff. It was a scene that could be avoided if they’d leave the customers alone that use the kiosk. I would not speak to anyone and would be out in 5 minutes.Maybe a kiosk machine put outside similar to ATM machines would be the answer?

The team member, Shanetra, made my transfer from T-Mobile smooth & pleasant! She was knowledgeable on products, services and deals. She searched for opportunities for discounts (i.e. employee discounts) and listened well to my needs. Her presentation of the Fiber Home Internet at end was relatable and not sales pitchy. I had been wanting to know about alternatives to Cox for months and boom! I appreciated her kindness & patience, as I was indecisive on most things. It was a joy to meet someone that nice while being evacuated & just period. Glad I got what I needed!

Spent 3hrs in a mixture of online with AT&T app, and talking to Reps on the phone trying to order a new hotspot. Kept following there instructions, trying to order a new device for curbside pickup at this location. Each time it got canceled, each time there was a different issue. Long story short I decided to go to the store direct. Was first greeted by an very personable lady, who as she was registering me, she informed of all the information I needed and advised me on critical information on my data plan. Had about a 15 min wait, which I think is extremely good considering I had arrived around 5pm. I didn’t pay attention his name tag but my receipt says TAJARRIUS B. I want to give a special thanks to him. Not only did he he get me took care in all of 10mins, he also spoke to me in casual way to make sure all my needs were met, and made me aware of other AT&T products I might enjoy. Overall it was a extremely enjoyable experience, not once did I feel like just a number in the line. My best advice to AT&T is keep your brick and mortar stores open. Even with drive time it is far superior to the online store or going through the phone. Also as someone who has lead a team in a competitive sales business, take care of this group In the Ruston. They are top notch!

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by an energetic young woman. Although she was friendly, she stayed focused. She was thorough and sure not to miss anything. She suggested products but explored discounts that might be available. Excellent service and her supervisor was also friendly and helpful.

Can’t thank AT&T enough for being extremely patient and helpful yesterday. My iPhone had broken on the back so I went in for an upgrade & realized my iCloud was not backed up which took about 1 and 1/2 to do, but our sales rep was so patient and helpful even allowed my kids to play some games on an iPad. Will be back for sure.

After switching to AT&T, my husband and I were experiencing technical problems with our cell service. After spending numerous hours on-line with technical support, they finally recommended we go to an AT&T store to talk to someone in person. Feeling pretty frustrated, we arrived at the AT&T store. We patiently waited our turn. We were so blessed to have been assigned to Robert, an employee at this location. We explained the issues we were experiencing and Robert knew exactly what the problem was and had it resolved in a matter of minutes! Robert was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Robert we are now happy to be AT&T customers.

Yesterday I went to this store because I was trying to add my employer discount to my mobility plan and the internet option wasn’t working - the phone based customer service told me I should go to a store.Evan and Aezia (sounds like Asia - hopefully I spelled it right) helped me and they were delightful. Their precautions with COVID-19 impressed me. As I waited in the parking lot in my car, Evan came and checked me in. Then when Aezia was ready to help I got a text and she called me to come in. She opened the door for me and closed it behind me on the way out, locking the door in between. We also stood at opposite ends of a table that had plexiglass between us in our short exchange.

The service was excellent!!!! The rep greeted me as soon as I entered the establishment and got right to work no waiting which was a plus!!!!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the service I needed and was extremely patient and answered all my questions. If you ever go to this location ask for Mr. Robert hell make sure you leave there satisfied and get exactly what you want

I went to get my bill lowered. The lady was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The lady I was talking to lowered my bill and talked over options and lowered my bill as I requested. I am very pleased with this store. I called for appointment first though. It Only took one mintute to set it up online. When I went in, I waited 5 or less minutes. Wouldnt go to any other store

This is the slowest place in ruston. They have 6 tables to help, yet always only a couple people working. Its ridiculously slow. They get in ZERO hurry to help anyone. Plain and simple, they know theyre hourly workers, they get paid the same whether they help 2 people or 20..

Today, (9/3/15) the manager on duty, Jason went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my phone protector. His customer service skills are wonderful; he is a great asset to this company. I truly admired his candor and will definitely be back to this establishment. Keep this gentleman around, because he is a wonderful problem solver. He approached me with a smile on his face, and one can tell that he enjoys his job. The entire staff was extremely friendly. They greeted you when you walked through the door and were very quick to assist you. My sales rep was Krystal and she was the best! She was so friendly and very helpful. I was setting up a new account, which took a little while, but when you have a good employee helping you, it makes all the difference! Best experience Ive had at AT&T!

Was very happy with service PJ was very knowledgeable and helpful. And asked if she wasnt sure about something and truly listened to the customer. Her manager Ivan I believe was his name was very kind and helpful also. I will feel very comfortable going asking for help and untrusting them to give me good advise for my purchases. I recommend this store in Ruston.

Had a tech come out but there was some problems with the wiring in our apartment. The technician was very helpful and was was very eager to get us Internet. I would recommend their service to anyone, atnt’s service is unmatched and was a way better experience than working with suddenlink.

Just moved in to new apartment wasn’t able to get internet installed because of some technical issues, but the technician who came to see us was very polite and did everything in his power to help us. I was lied to about the offer I signed up for. Evidently the employee that had been working there for over 5 years either didnt quite understand AT&T policy OR was just trying to get a sale and decided to not convey all the details. Assurances were given from the store, they did not follow through.Over 6 months later and there is still no resolution. The store employees never answer the phone and when you go in there, they say they will have to contact the district manager. It has now been almost 2 months, and I still have not heard from the district manager. AND when you call AT&T they say there is nothing they can do... This is VERY VERY BAD service for a company that I have been with for 10 years and pay over 200$ a month! I have wasted hours upon hours trying to resolve this issue.

To att in ruston, la because of problem with my att reception on my phone. was told didnt really know how to fix problem because had bought motorola att phone at best buy, another 30 miles away, i have pre paid $40 month with att. we live out in country so my husband kept working on my phone and finally got it to working properly. not impressed with att store in ruston. thanks, our att works great out in boonies!

I had a bad experience at the local AT&T store.I was trying to upgrade my daughters phone and it was a total waste of time. I was put on a list and the guy (William) after me was waited on before us. A lady walked in the store as we were waiting and got waited on immediately! The guy that had signed me in saw I was irritated because wed been waiting over 30 minutes so he told another guy to help us. This new guy told me that I could not use my iPad upgrade to get an iPhone but I told him id done it before. He asked who helped me and when I described the guy he said that may be why hes no longer with us... - very unprofessional. The guy that is no longer there helped me MANY times and was always professional. I will drive two hours to the nearest apple store and get my daughters phone with the new apple upgrade program. Ive been avery loyal AT&T customer for years with three devices but I am phasing to Verizon. Cant believe the nonsense I had to deal with tonight. Guess the at&t in Ruston Louisiana can afford to lose customers for the company. Wish the professional guy was still there. I think his name was Jason (the good one).
