If youre new to this store or gaming as a whole, Byron is the rep you need to see! As a person who knew very little about games going into this store, I came out a happy customer. Byron was very helpful and saved my butt when I was about to buy the wrong game a few months ago! He makes sure he does everything to help you while youre there!

They have really stepped up their game! The staff is courteous and helpful, willing to try and help me find the obscure games I am always on the hunt for. And when I had a bad disc, went out of their way to make sure we found a replacement that worked flawlessly. Looking forward to my next trip.

There is a great staff in this store along with some good merchandise.Their main product is videogames & consoles (but every now & then you will see board games or card games.)I warn you though, the current manager is a great sales person. Viola will get all of your money in a heartbeat.

So nice to go into a location and have people that work there that are knowledgeable about the games in the store plus older games. It was so refreshing to be able to hold a conversation especially when you have questions.

Never go wrong with good service

Came in only to renew Pro Membership but their servers were down. Wouldnt even give us the magazine, which on a long drive is why I came in to renew in the first place. Weak sauce customer service. Fix your server.

This store is completely races they change my first name to (‏ norefund) how bad is that. I called them about the situation which they did not even care until 6 days later. Beware of this rude place of business.

They will hustle you any way they can, and lie to your face. They sell used games for the same price you can get them brand new in Walmart. Or you can get them cheaper online. The online thing is expected, but matching Walmart is just sad. Defeats the whole purpose. Needless to say, screw GameStop. Its obsolete now.

I used to go to gamestop when i was younger because they had fair pricing and you could normally get a fair amount of money for games that you traded in..now they hardly give you anything but will turn around and resale your items for double the amount..Now i just shop on ebay i get my games brand new, way cheaper, and in the mail i can also buy a warranty online as well..it will be a cold day in the hell before i ever set foot back in gamestop again...

Gamestop is getting better with their prices. Its not Beat Amazon good, but good enough Ive gotten a few things here.The workers there seem fitting, just some game-players sellin games. A shame they have to take orders from corporate, because you can tell they really dont want to bother you with pre-orders.I like that they started selling Magic the Gathering! Can get my fix from more places!
