Does not open on times they have posted 10 minutes late on opening doors with a line of people waiting

For the last few times I have gone its been extremely slow to get anything done! Ive been 4 days in a row and have only seen about 3 employees in the whole store. They promise to call and let you know if stuff is done but never do... extremely disappointed 😞

I would not recommend getting business cards here. I have been numerous times ordering and fixing my order. It never comes out right and I didn’t get the quantity of cards I paid for. I had to go back and tell them they short me by 50. This time they didn’t have the right paper to print my cards so I had to wait a week for them to get another shipment. When I finally picked up it wasn’t the right paper. Feels like they took it off the shelf and printed. It’s flimsy and cheap compared to the last cards I ordered all glossy. This was paper material I could just rip easily and not happy about this. I’m tired of making trips to Ruston and tired of asking them to do their job correctly. I’m not going back. Ever. I don’t know why they thought this was ok. I feel ripped off.

From out of state and had to send a package ASAP.Tim helped me out with what box I needed and made the process as smooth as possible. He was very professional and made sure everything was correct. He was able to manage my mess while addressing the needs of three other customers. I will return to this store when in town and in need of supplies.

I hate to rank the whole store poorly for the incompetency of one individual but it really was that bad... Ive come in to have some simple copy and laminate tasks done and I couldnt get her to understand or listen to what I wanted... Its one thing if shes new and may not know exactly what she is doing, I can understand and dont mind waiting, but her entire attitude and demeanor was insulting to me as a customer. Its not my fault she cannot provide the services I requested even though she has the tools and they are very simple... 5 stars to the other staff members.

This place is so awful. I am traveling for work and had a need for office supplies and printing. They are the only game in town in Ruston, and act like it. It took me a few hours to get them to answer the phone on Sunday while I was driving in, as I had a question about printing capacity. Then when we went to use the service the service was slow and the staff was completely indifferent. We had a huge printing job and asked if they would agree to treat it as confidential if we left it with them to complete. We were told that if we needed it treated as confidential we should go somewhere else. Rude and awful. We wont be back.

Saturday I paid to ship a Fed Ex pkg to my grandson so that it would arrive on his birthday. Ruston Office Depot told me it would ship same day (Saturday) and arrive the following day. I asked”are you certain?” And was reassured it would. I tracked it today, two days later and it has never even left Office Depot. Office Depot said Fed Ex “Is bad about not picking up Saturdays” and Fed Ex said “It’s not even possible to ship Saturday and deliver Monday.” So it’s no one’s fault I guess? A Refund will mean another trip, paperwork, and does not nearly compensate for my disappointment. Use the mail. It’s much less expensive and at least in my case faster than Federal Express.

2 employees visible one at desk one at register! I waited for someone to assist me at the ink department for 10 minutes. I ended up doing it myself. The check out line had 7 people! There is no reason for a store like office depot not to have enough employees to handle their business!, Im very aggravated.

The Associates are always nice, helpful and professional. Office Furniture section is neat and presentable. Five stars

Placed an on-line order for in-store pickup of an office chair. Received a text message saying order was ready. Called to verify that chair was ASSEMBLED and ready to go, and was assured that it was. Then drove 25 miles to store to find chair waiting in the front of the store for me STILL IN THE BOX, and told me that it couldnt be assembled because there were 6 chairs ahead of mine. Both the cashier and the manager were very arrogant and non-apologetic and no explanation of WHY Id received confirmation both via text and phone that my chair was assembled and ready. Go to another store.

Michael helped me find exactly what I needed which isnt easy. Great experience. Will shop again.

They didnt have a couple of school supply items (~$10) in stock, so they ordered them. They were delivered to our home the next day! No extra charge! If this is normal policy, its way better than Wal-Mart or Amazon!!

We had a situation with the copy service there and I talked to Rex who said he would relay the issue to the manager the next day which was Jeff. When my daughter went the next day Jeff the manager was rude and very sarcastic with the situation. I will NEVER go to that store and again and will tell ALL my friends how sorry the attitude and customer service was with Jeff.

This is the worst Office Depot I’ve ever been in. They are always under staffed. Only one person working a register. It’s usually a female on her phone the entire time or flirting with a manager. Nobody ever wants to help you or acts as if they care if you find what you need. Management has same attitude. I would just rather go to Walmart. I HATE walmart. That should explain how terrible this store is. I’m not alone in feeling this way. I run a local business and refuse to go there. I hope they go out of business soon so Ruston can get a new business to lease that space. It’s in a great location with lots of potential. Just happens to be occupied by incompetent, lazy, disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude occupants.

This business is great for office and school supplies. Selection of calendars and pens is awesome. Friendly staff and nice clean store.

For a establishment that sells technical equipment, their registers are the worst. It took forever to approve my debit card. I felt sorry for the staff, who were great by the way. If not for them, Office Depot would only get one star.

My experience at office Depot on my last visit was excellent. Thanks to Miss Jameka Franklin who is very knowledgeable of her job and seems always to have an attitude to please the customer.

Best/last location in Ruston focusing heavily on electronics and computer technology. Unfortunately the business is looking bad, bare floor space, shelves looking empty, lack of supply/options. Online retailing competition apparently killing this business slowly.

Called to get details regarding store inventory and the worker gave me attitude and hung up in my face . Bad customer service

Easy to get in and out. Offer a number of printing and copying services and book binding plus a range of prices for quality products.

Mostly good experiences here except one time an employee was really rude behind the print counter. Told me she flat out could not resize my image. I found another employee and she promptly did it.

I have NEVER experienced such poor service than I have with this store in Ruston. I have had to make numerous trips to this store for my job and every time I go my orders are NEVER on time and Ive had to go back multiple times because they werent complete. The girls that work there are extremely rude and I even caught one of them mocking me to another employee. I will NEVER go back again!!!

Sometimes out of items, but can order and have them the next day usually. Helpful staff and good selection of electronic items; printers, computers, tablets, phones, etc. Be sure to find the clearance rack, always good sales there.

God sales but when you need something staff seems really sporatic. I went to print 8 pages in color amd ended up spending a rediculous amount of money to print it. Really outrageously expensive prices here

Took a minute to find someone but when we did they were very helpful and friendly....

Workers were friendly but nobody came over and asked if we needed anything or provided information about the product we were purchasing.
