Not only did he sell us a top-of-the-line refrigerator on a Friday afternoon by phone, but he went out of his way to find one of his colleagues to deliver it to our home that very day on the cusp of a holiday weekend. We recently purchased a new refrigerator from Best Appliances in Rutland, VT. I cant say enough about the service, the quality of the product, its available and keeping all promises for delivery. I was especially impressed with the delivery men, they were prompt, skilled, did not rush and set it up and turned on and functioning. They made sure everything was O.K. before leaving.

Loved working with them! Zach was awesome in a time when inventory is at a minimum they kept me posted and did all they could great experience picking up my stuff helped me out and let me use their equipment! I do recommend checking them out! Thanks guys I will be back!

Good place to get an air conditioner when everybody else is out.

Got an oven and just had it installed today. we got a guy come in to connect the gas to the stove, that’s literally ALL he did. our stove now sits out several inches into the kitchen because he did not cut the hose. that’s “not in his job description”. we paid $200 for him to connect the gas hose to the stove & spray it to make sure it’s not leaking NOW we have to get the gas company and pay them to come deal with it. Scummy salesman didn’t inform us of this. Do NOT buy from here. You can get the same appliances elsewhere!

Run, do not walk!!Purchased three major appliances for our new house. Sales rep was nice enough, but their service techs are beyond incompetent ... the first crew showed up 3 hours late with no apology and no explanation (even the store didnt know where they were) and didnt have the parts needed for our installation, so they left the dishwasher in my garage. Second guy shows up, still doesnt have the install kit (which I paid extra for), so he tried to install the dishwasher with leftovers from the 17-year-old machine that we were replacing. When he left, he said not to use the new machine because the hose coupling leaked. What he didnt mention was that the power cord was downright scary. He also didnt have room in his truck to haul away the old machine (which I paid extra for). So, on that day, I went from having an old dishwasher that didnt work well to a brand new one that didnt work at all. And, contrary to popular belief, not all dishwashers fit in the same space. Ultimately, I had to bring in a plumber to move the drain and water lines, an electrician to move the power source and rewire the unit (because some internal wires had been cut too short), and a carpenter to restructure the space where the previous dishwasher had fit just fine AND hire a waste hauler to take away the old dishwasher.Never in my life have I paid so much for such terrible customer service!!!

It took forever to get our refrigerator due to the pandemic, not a big deal. The problem was the very poor customer service, and serious lack of communication. After waiting for 4 months I called just to see if the fridge was there, and it was, but I did not receive a call that it had arrived. Better communication is all I wanted/needed in this situation.

The two men who delivered our appliance (twice, because it was defective) were extremely professional, personable, efficient and concerned. The service rep was knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly, notifying the company that we needed a replacement. The person (or persons) at Best Appliances who sold us the appliance, answers the phone and sets up appointments did an excellent job of responding, each time, to making sure delivery occurred in a timely manner. Communication was generally outstanding.

We are new to Rutland and needed a stove We were told this was best place This is a family business which Seems to have some Issues being in businessWe picked a stove after looking at several- we were charged for the wrong stove. We caught the mistake before leaving however it became an issue laterin a cascade of events that resulted in going elsewhere after 6 weeks .

Best Appliance Drivers are a joke. We were supposed to get a delivery, they were here on time that was A+ but thats the only A+ they get from me. I live in a Apartment building and on they invoice they left in black and white it says Upstairs Apartment but they never came up the stairs or nothing, in stead they left a note in the main door and left. This is why the delivery guys are a joke. Do your damn job and walk up the stairs to the apartment.

Our project has been a long time in the making, and we started off with Heather and Zach guiding us through space saving refrigerators, laundry sets, dishwashers and wine refrigerators. Our purchase of our dishwasher was a very good experience. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful, and the dishwasher (a Bosch) has been great. Until now. It stopped mid-wash, and gave me an error message: E-24. Having tried what I knew to do, I siphoned off the water, called Best and set up a service visit. I just left the filter sitting in the dishrack as I figured they would remove it anyway. I was not able to be home, but my husband was present when the technician arrived. He said the technician reset the dishwasher, checked the filter, listened to it drain, and said it was working fine. All things I had already done. He went off leaving the filter where I had put it in the dishrack. My husband reported that he had been there approximately 10 minutes total. That evening, I replaced the filter, loaded the dishwasher and turned it on. About 20 minutes into the cycle, the same thing happened. Dishwasher NOT fixed. Best played fair and did not charge for the diagnostic visit, but I really got the feeling that the technician was phoning it in.

We went in to the store for the presidents weekend appliance sale. Zach helped us select the right washer and dryer for us, which was a newer model of our previous machines. He set us up with a delivery date, information about a rebate, and overall cost. Zach and his team were very flexible with our requests, as we were needy customers. They helped to arrange the delivery of our old units to a friend for an additional small fee, and even changed our order for us when we found out our pedestals were received broken at the store prior to initial delivery.On the delivery day the delivery crew came on time and did a great job. They even went above and beyond by coming back an hour later to fix an issue for us after the install.Thank you best appliance for dealing with us. We are so happy with our new units and we are happy to support a Rutland business!

I had the best experience! Linda was outstanding in her knowledge base of the title I wanted to purchase. Despite the fact the manufacturer was no longer making this particular tile,Linda found the tile. The customer service was top of the line. I have referred many people to Best. Wonderful experience purchasing a new gas dryer. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Competitive prices on product and delivery. We even had a quick turnaround request and they were able to accommodate. They said they’d be at my house at 9:30am and were there 5 minutes early. I’d highly recommend Best Appliance & Kitchens!

We have used Best Appliance & Kitchens for a major home renovation project and have been extremely pleased with the service weve received every step of the way. Lindas design for our kitchen grabbed our attention, and from there we kept our business with Best. We are totally thrilled with how the kitchen looks from the counters, to the cabinets, and the appliances! Great ideas and suggestions were offered by the design and sales staff that has resulted in a decor and layout beyond what we thought we dreamed of. The great customer service also extends beyond the store to the service department staff who deliver and install the appliances. Any adjustments needed have been quicky accomodated, and now we are on to finishing a new bathroom complete with more cabinetry and tile from Best Applianance & Kitchens. We are confident we will be equally pleased with the appearance of the bathroom cabinet and tile once those are in place. Best Appliance & Kitchens has been THE BEST to work with, and it was the correct choice to keep our business with them for all these renovation purchases !
