Alex Lopez and Manuel Jr are great employers. I worked for them for a little over a month when I was helping out my grandmother. Alex will ensure the paint job is superb, even with his Maaco quality painter. Alex will make sure everything is right on the car and will do his best to deliver quality service. He uses high quality paint and has a keen eye for pointing out imperfections.Have no fear, Alex really cares and Manuel is no different. I felt I could trust that they knew how to fix the damage to my vehicle. On the day I brought my car to the shop, the elder Manual Lopez who started the business was there. I found him to be very down to earth. It is apparent that the owners and employees want their customers to feel confident that they will be treated fairly and honestly. The cost of repairing my vehicle was acceptable given the overall cost of the parts and labor. I am very satisfied with the way my car now runs and looks. My only regret is that the young man who washed and detailed my car and wheels did such a great job that Ill have to put in more effort to keep it looking as spotless and shiny as he left it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the same situation I was in - needing to restore the wifes car to working order in order to get both on the road to shopping happiness.

Dont run red lights!!!

On May 27, 2018 unfortunately my car was stolen and wrecked. Officers found it and had called for a tow. De Luxe Towing showed up. The tow guy told me he’s gonna take it to his yard and I can pick it up from there and I asked him how much to take it to my house he said $200. I said that’s fine with me. So we get to my house, he drops off my car full off his trailer and while im paying him with my debit card, he tells me he’s not taking debit card cuz his yard is closed. And I told him I will not pay cash that’s for sure, I want prove of me paying. And so he didn’t accept my card even though I told him I can go the yard and pay and yet he still didn’t accept it. He wanted cash only. So he puts my car back on his truck and tell me that he’s charging for a tow of $260 and a daily storage fee. And says I have 3 days to come get my car or he’ll put a lien on it. Well the whole experience with the guy felt a scam. Seems like he would come up with any excuse to make more money. Luckily I had full coverage on my car so my insurance went and picked up the car from their yard the next day. Officer didn’t let me get my insurance to come pick up my car cuz he said De Luxe Towing would show up faster and officer couldn’t leave the scene till the car was towed. So just be careful when they tow your car cuz I had a bad experience with them, just a heads up what you might/can expect...
