The older people who works there are so grumpy, I buy my cars oil and parts from there. If I get one of younger team members I get what I ask for unlike the older dudes on the front talking down on people. Next time I go there I will be like it’s ok I will wait for the other associates. Don’t wanna ruin my day because you are a grumpy man. But yeah other than that I like Maria

I ordered a part online and went into the store, not realizing that I never received the confirmation email. Assuming that SOMEONE in parts would be able to help with finding the online order and some of the details. Well, I was wrong. The first person to help, tried to sell me the same part again for 15 dollars more, and would not match the online price. The second one told me to come back after the weekend.another thing that confused me, how is it that you charge $36.00 in the store for the same part, a gas cap, that shows a MSRP of $28.95 and being sold for just over $20 online, but will not match that price in the store. If you have a Toyota, and you need parts, go ANYWHERE else. 2 stars, 1 star for each person that could not help. Roseville Toyota has the same part, same deal.
