Manny was super great and professional. Dan was super knowledgeable and explains to you what it is and how it is. The minute I walked in they made me feel welcome.I had just bought a new vehicle and wanted a diagnostic for my car, they inspected everything on my vehicle and found a couple issues I wouldn’t have known about. Had to leave my car overnight but soon as they got the green light from my dealership insurance my car was up and running by third day. The parts for my car took a bit long to get here but in the end I was super satisfied. Highly recommend them. And courtesy of A&A auto they send you a vehicle report and include everything that keeps track of all maintenance that has been done and may need to get done soon. It’s good for me because I’ll know what to expect in the future for what needs to be done to my car. And if you’re like me have a million things to do and can’t remember it’s good to have. And not to mention under new management so the way they handle things may be different than previous owner.

My son’s car was having engine problems; turning off when stopped and idling, so we found A&A. They had a lot of 5 star ratings so we figured they must be good. Well, they’re not. They charged my son $400 to “fix” something but it definitely wasn’t the engine because it still turns off whenever it comes to a stop. Buyer beware. Do NOT use A&A. They’ll steal your money.

Closed. Google said they were open. No hours posted on business. Nobody inside. Cars out front. Silver Rock in network repair facility yet closed when they are supposed to be open. Not a good 1st impression.

When I need an oil change, there is only one place I go.A&A Auto repair or as I like to call it Franks place because hes the owner. He is a expert I trust. Many things have changed in this world but one thing has stayed the same, you either trust your mechanic or you are always looking for a new one.Now sometimes it costs money to get your car fixed. I understand that but at least at this place when he does charge me for something, I know there is a very very good reason for it. They always explain whats wrong.But this visit was just an oil change and wasnt a burden money-wise. I feel better about my car.Now if you dont feel safe and better about your car when you leave your auto shop, you are at the wrong auto shop.Go A&A Auto Repair or go broke and broken down...

Very helpful and accommodating. I needed the front brakes of my 4 wheel drive Nissan Rogue replaced because as per Nissan Sacramento diagnosis they are already broken but they didnt fix them because they changed all my tires first which in their diagnosis are not damaged yet. I took my car to their shop an hour before closing at 6 pm but they ended up working on my car until 8 pm. I am so grateful for their time and professionalism which I did not experience at Nissan Sacramento.

I really loves my experience here my car got messed up and wouldn’t go forward as anyone would be I was stressed and beyond overwhelmed but not only did they fix my car fast but Manny always kept me laughing directing my attention elsewhere while they fixed my car! I took my car in to get it fixed, they charged me to fix it. So when i came back to pick it up they tried to charge me again and my car wasnt even fixed! Total ripoff!! I would not recommend this place and i will never go there again.

I am a wheelchair bound disabled person, I heard of this shop from a close friend. I needed a new transmission. I ended up spending almost $2000 for a used transmission with a 1 year warranty. As the months went by, I witnessed 3 people I know go to Frank with their cars and they ALL expressed that he did MORE DAMAGE than fixing it so I began to get worried about my van.... 9 months later and my transmission blew! My family and I are taking my Van to a REAL professional, even though we have a few more months with the warranty on the transmission we will never go back to see Frank at A&A Auto and we urge you to not do business here.

I went in to get my air conditioner compressor replaced through my car dealer warranty. They were very professional, informative and punctual. As a women often time we feel we’re going to be ripped off by Mechanics. They reassured me that everything would be on the up-and up. It was handle with finesse and they did check my entire warranties. Thank you guys. My air conditioner is working great.

Brought in my company car after getting an initial quote from someone else that just didn’t seem right. They evaluated, confirmed what I felt, fixed the repair and did a great job in the process at a way better price. Would recommend and come back again.

I took my 2007 Mercedes Benz for repair the owner of icars called me and informed me that my issue was bigger than just my starter... That the car would need a new motor they kept the car for two weeks The owner Frank told me they had replaced the motor, but when I went to Mercedes Benz of Oakland they looked at the VIN number on the motor and the VIN number on the car were the same as it were when it left the factory they claim they replace my motor there at A&A Auto but they never did replace the motor..... I gave them every chance to make it right, after time he tells me to take him to court. You do the math and make up your own mind....this is just what happened to me as a Minister and Frank says he is a Deacon...I thought we had spiritual rapport but what was done to me is not close to being professional mororal or good business and definitely not spiritual or of God......I have filled the paperwork needed to stop this from happening to anyone else...

Ive been here twice, once to get lift pads installed for a tire replacement, and another time to get my headlight replaced. A&A is my go-to auto repair spot because theyre affordable, honest, and reliable! I just moved out to West Sacramento, but Ill still make the drive to get repairs done here because I trust them.

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. I had an appointment and everyone was very prompt, helpful, and friendly. I was in and out in under an hour with a thorough inspection I feel like I can trust.

I took my ‘17 Rav-4 in for some routine maintenance and tire alignment. Usually I go to the Toyota dealership but wanted to spend my money at a small local business this time. I was charged without prior consent for a replacement oil cap because mine was “cracked” and told I needed my brakes changed. I declined the brakes because I had just had then changed about 3 months prior. I took my car home to find out that my alignment was not fixed and my oil was leaking onto my driveway. When I took it back the next day I was told (by the rude and misogynistic owner) that they had put the wrong size oil cap and that my alignment had not been completed, although I was charged for it. While I was waiting I called Toyota and was told not only did they not notice a crack in the oil cap at my previous maintenance but they would have replaced it feee of charge. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this shop and will advise my friends and family against it as well.

Great diagnosticians and mechanics. I originally took my car to AAMCO and they told me that I needed a new transmission and wanted $4300 just for the parts. I subsequently took my car to A&A Auto Repair and they accurately diagnosed the source of the problem on the spot. They saved me a lot of money and provided excellent service. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and informative. This is my go to mechanic from now on.

I went to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and they told me I needed to get the rear brake pads replaced. Took my car to A and A, they looked at it, let me know I actually didn’t need the pads replaced, and also looked over the car and cleaned my cabin air filter. They didn’t charge me for anything. I’m definitely taking my car back to these guys when it does need work–they’re honest!!

Especially as a single mother, who cannot afford to pay for overpriced parts and second-rate work (where I end up with some new issue)...I know Frank is always giving me the best rates on parts and not overcharging for labor. To put it country simple: A & A is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to in over 30 years of driving. Honest men who know their craft. I have an older car that has needed some large jobs done recently. A & A has done nothing but a perfect job and at a fair price. Next time you need some work done do not hesitate to go there.

Ive been in Sac for almost 2 years now and have had car problems the entire time. Every mechanic Ive gone to before A&A has been skeezy or trying to take advantage of me. The guys at A&A were chill, knowledgeable and informative. They didnt try to take advantage and they didnt talk down to me, going as far as to take time to show me the engine in my mazda and the issues that need to be taken care of at some point. They didnt try to pressure me in to doing anything RIGHT NOW as some mechanics will do and gave me a general timeline to come back. 100% I will be going back and refering others to them. Great experience. Was quoted a good price over the phone on a break job. Asked if he could get me in that day and he said yes. I actually left right after I hung up the phone. When I got there he had my jeep pulled in the shop within 5 minutes. I had to wait and he got me in and out very fasy. The work was great and found out theres a lifetime warranty on the break pads. Im a former service manager and I highly recommend this shop

Really great place to take your car if you ever have a problem. My car had a burning smell and it just ended up being a plastic bag on the exhaust. They didnt charge me a penny for it. Will definitely being taking my car here in the future if I ever have more problems.

Needed a new radiator on my Ford Ranger. They took the job on right away and completed it within a few hours. No issues. Work done well and reasonably priced. Cant ask for much more.Im going back to them for a main seal replacement when I save up.

Absolutely wonderful people and extremely knowledgeable. Theyre very transparent, they took me out to my car when it was lifted to show me exactly what was wrong with it and even gave me good advice when dealing with auto repair shops in that if they are incapable or unwilling to show you whats wrong dont do business with them. PLEASE READ Poor service, reuses parts that should only be replaced as new. A&As shady work ended up costing me unnecessary $$$$ to fix what should have been fixed properly the first time. The sad thing is that we trusted A&As services but we were let down in a major way. I have proof from two separate mechanics that old parts were reused on my vehicle that should have been replaced new when A&As owner and chief mechanic stated to me that he only used new parts. So I tell to you, used A&A with caution! I no longer used there faulty services. I HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE FROM SPENDING UNNECESSARY MONEY with A&A Auto Repair.

Went in to have a vehicle inspected before purchasing. Frank and his team found 3500 of undisclosed damage and evidence of an accident. Apparently hes very disliked by the local used car lots, and I understand why now.

I had a cracked radiator and they went out of their way to repair it the same day. They even fixed a corroded tail light without charging me. They take care of their customers

I went in for a service for a window motor, repair was going to and from home more than 30 mins multiple times. Still was not fixed, my panel wasnt properly put back on, door handle wasnt connected to be opened from the inside and aslo left dirty. I feel that I was taken advantage of and I was charge for an incomplete service, I also didnt feel comfortable with not getting invoice for my first service. I question now if the job was done at all. I feel that I may have to go to BAR to get this addressed. I feel that if you do a job do it right, I also did not agree to my first service but was told I already was charged for it and was told to sign here. Not good service

Came in from out of town to get a new radiator installed because Ideal Radiator on Tesla Way recommended to this place, service was bad. There were missing screws that I had to go back to tell the guys to put back on. My car was overheating as soon as I left that place and when I called them the guy told me he put coolant but my car broke down. Tow truck took me home and I put in water and car works fine. They lie and they never apologize.

I had some issues with my audi. Frank the owner stepped in and was able to spot the problem.He found the solutions gave me the odm and the after market price.He kept me in my budget and worked with me. I appreciate all the help.
