This place is Amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful. Very upfront with everything and explains details in a plain way, so I can understand whats going on. Im not a car expert, and barely know the basics. So I love the fact they take time to explain so we are all on the same page. Customers Service is amazing. Every time I call, I get a live person to talk to. All in all they exceed my expectations and I always have a great experience with them.

He has been doing business at that location for 45 plus years. That doesnt happen unless you continually are treating your customers right and giving back to your community. HORRIBLE customer service. I am simply going to state facts and quote the answer. After our truck was at this shop for 3 (which is what earns our living) 1 week longer than expected, we are finally headed to pick it up. We are happy and released to finally be back in business after having to cancel multiple events, to earn to pay some bills, we committed to events for the following day, we are ready to roll! So we walk in with plans already lined up to start prepping and getting ready when... the truck is not ready. Our mouth dropped. We asked why and when and the daughter of the owner replied “Do you want me to have them stop working on the truck? You all need to get out of here”. I am still in shock! I rest my case.

A heavily loaded Chevy diesel truck breakdown over 100 miles away from Sacramento pulling a fully loaded horse trailer and moving to Oregon was worth the tow back to Sacramento. I have known about and trusted this company most of my adult life as well as have family and friends. The honesty of operation and technical knowledge available to their customers is beyond compare. Needless to say, the tow was worth it. The frightening symptoms diagnosed, explained and rapidly repaired at a very reasonable cost. I could not have afforded to pay them what the peace of mind and knowledge I was in good hands, let alone the quick turn around back onto the road was worth to me and my family. I drove in with my Toyota 4Runner with no appointment while traveling thru California on my way to Cabo San Lucas, BCS, Mexico pulling a trailer. Within hours they were kind enough to squeeze me in for a radiator replacement, motor and transmission oil change, and new coolant hoses. Back in Mexico and zero problems. Best repair shop ever. Mucho gracias.

I have been going to Florin Automotive for over 25 years. They have made sure my trucks have been in great shape and their service is phenomenal.

Had my transmission removed and replaced. Very nice shop with fair and reasonable labor cost. Very pleased with the work performed by Florin Automotive Repair. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Leah, front office, was also quite knowledgeable and thorough. Presently I need to drive the car more miles to reteach the control module. Presently idle RPM is cycling between low and normal (rolling) prompting the check engine light and error code P0508 (low idle speed). Plan on reteach accelerator pedal then drive some more to insure the control module have enough driving condition to reteach. If this continues Ill clean throttle body, check TPS and IAC. A bit surprised since they had been working fine. Stay tuned.....Just reseated MAS, TPS, IAC connectors, retaught accellerator pedal and took the mustang out for a drive (1 hour). Idle is steady at 600-650 and accelerates much better now. Guess its a slow learner. Alls well.
