We bought a plug in car at this store, we got home and there was no charger. We try to contact and they simply do not respond at all even though I can see that they are receiving and reading my messages. Dont do business with them!

They treated me almost like family. Going out of their way, to help me in a time of need. Very professional staff. I would definitely recommend Big Automotive.

I had to edit my review. I went here to renew my car registration and they guy said it was a $50 fee. I just did the math and he charged me $80.20!! Even with tax that is a big increase.. Do not recommend this place. I should have know it was empty and the pricing isnt posted!! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the DMV because they should not be able to perform this service with dirty business practices!! DO NOT COME HERE !!

Fantastic service! Clean office, friendly staff and vehicle turned around within promised time frame.On 3/31/21, Big Automotive replaced a bad alternator in my wife’s 2016 Honda CRV and she couldn’t be happier.These guys are definitely one of the good ones!

Very clean & convenient, I didnt have to go to DMV.I was greeted by Dhir he was very nice and helped me with what I needed...come to find out they also have a shop to work on cars and they also sell cars.All very convenient !Thank you BIG AUTOMOTIVE.

I needed help paying my registration. The dmv was closed and I googled these guys and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Smog was included. Thanks guys!!!!!

Great experience with Wheel Alignment at affordable price. I have called other places locally today and was was quoted at higher price and scheduling me to come in on different days. I need my vehicle for work and need it done today. This place managed to complete my vehicle on time and on same day without any appointments.

I bring in my vehicle for tires and alignment. They give me really good deal. So far they have the cleanest shop in town. Techs are really well knowledgeable. Dhir was really great person to deal with. Definitely recommend for any automotive to anyone. They also do offer smogs and dmv registration services.

I would not recommend anyone come here. They are scammers. I made an appointment to do a vehicle transfer gifted from family. They told me I cannot do it without purchasing a smog from them stating my family does not qualify as family according to new dmv guidelines. I contacted the dmv and low and behold this information big automotive gave me was not true and my vehicle in deed qualifies as a family transfer. They tried to scam me into paying for a smog when I do not need one. Total red flag. What else are they lying about. Avoid at all costs and go to a shop/registration service that will be honest. I will not be giving them my business ever and will not recommend anyone to them. If they had followed dmv guidelines I would have given a good review but because of their dishonesty I will never recommend them.In response to their reply. That is not true. I spoke with two representative from the dmv and they told me I do not need a smog because in-laws are considered immediate family therefore a gifted vehicle from in-laws does not require smog. I had all the required paperwork for my transfer from the dmv stating. I hold my opinion about my experience and stand firm on not going to them. Dmv doesnt lie.

Needed to get a smog for my car, didn’t know they offered so many other services!! Instead of waiting in the long line at DMV, I was also able to register my car!! Will be coming back for any services needed.
