I called about 5 shops around town and got estimates on a 2 inch level kit with install on my new 2019 Ford F-150 Super Crew. Jose gave me the quote when I came in and was patient and showed stellar customer service when giving me my estimate. Since his estimate shattered the other places I called, I booked an 8am Saturday appointment. They were ready for me when I got there and let me know my truck would be done between 3pm-5pm. At 2:00pm, I received a call that she was ready for pick up. I arrived and my truck was perfectly leveled. More impressive than the perfect cutomer service and quality work, was the fact they used a Rough Country 2inch level kit. I didnt even request a brand but the used a top end part. Very impressed. The flashy 4x4 and truck specialty stores quoted me almost double. I couldnt be happier with my decision to give Florin Auto Centre my business; Ill be back when I need wheels and tires, they have a huge selection. Thanks guys!!

These guys are awesome, I made the mistake of going somewhere else for my idler arm prior to having my suspension done here, and turns out the didnt even tighten it down or oil it, these guys took care of it for free, and didnt hassle me for the suspension, Id say it was more than a fair price, afforable good work is hard to come by, but Im glad I found it.

I initially called based on their great reviews. The owner answered, very professional and kind. I received a quote on my repair inquiry and within a few hours, I brought my car to their shop. I was unbelievably surprised as to how informative, honest and helpful that the owner was. I thought I may need a new battery in addition to the repair so it was tested and it checked out fine. Many shops would have taken advantage of me by saying that I did infact need one - but he didnt.After just one interaction with Florin Auto Center, I am confident in saying that this shop will now be my go to place for all future repairs!

I went in with concerns of my suspension going bad. After the evaluation of my car, they pointed out that my steering wheel fluid was low, as well as had one bulging front left tire (bad front tires were worn and old), but that my suspension was fine. I already knew my alignment was off, so I got that taken care of as well as switched out my two front tires. Front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful to myself and everyone who came in! I will definitely be using their services in the future since I admire their honesty! Thank you for your amazing service!!

Great Job! I like the fact that it was explained to me exactly what my cars issue was, what caused the issue and how it could be addressed. My Vehical has been at another close by shop for over a week and they still have not looked at it, I hit a spare tire in the road, right front tire blew, need to check aftermarket springs and alignment, etc. Need vehical for work, if by morning the other shop has not looked at it, can I have it done asap?

I have been going to the Florin Auto Center for the Past 5 years. I started going there when I lived in the area. However after moving 20+ miles away I still take all of my cars here for repair. I always leave satisfied.

I have front end damage to my vehicle. Person explained it would take 3 hours before they could start but yet 1 vehicle bay is open. Very poor communication skills. Good luck getting anything done here.

Has a deceptive web page that offers alignment for $55.00 and when you arrive they want $69.00, when the web page price is mentioned they become argumentative and want a paper copy of the page. They advertise a $.01 penny AC Inspection on the web page but at the shop will not provide said service unless you buy their complete AC service for $79.00. Jose behind the counter then told me he did not want to provide any service and told me to leave because I called him on the deceptive price changes from the web page.I will never return and urge others to NOT go what I went through.

I have been using this shop since my kids were little. They are all grown adults now, and they take their cars there also. I had so many unpleasant (dishonest) experiences prior to finding this shop. Muhammad, Jose, and all the employees are honest about what my car needs, what it doesnt need, and what can wait if my finances are tight at the moment. Prices are reasonable (certainly far better than going to the dealer!), and unless the work is complicated, its completed the same day. I will never go anywhere else!
