I wrote a review a few years ago about how awesome this place is but I’ve had to go back there a few times since then for multiple cars with different issues so wanted to write another review to again express how great this mechanic is! He’s always so fair priced, helpful, and does a great job. Our transmission went out a while ago and he repaired it for a very good price and with a warranty, And then when something went wrong recently I was able to call him from the roadside to get advice and then he fixed it all for free with no question due to the warranty, even though it was not his fault and it was due to the parts from the manufacturer. The owner is such a nice guy, always honest, friendly, and tries to give you a good deal so you never feel like you are being taken advantage of like at many other mechanic shops. Finding a great mechanic like this is priceless and I will never go anywhere else the rest of my life!! If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is your place!

KJ is great! Knowledgeable, honest and professional! I trust him with all my car needs!

I went in for an oil and lube and was out in about 20 minutes. KJ, the owner was professional, courteous and patient, as he explained to me the difference between synthetic and non-synthetic oil, showed me my air filter and gave me a choice to replace it or not, and even rotated my tires and topped off all my fluid levels to get me ready for an upcoming trip. I will definitely be going back. I don’t want to go anywhere else now.

I get all my cars fixed here. They do a great job and are very honest people. rates are reasonable and the service is great! I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here for service.

I don’t post reviews but need to let others know that this shop is truly the best! KJ is honest (which is rare for some auto shops) and won’t try to sell you something that’s not needed! He actually tried to talk me out of spending over $1k worth of work since my car is older but I explained to him that it was cheaper than buying another car. He took great care of my car and I am very pleased with the work! Will definitely use him again!

KJ the owner of this place is the one who looks at your car and he diagnoses the issues correctly the first time. Roseville auto mall incorrectly diagnosed the problem 3 times before I had to take it elsewhere. KJ got it right on the first try + he charges only 50-75% of what Roseville auto mall wanted to charge. I’ll be taking my car to KJ for all future service.

I had to get a brake and lamp inspection. I stopped in to find out how much and when they could do it. He was temporarily out of certificates but would be getting them the following mon or Tuesday . Which was fine . It gave me time to order and receive and install the brake light assembly that had to be replaced to pass the inspection.. which I learned about during the first visit there. There was one other issue so it didn’t pass when I came back. But-….. I got a free retest and a pretty good idea of what the problem was and was able to repair it and come back and it passed. The price was better than anyplace I’d seen. KJ was very nice and personable and it was truly a pleasure getting work done at this shop.

First time using Roseville Auto.I had alot of preventive maintenance done to bring my 15 year old car up to par. Kj was attentive and didnt try to upsale me unnecessary repairs. His pricing was reasonable and he was very knowledgeable .He kept me updated on every step of the repairs and came in on budget as the estimate suggested. After he was done with the repairs he checked in numerous times to make sure i was satisfied and the car repairs were to my liking. I would recommend Kj and Roseville Auto to anyone without hesitation!

The owner KJ is a rare one these days. It feels like he cares about the person first over the car and actually recommended I do not proceed with the paid diagnostic after doing the free one and seeing codes indicating repairs needed that are more than the value of my car. Refusing to believe my fate, I went ahead and opted for the full diagnostic anyway to find out he was right. Sadly, my car is now a lemon and I need to buy a new one but feel greatful to KJ for his honesty and advice around the situation. Anyone who is willing to turn away business because it’s the right thing to do is worthy of your consideration.

I was sincerely appreciative to Roseville Auto Repair for making the repairs before I had to fo back to work. I was unable to get a rental due to the holiday weekend and I was going to have to Lyft to and from work. I wasn’t expecting my car until Tuesday then I got a text today that my car was ready. I didn’t need an appointment, I was taken in right away and was done in about 15-20 minutes!I went in for brake and light inspections and was told they couldn’t do the smog (Smog Only) but was referred right around the corner!Very helpful and very friendly!I will no longer go back to the dealership!!

Infiniti wanted $2K+ to replace the complete wiring harness. KJ and staff found that only one connector was bad, and replaced it for under $200!!! During a time when money is tight, this service made me a future repeat customer.
