Service gets a five star rating for coming in at the last minute to put on Bonnet Stripes on our new electric Mini. We did notice once home that we have a manual that doesn’t match the car. Speedy through F&I, parts department out of stock on a level 2 cable. Creed was great on sales day!

I was pleased by the relaxed but professional atmosphere and the “client first” attitude that characterized the transaction. The only disappointment was that refreshments were not available (except for a proffered bottle of water) while waiting for paperwork to be completed due to restrictions arising from the COVID 19 pandemic. The sales manager was responsive and helpful even after the automobile was purchased.

The customer service from the Niello Mini is the best. This is our second Mini from Niello Mini and each time the sales reps were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their easy going and no pressure approach make car buying great. I’m still giving 5 stars despite financing taking way to long. If you’re looking for a Mini go see Creed or Ivan, both are awesome to work with.

Ivan was a great sales rep! He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Painless process but takes several hours. First purchase at at Niello and it was a good experience. Hoping the maintenance trips will be as good as we drive up from Modesto – a little less than 2 hours.
Even though the Mini dealership was recently combined with the BMW dealership, the service was just as professional and efficient. I needed some repairs and I was particularly impressed with the video that was made so show me what needed to be done. Anthony McCall was very nice and explained things well.It would be great if Mini could come to Elk Grove too - as part of the BMW dealership!!!
First time BMW/Mini owner. Made a service appointment to get an OC3 passenger seat occupancy sensor replaced again, failed again 5 years after the recall was completed. The receptionist lady on the phone was not very customer focused, didn’t want to hear any details about warranty or recall. Instead, she said I have to bring it in and it’ll be a $175 to have it diagnosed. A critical air bag SRS component has failed “again” after it was replaced under a recall and the customer is liable for any diagnostic or cost associated? Wow!Brought it in at 8:15am, service advisor Anthony McCall, tells me that they don’t have the capacity for me to wait at the dealership and can offer me a ride home. It will likely be in the afternoon before they run diagnostic and it will be $215 just for the code scan and estimated $1200 for the part before labor, not covered under any recall warranty. Anthony McCall made absolutely no attempt to help correct a known critical component failure by BMW/Mini. I cancelled the appointment, got my key and left, an unproductive morning. Epic failure in customer care and service in my opinion and has forever tarnished my view of the Niello brand.When I lived in the area some time ago, my vehicle would always be serviced by Niello Audi/VW. Louie always took care of everything and provided exceptional customer care & service. What is going on Niello?
Well organized, Ivan Vera/Justin from Finance/ and Jose the Sales manager we’re all knowledgeable and welcoming to our auto buying experience. Like any major purchases, the paperwork length is long. But this time it was under a couple of hours. I do recommend Neillo BMW/MINI- Fulton Ave as your top place to go to first.

Honest. Number one word that comes to mind. I’ve worked with Niello for the past 3 years now. They got me into my first mini, my second mini shortly after in order to help me through a personal situation, and a third time helping to simply decrease my monthly payments. But throughout each of these, they never tried to upsell me, they got me to each of my goals and actually shied me away from certain cars because it wasnt proper for me. Always courteous and open to all of my questions and needs.

Our Mini Cooper had a dead battery this week. I called Niello Mini and they squeezed me in the next day. I waited while they replaced the battery. The service was excellent. Kaity was very kind and professional. This unexpected visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

Took the vehicle in for a power steering recall notice. Decided to wait as an option, as the fix was minor. 4.5 hours later, vehicle completed. Also received a worthless video safety inspection of the vehicle. Video and audio were so poorly done, hard to see actual purported issues. Then an estimate to fix all issues which laughingly exceed the value of the vehicle. My review of the estimate are probably 50-60% less than quoted. Really Niello??????
When the half full engine light in yellow came on 20 miles from Tahoe on my way to San Diego, I asked my husband to look up the closest dealership - thankfully it was Niello!! Tony was kind enough to fit us in for a diagnostic despite having a full schedule, and was able to get us back on the road sooner than I could’ve hoped for. Two thumbs WAY up. :)

The sales process went fast - probably helped by the fact that it was empty and I knew what I wanted. 🤣 But the paperwork part is why I hate car buying. I spent hours waiting just to give them my money and sign the papers. There were so many employees not doing anything other than socialize while I was there - maybe a few could be cross-trained? Nothing against the people but I was ready to just leave. I’m also not a fan of the additional sales during the signing process. Especially if I have to wait several hours doing nothing, don’t drag out the process even more by waiting until then to try and sell me additional maintenance and other add ins. I’m cranky and tired and hungry and just wanna leave.
My Mini broke down in Shingle Springs & I was towed to Niello’s. I was on a road trip to take a class. On Monday morning I got a call from Tony, the service manager, checking in with me. The service tech took pictures of what was going on with my engine so I could see the problems. Tony called me every day to give me a status update. He even scheduled me to be picked up by Lyft after I dropped off my rental car.I have never received such exceptional service by any company. In the future when I need service, I’ll drive from the Bay Area to see Tony. It’s so worth the drive to receive such service.Tony & his team were that awesome.I thank them from the bottom of my heart!!!
I was totally amazed about the service with Niello, much better than that we had in the Bay area. Mr. mcCall explained to us in details what has been done and what we expected to have in the next maintenance.
We had previewed the vehicle online. AJ came out to help us, before we left on our test drive he made sure we had the seats adjusted the mirrors adjusted and knew where the buttons and knobs were at. A quick check to make sure we had our seatbelts on, and some suggestions on where to drive, we were on our way. I felt very well cared for, his knowledge of the vehicle, suggestions of aftermarket ideas, and genuine love of the brand.Zoey checked us in, and Robbie got us out the door in time for dinner!
For about a year or two now I wanted to get a MINI Countryman. I wanted an SUV but I didn’t want a extremely big car, the countryman was perfect for me because I get a compact SUV, and still maintain a small go kart car. In the month of June I built my own MINI. I then contacted the Niello Mini office of Sacramento and Mr. Marwan Nure was there to help me. From start to finish he was there every step of the way. From finding the color interior/exterior I wanted, to the iconic trim and all the special features I looked for. I was able to get my Mini Countryman in the start of July. I am so excited to complete the journey to the buying process and looking forward to experience an adventure with my new vehicle.Mr. Nure is and was a true gentleman and a consummate professional. I was happy to have him as my sales person and guided me to the whole process with ease.Also huge shoutout to Mr. Tim from financing services, he was entertaining, and a great family man. He was able to guide me to financing services with ease and explained all of the other components that MINI has to offer.

Niello earned my business today and my highest recommendation. Today I bought a used Honda Accord at the Niello Mini lot. After spending several months looking for a used car all over Sac, I met the nicest and most low key car salesman, Creed. I was really impressed and put at ease with his approach — he was very knowledgeable about the car we test drove, which isn’t always the case with trade in used vehicles at dealerships that specialize in other cars. I was also impressed that they put work into replacing the bumper of the car I bought before selling it. The car I’m buying is in immaculate condition and I felt confident in their inspection and repairs. Even though I was preapproved with my bank, the financing department found me a better loan. As we worked on the paperwork, I sat back and watched the rest of the team and the atmosphere here is pleasant and not high pressure or stressful. As a single woman buying a car, I’ve been through the ringer with rude salespeople and I’m very pleased to say this was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Creed is wonderful to work with.
I cant say enough about this place! The entire process from buying our MINIs to services done for our MINIs, my wife and I have had nothing but a professional experience. We have also participated in community-related MINI events such as the Holiday MINI parade. It just goes to show the family-orientation of this dealership. Its also nice to see, when we walk in there, that employees are the same employees, which means turnover is low, employees are satisfied, if not happy, working there. My experience here was completely different from my last Mini visit (in San Jose). Maria was fun, knowledge, and made us feel like we were buying from family. She even introduced us to a coworker in case we came back and she wasnt there. That alone made us feel like our experience and satisfaction was paramount and a push for a sale didnt exist. As a mini family, we are excited that we have a home.

I bought what they said was a used car but with new car miles on it, so they didnt certify it as a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle to get the 5 year unlimited mile warranty. I asked them why? All they said was that it was pretty much a new car. I responded back by stating that it should be no problem then to certify it, but they refused to do so. I guess they dont believe that my car would last, but Im pretty sure they are just greedy and wanted to charge all the warranties up to 125,000 instead of providing me the unlimited mile warranty for 5 years. They also over charged me for the vehicle warranty and the maintenance warranty. With all the over charges it brought the price back to being a new car, but mine wasnt considered new, so I paid too much for. I guess there is no one I could trust at Neillo.
They had the used car we wanted. The sales person was great. Answered our question took us on a test drive loop that was several miles and was freeway, city streets, and some back/rough roads, a balanced test.Then we had to endour a pushy finance guy who was trying to sell OVER priced warranty and protection products. The warranty started at $3500 but for us he could drop the price to $2500. We took a pass. Not sure I would recommend because of the finance guy. Should be noted we had prearranged financing so I am sure his commission was reduced. Later we check credit and found he pulled and sub to three other lenders again. We had 2 previously arranged letter of approval we gave them.
Three weeks ago my husband and I decided test drive my dream car, a Mini S Cooper Convertible. We were greeted by Luis who was really laid back with a no pressure attitude. We told him that we were just looking to test drive a mini convertible with the intentions of purchasing in a month. Luis was kind to let me test drive a cream mini s convertible. To make the long story short, Luis kindly explained the features of the car and was so knowledgeable. What i loved the most was he listened to my needs, understand my concerns of buying a car, and really the took the time to understand why buying a second car was essential for my husband and I. We ended up purchasing my car that next day!!!Overall the customer service was amazing! My husband and I never had a stress free experience purchasing a car! Jermaine the finance manager was very helpful in making our car budget fit our finances! They really worked hard for us to get the rates we wanted!! Stress free, no hassle. The store manager was fantastic too and did everything to make my dreams of owning a convertible come true!!I am a happy owner of my dream car!!
I signed up for a lease using a service called Fair and Niello Mini in Sacramento was the dealership delivering the car. My experience with them at first was good, the car delivery was super smooth and the salesman very kind.Things got a bit more messy after a few weeks when I realized that the car had issues with the tires. Three tires had tiny cracks and needed to be replaced (see attached pictures). The scary part here is that the tires were mounted in that state on the car as you can see that the wheels were in a perfect condition, and the tires were not.I should have noticed that the day I picked up the car I guess, but it was pouring outside and the car was all wet so I didn’t pay attention closely to the tires.I called Fair multiples times to get that covered since the car was clearly delivered that way, but they wouldn’t help me since it was past a 30 days limit. I also tried to get some help from Niello Mini, and called them twice regarding that issue, but they never called me back.The after sale support from Niello Mini has been pretty bad for me. They didn’t seem to care after I picked up the car which is very disappointing.If you are about to deal with them, make sure to check each tiny details of the car because they won’t take responsibility and help you after the sale is done.

This was by far the best car buying experience I or my wife have ever had. Our sales rep (didnt feel like that is what he was doing) Ivan was really relaxed about the whole thing, but at the same time extremely informative and helpful. This definitely did not have the traditional car buying feel to it, which is definitely a compliment.
Brittany, our motoring adviser, and Roger and Howard, were exceptional examples of how buying a car should be done. This has to have been the easiest purchase of a vehicle in our 40 years of purchases. The most flattering compliment about them would have to be, GENUINE. We shared pet stories with Brittany, photography with Howard, and military affairs with Roger. They all greeted us warmly and spoke directly TO us; not AT us. It was worth the 800 mile round trip to make our MINI purchase.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin and able to finish my deal quickly. I loved the atmosphere of the dealership, great staff and good location as I came from out of town. Niello Mini really helped my wife out when she was driving on a road trip to California from Washington State. A notification light came on while on her trip and this was the nearest Mini dealer. They took her quickly, found the problem, and fixed it. She was able to get back on the road in no time flat. Their service people were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!

After car shopping for a few days and visiting multiple dealerships, I can say that this place was the best dealership I visited by far. They gave me a good deal with a minimal amount of negotiating, helped me get a great rate on my loan, and the salesman was very nice and not pushy, and actually listened to my preferences and didnt try to talk me into something else. (Also, the best test drive I have been on. Most dealerships just let you go once around the block, but we went on a real test drive on the freeway and rough roads.)

I found the whole experience with Niello MINI very pleasant and relatively painless- I say that because I feel its always somewhat of a painful process buying a new car. Chris Padilla was the salesman that took care of me. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything about the car and the process once I did decide to actually buy the car. He was very patient and wasnt pushy, which was great. He went over everything in and outside of the car before I left to make sure I was comfortable with it. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a MINI to go to Niello MINI.

On my first visit I just came in to look at Minis because of their unique design. Creed was my salesman and was a very open minded salesman. I was looking around but at first I came in thinking I wasn’t gonna buy anything. After trips to other dealerships, I had become more attracted at the Mini and decided to save money towards a down payment and returned when I was ready to buy. Throughout the buying process, everyone was nice to me and willing to help me buy a Mini which wasn’t what I was expecting as such a young buyer.

I recently received an email from MINI with some videos links on history and racing which finally made me think more seriously about a purchase. I got on line and built my Cooper S the way I wanted it. The following day I received a call from Jordan, a Motoring Advisor at Niello MINI in Sacramento and my wife and I made an appointment to see her.She was one of the most cordial and knowledgeable salesperson we have ever dealt with at a vehicle dealership. Recently I was in the market for a much smaller car. After test driving many different makes and models. I chose the new Mini Countryman S with the all4 all wheel drive package. The sales staff was incredibly well versed in their product and were never pushing for a sale. They at all times wanted me to be comfortable and for me to make the most educated and pressure free decision. Just purchased Mini Countryman S All4 from Creed. Great experience! No BS. No pressure. Incredible salesperson to deal with. Knows the different models inside and out. Did two test drives on two different models. I was concerned I was taking up a lot of his time. NO WAY! Creed was patient and actually listened to what I was looking for. Even offered another test drive! In the end, I made the purchase and could not be happier! THEN, he calls me the next day just to check in to make sure if I had any questions to be sure to call him! What the heck!! This is what a dealership should be about and the reason I rated Niello Mini as EXCELLENT. Highly recommend!! Thank you Creed!!
Had a great experience buying a used car at Niello Mini. Salesman Mark found what I was looking for and had financing worked out for me in no time. He was so friendly it felt like I was buying a car from an old friend. The team at Mini had a good time with each other and joked around, but when it came time to negotiate and sign papers, they were courteous professionals. It was a great experience and I have had no buyers remorse.
Did test drive here and the employee was super duper full of humor (ehm, need that commission). But overall, he just gave a detailed description of what youll find in this car (opening that and this). Welcomed us inside, drank some coffee, we were on our way.
My Mini quit working while I was traveling—I was towing it home and stopped at Niello on the way back to Chico and the mechanic heard me out, checked a few things, and advised me that my key battery was dead and just needed to be replaced. Luckily I didn’t need to be anywhere for the next week and I ended up getting my new key for $250...now my car works! I’m glad it wasn’t something more complicated that needed to be resolved! I love Mini. 😃

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would... After my last experience at this place I would rather pay someone else to tune up my vehicle. While my vehicle was there for a standard tune up I was contacted from one of their employees telling me that they had broken out my back window of my car while washing it with a pressure washer. They ensured me that my back window would be replaced and that I should be able to pick it up the next day after it was fixed. They also notified me that I had a screw in my tire (mind you my tire was holding air) and by the time I picked it up the next day it was completely flat because they had removed the screw. Before I even initially knew about the screw they had sent me a quote through my email for 4 brand new tires... They basically acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a rental car for the time I didnt have my vehicle and I felt like I was treated very poorly given the situation. I will never go back to this place, ever.Edit!: Was told to bring my car in for my last warranty tune up by the sales manager... I arrive and they wont even work on it since it was slightly over the warranty milage. 👎👎👎 Thanks for wasting my time.
Been going to Neillo Mini since 2008. Always had excellent service. Always treated well enough that Ive gotten my current and previous car through them.
