This place is fantastic! Ended up with a bolt in my tire and had to get my car towed here. I needed an oil change too so I was one of those annoying hey could you also do this too? kind of customers asking for extras even though there wasnt long before closing. The staff was still very professional, and the whole thing (including my extra oil change) was taken care of quickly, all for basically the same price I paid elsewhere for just an oil change! Theyve made me a new permanent customer and I will definitely be coming back for everything and anything in the future.

We have used this business for years and have great confidence in them. They are competent and honest and unlike many other auto repair shops, they do not try to add on unnecessary work to trump up charges. I would have given 5 stars except for this: nobody in the office was wearing masks. There is a mask mandate in California and I expect businesses to protect their customers from Covid19 by wearing masks indoors and requiring that their customers do the same. I may need to stop using their services until they take the pandemic more seriously. When they do they’ll get a 5 stars from me.

I came across this awesome auto shop a few years ago. Any time I have issues with my Fiat they are quick to diagnose the problem, always provide me with detailed information about what’s required to fix it and this last time they even texted me pictures of the issue. I had issues with my car for a couple of months and they were the only ones to be honest with me. Other places just straight out scammed me for something that was super easy to fix!!! The auto expert folks took care of it right away and fixed super quick. Seems that my oil light only needed to be reseted. I really appreciated your service, you are amazing!

Good service and friendly staff but poor scheduling and management seems disorganized, and parking is difficult. Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I called a week in advance to set up an appointment. When I arrived on time, they had booked me as a drop off (not a stay and wait) so I was told I’d have to come back in a few hours. Really disappointing, I’m not sure why someone would make a specific appointment just to drop their car off for half the day? Had to find a ride home and back again, which caused me to miss work. When I picked the car up, they hadn’t done the tire rotation either. They were kind enough to do it right away but I still had to wait a half hour, and was offered no discounts for all the inconveniences. The shop lot is extremely small so I had nowhere to park my car when I arrived, and the entrance was blocked when I tried to leave. I think they park a lot of vehicles on the street block due to lack of space. Not a super easy set up for the customer to get in and out.

I have been going to Auto Experts for years due to their quality of service great pricing. On my recent visit, I needed to have the radiator replaced in my Z06. They did the work in a few hours and took exceptional care of my car. I also appreciate the fact that they are a locally owned business, in my East Sac neighborhood. I 100% recommend them !!

The front desk workers were extremely professional and kind. Never complained about anything or even looked upset about what they have to deal with on a daily basis. They were quick and but also patient and handled my insurance claim very well. Very small lot but the quality of service is so good I will recommend everyone go there. They seem trustworthy too and the pricing for my car parts plus service were the cheapest in the city! But I promise you quality was efficient.

I decided to visit The Auto Experts on a late notice on a Friday morning! I gave them a call first and let them know what was happening and as a first time customer they asked me to come in that morning to diagnose my AC. They also thankfully checked out my smog, all in all these guys were nice and attended to my vehicle right away like how I was hoping for and I’m not sure what it was, but I trust these guys with my car and so glad it’s right by my house. This is my new trusted spot for my car :D

I came here by accident years ago. My car (at the time) maintenance was under warranty but they couldnt get me in so I popped into this place thinking it would be a one time thing. They were great! They were fast! They didnt recommend 15 filters to replace in my car just because it would bring in more money. They did what needed to be done and that was it. Its what has kept me coming back.

Ricky even took the time right before closing the shop to go over questions I had regarding a future needed service. Made the drive from Reno to try out this shop & will consider coming back for future repairs

Ive come here a couple of times because they are professional and their prices are reasonable.

First time trying this place for tire rotation and oil change. Set up a 2pm appointment. They were cool enough to do early drop off so i can do other things while they work on it. I call them at 415pm to check on the status but they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I get tired of holding and go there physically as i live close. Turns out they havent even started on the car because their mechanic wasnt in the system or something. Also they parked my car on the street block away from the shop. It will be more inconvenient for me but will def go to other autoshops that are further from my home.

We had a checked engine light. We received an estimate, but it seemed a bit high. I was recommend to Auto Expert and the quickly diagnosed it and repaired a small senor for 1/3 of my previous estimate. Great and honest people at Auto Experts. Its nice to have found a shop I can trus .

The service was great. They quoted me an hour and a half due to their busy schedule to complete my oil change, yet they finished in one hour. Their waiting room was stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee and a phone/device charging tower complete with all the various charging cords in case you needed to charge your phone while you waited. I encountered 4 or 5 mechanics while I was waiting and each was pleasant, friendly, and asked how I was doing, even let me know the beverages and snacks were for me as a customer. Would definitely go back.

I’ve had everything from a flat tire to changing an engine done by these fine folks. They are never stumped by the problems that arise. They service every one of our 12 service vehicles and our personal autos. 5-star every time!!

This business has been my choice for car care for many years. They do a dependable job, they are honest and always have convenient appointments available. They welcome drop-in quick repairs when needed. They have even helped me with small problems at no charge such as when my side mirror got knocked out of the receptacle and I wasnt strong enough to snap it back in. I notice and have experienced that they all treat each customer with respect. They explain mechanical issues and all charges clearly. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I had made an appointment online for an oil change for 10:30am and the car sat where I parked it until 2pm. I need maintenance done, but I am hesitant to make another appointment. I had my transmission rebuilt at your shop, and liked the work then.

So I have been coming here for a couple years now. As a mom I absolutely always keep my car tuned and inspected. And there is no one I’d rather take it then these guys! They are always professional, fast, and do the best quality work!!! I have a 2015 car, and they just did an oil change, filters, windshield wipers, new tires and balance. PERFECT! The folks at The Auto Experts took great care of my vehicle. I was struggling to solve a problem with my cars electrical system, so I brought it to them. Not only did they have it completely fixed in less than 24 hours, but the price was even better than I expected. Ill definitely be bringing my cars back to them again!

Very chill people, fixed my issue and didn’t send me somewhere else which happened at another shop. They helped me keep my car as much as possible until they received the part to fix my car the day of.

I have used Auto Experts three different times and have always been impressed by their quality of work and their communication. I will continue to return to them and would recommend them to others.

Competently and accurately diagnosed the issues with my car. However, I feel like I have to leave a comment about the prices I was quoted for service --$450 to replace my MAF sensor and $700-800 to replace the engine mount. I replaced the MAF on my own in less than an hour with an original part that cost $140, and had another shop install a replacement engine mount (bought online for $35) for $100 in labor. The quoted prices would seem to far exceed the cost of parts and Auto Experts hourly labor costs, and left a really bad taste in my mouth. In addition, the Techs notes said tha they had done a full check of fluids, but my car was returned with the coolant visibly below the minimum level line. The representative was also initially hesitant to give me a copy of the technicians handwritten notes.

Kind and informative staff, kept me updated throughout the day and got me in and out of their office quickly.

They were so kind especially since it was almost time for their shop to close. I was referred to them by another mom in the East sac mom’s group on Facebook. I will definitely go back to get anything fixed on our car.

Good service, just hope next time everything is done and ready to go, when I was leaving my car still showed oil overdue they didn’t reset the memory so I had to wait. I had to ask what was done on the car instead of the guy explaining what they found and what service to do next.

The team was great here! They had me out in under 30 minutes and were very helpful. I was originally suppose to get my car smogged at another place in town who told me they couldn’t do the check until I drove for 3 minutes on the freeway. I’d never heard of that before. These guys completely turned my day around and offered a smog check for less than the first place. Their waiting area is heated and has drinks AND snacks. Will definitely be referring this place to everyone!

I called before and Ricky answered and was so nice! I came right in and he fixed my knob sensor quickly. Another mechanic saw that I had a big black scrape on the side of my car (a black pole incident on my behalf) and took it upon himself to get all the black marks off! My car looks brand new and works as if it’s brand new too! I will definitely be coming here again :)

Super friendly staff but more importantly theyre very honest & straightforward with customers. They do the exact work you request but also let you know if they notice any other issues. Very affordable for the quality of service & theyre usually pretty quick.

Hard to find mechanics who will tell you that you dont need repairs on something. These guys will do that, theyre amazingly honest and will bust themselves to get your work done on time. I trust them for big and small jobs and also they can get decent prices on tires.

Wonderful people and technicians. My cars were giving me a hard time but these guys made everything about the process of fixing it very pleasant. They are pretty busy but they fit you in. Service was fast and friendly and I ultimately have nothing bad to say.Maybe the parking lot is a little tight and awkwardly located but its not a problem once you figure the place out.The employees I worked with felt like very genuine people who know what they are talking about and are very understanding of your car issues on an emotional level. Ive had work done with the Auto Experts twice now: first for front brake replacement, and second for struts/shocks. The owner and the 2 employees Ive interacted with both in person and phone have all been courteous and knowledgeable, and have worked with me to make sure Im informed of the work theyre doing. I know when I bring my car here that Im not getting the run around, Mark ups, or unnecessary work done.The first time I brought a vehicle here, Ricky let me know that it was the head gasket that had blown and did not pressure me into fixing it (on that car it just wasnt worth the money.)Just this week, I brought my new (old) car in because the maintenance light turned on and it started making a high pitched grinding noise. Turns out the brake pad was gone and it was metal on metal I was hearing. They got it fixed same day and did not overcharge.I cannot recommend The Auto Experts enough! Theyre fantastic!
