In that time, Astro has fixed expected minor glitches, installed more cameras, and made adjustments--all with a smile. I have a high-level of trust with Astro. Very happy we went with Astro. We did our homework and decided to give them a shot. From the estimate all the way to the install they impressed us all. Astro has been my alarm company for the past 2 homes, approximately 8 years running. I love them and especially when Troy the manager calls to offer me new advanced tech such as LCD panels, remote locks, mobile apps, doorbell cameras, thermostat controls, etc. all controlled from one mobile app. Very nice and reasonably priced!

We have used them for maybe 10 years, and always received personalized and profession service. And the cost is comparable to the cost at our four other stores. They have come out for our AT&T installs several time and (yeah, well dont ask) Astro did not complain about the problems with AT&T. Troy ALWAYS calls me back ASAP, and sometimes knows what I need before I do. It is a pleasure to deal with them.
