Please do not visit this location. Firstly, I scheduled an appointment today to return our equipment and per the e-mail instructions I was to “check-in” via a link and I would receive a text message or e-mail indicating when a representative was ready for me. After 20 mins of no text message or e-mail, I received a cancellation notice and I decided to enter the store to clarify. They informed me that they “no longer call customers” and that it’s a “new policy.” I informed them that I was simply following the instructions on their e-mail. I was then called by a different “technician” to return my equipment and right off the back she had a terrible attitude and lacked ANY customer service. It was a very unpleasant visit. Please do better for paying customers.

Came in to exchange equipment. Took me 5 minutes max and Zach Dobson was really helpful and friendly. Have had problems with Xfinity before but Zach definitely isn’t part of the issue.

I have tried to go to this Xfinity store on two separate occasions and every time it is at least a 30 minute wait outside in the heat while waiting for customer service agents to bring you in the store. Once in the store its usually another 20 to 30 minute wait for the representative to help you. I would recommend definitely going to a different store because theyre customer service people on the 1-800 line are horrible.

Unfortunately i had a bad exp with a spanish speaking female the Truxel Rd location. She was very rude and had no customer service skills. Before i was finished explaining to her my concern, she was calling the next person to come up to the counter. I was very disappointed with the service i received.

Just came to drop by old equipment and have to wait for a hour after i returned it. According to the person that first helped me, I had to wait for a representative to remove the equipment from my account. It was supposed to be an easy just return of equipment and ended up taking over an hour. Poor and slow service.

Check the prices everywhere. Before accepting their prices. 100mbps internet only was list at $55 a month. I checked their own website and saw it was $34.99 for the exact same item. So do your homework and look for sales before going in. I would have paid $55 a month for 12 months if I had not checked the prices online first. The staff sometimes dont know about the sales. So dont rely on them to guide you. Xfinity internet services are good. But the sales places are not as good. Check before and dont get ripped off people. Stay sharp. And compare between other sources. They didnt know about there own sales and it will cost you hundreds.

I’m adjusting my rating. I’m absolutely appalled with how my Grandmother and I have been treated and now I’m being forced to keep a phone because they never sent me a FedEx return label! I was told over and over to check my email for label. I’ve been sited a total of 10 hours in the phone for this one item. Months have gone by and now I’m stuck w a 1200.00 phone!!!! Plan on spending a little time waiting at any location. . The mobile app online is absolutely awful. Can’t wait to return to the.blue team... AT&T, America’s true utility company. but theres a tv in the waiting area and if youre lucky..a circus next door - perfect for the one they run. Their automated phone service makes me want to jump into a river. Worst experience ever!!! Tack on another 10 hours there just to get disconnected. Unfreakingbelieveable🤬

This review is for Xfinity as a corporate entity and not this one shop as they have always been very helpful, thank you.My service has been down for a week today IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA of Sacramento and the company has no agents to talk to regarding it. They just shuffle you around an automated system and send you emails.They have made their physical stores phone forward to the automated system.This is breach of contract!They used to give an estimated time for repair, but now its just as soon as possible.This is F***ING RIDICULOUS!

Apparently they dont have the ability to give change back they need exact money for the self kiosk machine? Even soda machines can give $ back. This must be evidence for large corporations enacting the digital dollar and trying to get rid of cash all together. The store had no register they couldnt break my $100 bill. Not cool Comcast you have enough $. Your forcing me to pay with credit cards which ads interest to my bill, going debit could be risky since its directly out of my account. By not having a way to pay with cash in exact amounts is ludicrous. Look up Walmart and safeway their self checkouts can give you change.

We have been with Comcast sense the start this was the worst experience my daughter has ever had to deal with the lady she felt went was extremely rude and refused to offer us help in getting a better package deal being that weve been loyal customer for 20+ years the best she offered was $10.00 and a lower package deal them we have. I always believed that loyal customers are what pay for the companies to profit and thrive as Xfinity too big now to offer their loyal customers special discouts😠

I went to this Xfinity store to drop off my equipment the lady with the ponytail kind of short was very rude to everyone. Reason why I dropped off my equipment and canceled my service with Xfinity is because they slow down my Internet but increase my pricing to the point where it was not worth having them as a provider. Went in to ask if they have remotes or channel guides for my mom, who cant see fine print on either. They dont offer anything to help seniors. Im pretty disgusted with their lack of concern for people with low eyesight.

This is the second time in a year I tried to get internet from Comcast. Both times the cable box was defective. Both times their technician stood me up. The 800 number is useless and all their staff is incompetent. It is impossible to get tech support or any customer service. We signed up as a new customer for Internet only service. Good customer order entry service with straightforward information. They didnt hide the fact that the $29.95 rate is a 1-year promotional rate that would more than double next year.We set installation quickly, however there was a delay for construction services to bring cable to our newly constructed home from the street.

I went to another Xfinity store and had a horrible experience. I go to the Xfinity Store by Comcast on Truxel and they were amazing. They figured out how to resolve my issue and even saved my phone number that I lost. Thank you Franchesca and girl with dyed red hair; you made my week. I wish I could give 6 stars!!!!

So, check out the deals they have for cell service if you already have another established Xfinity service. YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR CELL PLAN TO XFINITY. No really, Im nearly certain you will, it really feel unbeatable. Besides that, the store is awesome and the telephone customer service is amazing.

Much better experience than it used to be. Theyve adopted a new system that involves getting a ticket and sitting comfortably while waiting your turn. The wait was short considering how many people were in the store. The technician that came out to my house (when I ran into trouble) was knowledgeable enough, and went above and beyond to get me connected.

The reps at the store are way more helpful than the folks from India. However Comcast lied to me several times while trying to have my internet service installed. I got some great help from the utility trades commission and canceled my service with ease. If you can avoid Comcast please do.

What I dont like about them is the Price Increase whenever they want, however much they want, just because they can. They recently increased my bill & gave the excuse that it is their Yearly Price increase (Mind you, Ive had the service for 5 months). I do not like the fact that I was not made aware of these increases ahead of time. The 12 month contract is actually bullsh*t. Last time I checked A contract was an agreement for a certain amount that you have to pay for a set period of time. As a business, theyve made up their own rules. I know exactly what you guys are doing. YOU ARE GREEDY!!!

Scheduled new service. I told them it would require two visits because it was new construction. They insisted I did not need two visits, and said they would do it all in one day. When the installer came out, he said he could not do the install because two visits were required to connect a new construction. He said it would be at least 3 weeks before the initial wiring could be done, then I would have to schedule another appointment to complete the install. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was denied. Call taker said she would have a supervisor call me. That never happened. Unacceptable. I cancelled the install and found another provider who did everything the next day. I will not use Comcast again.

When I left Sacramento. I payed my bill and was told the only equipment I needed to return was the tablet used for the security alarm. This is after coming to the store twice to insure things were taken care of the right way and there would be no problems. The day before I left Sacramento I turned in the tablet and was given a receipt. I asked If this cleared and closed my account and was told yes by the service representative on 3/31/2018. Since that time, I have been harassed by Comcast stating I owe $1000.00 for not returning equipment. Called there customer service number and told no your account doesn’t show you owe anything, we owe you $49.00. Then in May another bill you owe $700.00. I call customer service. Ask for the direct number to the Comcast Natomas Ca. store and they wouldn’t give it to me. Explained to them what I was told 3 times by my last visit to the Natomas store in March. They said mail back the equipment for free at a UPS store. I did. Now I get a bill stating I owe $250.00. Scam! Buyer beware if you are leaving the area. Get it in writing that you have fulfilled all payment and return obligations.
