When I first contacted Alan to set up an alarm system at our place, he was very responsive and his guy who came out was great. They were professional and everything went well. I was very pleased with them. Fast forward a few years later, I attempted to contact Alan to let him know we will be moving. I wanted to know should I contact the alarm company directly or will someone from his team help move the alarm equipment from our old place to our new place. He has yet to contact me back after multiple attempts to reach out to him. I tried contacting him last year for a separate issue too but he never responded back. It seems like his focus is on new setups and any issues after do not concern him as it’s difficult to get a hold of him.

Excellent customer service No hassle when you call them they answer the phone right away. No waiting involved Alan will come to your house the same day that you made the phone call. No waiting for all month for them to come out And install it. His price is basically $2000 for 4 cameras. Which include install set up and basic operation and training his tech Marcus wow Very knowledgable. You can call them anytime with questions and they will not turn you away and they will try to help you. Unlike a lot of companies that takes your money and doesnt know you anymore. Just had Alan and Watchdog Security install Camera’s and The alarm system on our home. First Covid contact was over phone and I asked if we could actually meet in person. The next day Alan stopped over and we walked around the house deciding what I wanted. They came out and installed the Alarm first and then followed up with Cameras another day due to Christmas. Watchdog Security is amazing. Sam was our installer for a 4 camera security system. He was so fast and precise. I hate seeing exterior wires and Sam really understood and agreed. He worked his butt off crawling around in my attic getting the majority of the wires on the interior. Everything was clean and linear. He really explained the system to us and made sure that the cameras lined up right. I worked with Alan on the phone and he was very polite and professional. This company all around is very deserving of the great reviews they have.

We couldnt be happier with our alarm system. We love that we have a keyless touchpad and that we are able to install an app on our phones to arm or disarm the alarm. The gentlemen who installed our alarm system was fast and he did a great job! They have really experienced staff members which put us at ease! Their customer service is also great! Woke up to a smell of sulfur coming from the home security alarm box installed in 1992. Called the original alarm company that installed it and got no answer. Called Watchdog - and they picked up immediately and Alan was out to home within a few hours after his other service calls. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Alan quickly resolved the issue. Despite it being an old system, there was no pressure to upgrade - but if we do, it will be with Watchdog.

I travel every week, and since I had a security system installed by Alan of Watchdog security I feel completely secure when Im gone. I was on my motorcycle in Utah and let a contractor in my house (deactivated the alarm and opened the front door with my cell phone). When Im home I arm the alarm at night, either from the panel or with my cell phone while in bed. Greatest thing Ive ever purchased. I can’t say enough good things about Alan and his team. I got my security system installed less than a year ago and, already, they helped me out of two jams. Once, when I moved, they reinstalled the system from my old home and put it in my new one. Then, after an attempted home invasion through the attic, Alan came right out and rear secured my home, including putting sensors on the vents.As a single mom with a baby, Alan has instilled me with a sense of much-needed security. So my wife loves watching crime tv and listening to crime podcasts and has been on me about getting a home security system. I drug my feet about it for a while because, well, there is a cost that comes with it. But living in a large home in a new community and seeing workers walking around your property “accidentally” while watching your daily schedules and habits didn’t sit well with me. So I started doing my research and thought if I’m gonna get the alarm system then I want cameras too. That way if there is a bump in the night I just simply look at my phone and rest assure everything is all good. So I called Allan at Watchdog security and told him what I was looking for. He came to the house and together we came up with a plan to where everything will go, what cameras to use, and how to make it look “clean.” Look, believe me when I say this, this is a fairly competitive market. I know cause I did my research. But although the prices may be comparative, watchdogs equipment is better. They gave me the top of the line cameras for the same price the others were trying to get me for bulky old school cameras. Allan will be sure to get back with you quickly and checks in with you to be sure your happy. They were courteous with my home and my time and the system looks clean and badass like he said it would. Maybe you don’t need as many cameras as I did (7) or maybe don’t need the alarm. But get something. Crazy world we live in. You won’t find a better deal or set up and you won’t be disappointed. And remember, nothing costs more than regret.
