Cell Energy is best battery source here in Sac. Great service and awesome customer service.Only recommendation I could make is to tape the wingnuts to the deep cell units. I buy these units semi-often and always forget to take them with me.

I have been coming here for auto batteries since 2006. They are always helpfully with what I need. Make sure you keep your receipt. They will not do anything for you without your receipt. I have had a couple of batteries go bad and they replace it under warranty with no problems.

Most dishonest company. They Will not honor their own battery warranty. The manager is so hard to get a hold of. I brought a semi that came with their battery. 1yr 10days later all 4 batteries failed. Called them to ask about the warranty. After discussing about the warranty, took the batteries in for test n charger. Upon arriving at their office they tested the batteries. Told me there low in power n needed to be charged. After the tech did the test the manager offered me to do a warranty replacement. So I asked the manager im 10days pasted my free replacement can she honor that. She said that if I dropped it off for a charge and test and if it fails the test she will replace them. 7 days past and finally I got a answer about my batteries that there are bad. So I asked to them to honor what I was told. Thats where they changed colors and refused to honor what I was told by the manager. After a day passed the manager called and said there was a misunderstanding between us. She can only do prorate. So i took that. But when I went to pick up my batteries the office staff was so not professional about the transaction. After the transaction was done. The tech had to load my new batteries in my truck. One of the batteries had some damages on it so I asked him if he could switch it. Thats when the other tech said we are selling you a cheaper battery. I took it lightly at that moment. The next day I went to install the batteries, upon arriving at the semi i saw that I had two different batteries. So called the company up and told them what happened. According to the manager all the batteries they get are same, only different is the sticker that they put on the batteries. So you buy a cheap battery or a expensive battery they all are the same according to the manager. I requested the manager to call me all day Friday but she never did. This company is a cheat. You are better of going to autozone or napa but not just them.

Not to happy with this store. My husband took 2 6 cell batteries and 2 12 volt batteries. The 6 volt ones are golf cart batteries that we should of gotten 12.00each dollars for and the 12 volt should of got 6.00 dollars each but instead we got 6.00$ each for the 6 v. & 2.00$ each for the 12 v. They are rip off people.

Apparently these guys are closed on Saturday. Came in and luckily their cleaning lady and owner were in. They were very surprised to see me as I was informed that were closed. I explained I drove a hour for a decent price on a battery and the owner took the time to fulfill my request. Thanks guys but get that website changed to reflect the closure on Saturday.

Batteries are always low on voltage when I get them from here. Good deals though.As a consumer you have to charge the Batteries yourself and you shouldnt have to do that. Not bad store just recommend to charge your batteries first safest bet.

Zero stars for one.melanie was rude wanted to argue with me because7 times i had to she wrong give back my money. Which she did but lost seceral customers un the meantime.sais she was voiding my warrantyexchange the battery. Said she was manger. Well managers bont argue with cystomers

Nobody there? Who works there ? Needed battery but place was closed. Good way to start a business. Party to hard and dont show up to work. Keep it closed on Saturdays. You guys dont even open it. Stop drinking with the next door neighbor.

Upsetting that their website says theyre open Saturdays 9-2 and that I spoke to a lady yesterday (Friday) and she assured me they will be open Saturday...I get here at 10:45am and theyre closed, when I called the # it rang till it disconnect me without a way to leave a voice mail. Very upsetting.

They liers. I bought a battery 18 months ago, with 24 months warranty. When battery fails and I come for replacement they said I have to pay for new battery and will have 6 more months of warranty based on 12 months proration calculation. I will never ever come here again and don recomend anybody else, unless you want to trough your moneys away.

Great Price on a set of new deep cycle batteries and very friendly service. I arrived at lunch hour and they really pushed hard to get every one taken care of quickly.

Dont pay a attention of silly bad reviews do to closed on Saturdays, they needed days off. Needed a mid-night battery, go to Wal-Mart. My first time customer; I had bought 2 batteries last Friday. One for my Toyota Corolla, is Delco. 2nd. one is 120Ah. deep cycle battery for my off grid solar. I not blame this company for employees screwed-up. My 2nd. battery has shown age do to both bolts thread were aging tarnish as my replacement battery has shiny bolts thread. The bottom line: They really taken care of my with great attitude. And by the way, they also sell one of the top brand solar panels, Solar World, USA made. Now; their business: to sell car & SUV/truck batteries to deep cycle in both 6 volt & 12 volt off the grid batteries to run off grid solar from laptop computer to microwave cooking and deep freezer etc. You can do 12 volt solar, 24 volt solar, even 48 volt solar system for big boy solar.

I purchased a battery ... it needed to charge new ? .. so i let them charge it ...i got held up at work so i could not make it to pick it up ... i was not happy to find out that they are closed on saturday and sunday ... at least open saturday till noon!!!
