Get your money back and stop your wasting time!! They try and strong arm you for more $$$$ right before they come out claiming If you dont pay the extra, you wont have that install date with constant delays from The granite slab was cracked so we have to order another one to The slab didnt make it to the cutter in time, youll have to reschedule another install time Home Depot doesnt care enough to find a reputable company to sublet their work to and they let this continue.......Makes me think I want to spend my money elsewhere.

This is a Home Depot contractor. This is the worst installation I have ever seen. My sink popped out of place two weeks after installation if that tells you anything.I have crooked cuts, jagged edges and the countertop is not level. It’s been almost four weeks since installation and they still haven’t finished the job! They ran out of material!! Home Depot hasn’t done much in trying to resolve this. A lesson learned…..do your homework before signing a contract with Home Depot. Research the contractors they use!

Do not ever purchase a product from this business. Counter top purchased in June 2021. Template not done until 7-28-21. Installation for 9-20-21 cancelled and rescheduled for 9-22-21. 9-22-21 installation cancelled. Excuses for not installing counter top include: truck late delivering product; product not available; product on backorder. Cosentino, the manufacturer, stated product available in the Vacaville warehouse, this was verified through a Secret Shopper call. Today, 9-20-21, I was told, well, maybe we will have a cancellation. If you choose to work with this business, your frustration and grief will be endless in trying to get your countertop installed. This company contracts with both Lowes and Home Deport to install product. Lowes fails to follow up with Block Tops to complete their countertop installation in a timely fashion. Always an excuse from Lowes as well. Block Tops is part of the Cosentino group and Cosentino states they have the product, Block Tops says product not available. This business cannot be trusted to provide accurate information. This business does not return phones. Dont waste your money here.

Worst business to ever exist. One thing after another, delay after delay of getting my counter installed. Its been over 3 months and measurement is not complete. No date for installation. One of the worst business I have ever dealt with. Im in the process of just letting me refund.

Reviewing and changing my previous review for this company.One of the managers, Osmin has gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results of this installation after I expressed concern with a few details of the initial install. This man has ensured that the issues I noticed were completely fixed. Above that he was pleasant and informative even when I was upset at times. Thank you Osmin for making this right.

This place is a joke. So unprofessional. Said they had to delay my install because they didnt have the sink even though my wife handed the sink to them when they came out to measure office is horrible at communicating with clients. Send out a foreman who doesnt speak a work of English and then they call and say its going to be an additional $760 dollars because of wasted materials but they dont say this until 3 days before install so they have to reschedule.

Installers: Osmin and Salvador exceeded our expectations on the installation of our new countertops. They spent time and care to make sure everything was perfect and believe me when I say....a seam cannot be found!!! Loved our experience!!! Thanks again.

Ordered through Home Depot got a great price and the installers did a top notch job.

After reading other reviews we were weary to use Block Tops, but our experience was great. The staff were friendly, professional, prompt, and respectful. We ordered LG viaterra Rococco quartz through Home Depot because it appeared to look the most like real marble. We had used Home Depot for this service about 10 years ago which ended up being a giant mess. This experience was by far the best and easiest we have had for a kitchen remodel. Every person from their team that dealt with us exceeded our expectations by far. The countertops ended up so amazing. They are absolutely perfect. We will do business with them again. I would like to specifically thank Osmin, the production manager, Shannon, the clerk at the front desk, Luis, material specialist, Cathleen, Carol, and Claudia. We are probably some of this pickiest customers, but the staff were so thorough and accommodating, we truly felt like valued. Thanks again. Lg makes beautiful quartz BTW!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 3 months after payment i to get job done. Save yourself a lot of stress and hire somebody else

Please do not use this place. Unprofessional, incompetent and untrustworthy. My seams are horrible!

On the measure appointment they said I would not need supports for my bar counter. On the install they said I absolutely needed supports or it would fall! They propped the counter up with sticks and said I needed to gets supports ASAP or it would fall! Didnt I pay for an install! WTH! I had to frantically scramble to find supports for 500lbs of granite and find an installer! I spoke with them after and their response was sorry, cant help you! Would NEVER recommend this company!

I didn’t look at the reviews before having block top come to my house through Home Depot. I’m glad I didn’t because I probably wouldn’t have gone through them. But I did and they did a very good job. The customer service was amazing. My counter tops look beautiful. I did have to pay extra to have no seams but it was worth it. Maybe they change things with their employees. They did their best to clean up! they even cleaned my fridge! They took their time so it was not sloppy work. I have had people come in to install carpet and other products . Normally I have a lot of complaints just because I’m picky. Not this time.I’m HAPPY!! 😁

We had high hopes for a professional and well-done countertop installation and have been extremely disappointed with the results. The countertop is uneven, sink and faucet cutout and placement was totally botched and caulked with a mismatched color, and there are discernible gaps between the countertop and wall as well as cabinet in various parts. For the price we expected much much better. Really disappointing and disheartening.

Messed up the countertop. Tried to contact them numerous times. Someone will call you back soon how many times did i hear that! Then they have the nerve to turn around and say it was our fault! Oh ya- then they say any thing less than extremely satisfied is a fail. Well you failed big time. I sure hope we can get this fixed quick but i doubt it

Carol does not understand construction. She continued to tell me that my request for Block Tops to review the plans from Home Depot for my countertop was unusual. Additonally, the caulking job was awful and cracked within weeks. I am disappointed that Home Depot works with this company.

I bought kitchen countertop through Home Depot and they sub to Block Tops. Less than 24 hrs installed, I noticed the granite was fractured by the sink. Block Tops refused to change, they said that is a fissure. Why they did cut the granite with a fissure right by the sink? A fissure is a natural crack in the stone, which any reputable vendor would not include in the countertop. And that crack was caused by installation/ support was not proper. It is different a natural fissure and a crack by processing or handling or shipping or installation. Now I am dealing with Home Depot and Black Tops ... Both really don care about customer satisfaction.

Ordered counter top through Home Depot and they sub to Block Tops, inc. Asked to preview before they cut the marble top but they cut it terribly placing a seem right next to the sink instead of just a solid top with no seem. Management is poor and requested they call me and they wont call so I placed a complaint with the Sacramento BBB so they have to answer. Desk persons are very unorganized.

I also ordered thru Home Depot granite countertops. The contractor flaked twice and never showed up and no call. I waited 2 hours the first appointment and 4 the second time. I called home depot and cancelled my countertops. Home depot said theyd get someone else and then called me back and said sorry that this was their contractor for countertops. So I cancelled and glad i did.

If I could give them a negative 5 rating, I would. The experience with them has been horrible and I only hope that Home Depot come to their senses and stop contracting through Block Tops. A company like this should get their license revoked and banned from doing business so they can stop cheating customers. This company feels no accountability for the poor job they do and will try to lie their way out of the damages they create and if that fails, nickel and dime you to fix them. Overall, we wasted weeks with them to get our countertops installed. The horrible experience included: breaking a bathroom sink and refusing to pay for its replacement (Home Depot had to supply a new one), creating holes in the dry walls in the kitchen and bathrooms and covering them up with the backsplash (no bother at repairing the holes), and then trying to nickle and dime to finish the sink installation in the bathroom (the one they broke) insisting it required a new Purchase Order - which after a phone call to Home Depot, Block Tops called back and scheduled an appointment to finish the job (no mention of needing a new purchase order this time and no apology for trying to avoid the job initially either).This company is horrible and no one should do business with them. I understand that not all jobs will go perfectly, but the least we can expect is accountability, honesty, and decency in how a business is run and the service they provide to their customers. Unfortunately, Block Tops has none of those.

Terrible customer service. They were late, left a mess, and couldt finish the plumbing job. I would not recommend them period.

Said they called and left a message, no message on my voicemail! This has been happening for days, have lost a month of rental income from it
