I was fortunate she spent time with me as a walk-in, and I came back with an appointment where she helped me find items that expanded and completed the vision for our remodel, from showers to vanities to counters to fireplaces. Catherine also brought me to the slab yard where Craig Mullen runs the show. He has years of experience in tile and stone throughout Sacramento and really knows his stuff! Fantastic recommendations in a full service setting. Enthusiasm and attention to detail that I appreciated.

In the midst of a pandemic, we found a place that only met by appointment, was thoroughly sanitary, everyone was masked, and the best was it was an absolutely beautiful showroom with hundreds of different tiles to examine. Kersten was our advisor and she was great! The price for what we selected was high, but it is quality stuff, so the price was fair.

I have used Natural Stone Design since the 1990s. In my experience, Natural Stone Design is one of the best, if not the best, places to get whatever stone/tile you need to make your home a castle. Claudia was a great help to us, she was able to answer all of our questions and had a great attitude. We will definitely use NSD when we are ready for flooring and countertops.

He shared ideas based on our input to find the perfect selections then moved matching slabs in order to make final decisions. Don’t waste your time. Super rude employees, they told us to come in on the phone since they’re doing appointments only. But when we got there they shut the door on us (we did nothing by the way, except to say hi) after we waited for awhile thinking someone was going to open the doors for us. They never came back out to get us. So unprofessional And rude in my opinion. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted, cash in our pockets but I would never give a company my business with that kind of treatment.

The most helpful design staff of any tile and granite slab store in the Sacramento area. The designer spent well over an hour with me to help design my backsplash, even though the project isnt that huge. I wished they had a larger selection like Medimer, but I was stymied until I came here.
